I just can’t say enough about the incredible experience we had with One Source Total Property Solutions! They truly went above and beyond for our family.
We woke up on a Saturday morning to a leak in our bathroom and soon realized the slow leak had destroyed much of the bathroom flooring. We started calling every company we could find on google, but most were closed for the weekend. We finally reached Josh at One Source Total Property Solutions.
Even though they don’t typically provide emergency weekend service, Josh was able to get ahold of one of his team members to see if they could help.
The team member, Mike, spent 6 hours -ON A SATURDAY!- replacing the flooring to get our bathroom functional.

One Source took over maintenance at the building I live in. I had waited 2 months...EIGHT whole weeks in a third floor apartment for the old maintenance people to replace my busted AC. From end of May to end of July my apartment was a sauna. They took over the account and tracked down a new AC unit and replaced the old one within 2 days of hearing of my problem. AWESOME guys! Especially Josh who I dealt with very professional and excellent service. Cant thank you guys enough.

We tried to get at least 10 other local businesses to my home in the past 2 months to clean up the lawn, remove leaves and clean out the flowerbeds. We had one company who gave a quote before Thanksgiving and promised to come the week of Thanksgiving. Never showed. After several attempts to get someone out here, we contacted One Source Property Solutions in Toledo. The contact sent someone out within an hour and a half, gave us a quote, and a crew arrived within 4 hours!! They did a beautiful job, I was amazed at the huge pile of leaves they blew and raked for us. They even picked up sticks and put them in our burn pile! Great job, we'd highly recommend!

Awesome work. The team was on time to the job and did awesome work. I just moved to Toledo and the house needed some landscape work. I called multiple company and got ahold of One Source and the owner came right out gave me a quote and added the job into his busy schedule. The crew did an awesome job. I have already talk to them about doing other jobs for me.

They clean on a regular basis, clean vacant properties no matter how bad they have been, do lawn work, snow removal and have even done emergency maintenance. I appreciate the entire crew so much!

We highly recommend One Source! We had contacted other highly rated companies, but they would not return our calls. One Source answered quickly and were out within a half hour for an estimate. They did great work and were finished in less time then they anticipated. The price was great, and we will definitely be contacting them for more work!

As we were preparing to list our home on the market, we wanted to find someone reliable to trim some bushes and mow our lawn. After speaking with One Source, they were out to the property that same day and provided us with a very reasonable quote. They took great care of the property and we quickly hired them to take on some additional jobs for us. The team was reliable, completed the work when they said they would, and did exactly what we asked with great communication through calls, texts, and emailed invoices. They have mowed weekly for us, trimmed bushes, cleared a challenging area along a fence line, removed an old wooden playset, and even painted our basement. If we need any other help with our home, I will definitely reach out to them first! Their professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Josh and his crew were working next door to my home in Ann Arbor just two days ago. I asked him for a quote to trim back a large yew in my front yard, agreed on the price, and shook hands. The job was done by 11am the next morning. Jamin did an excellent job both with the work and the clean up. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

I live in an apartment complex that the management company contracts One Source for a variety of services. Recently, I had to have some drywall replaced in my bedroom and the repairman were very knowledgeable and friendly. They got the job done in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with their work. The office personnel I spoke to was very pleasant and it was easy getting my repairs scheduled. Also the repairman gave me a lot of information on the repairs that they made and gave me further recommendations.

So pleased! Today I had my house cleaned and I am so impressed! The ladies were very professional, thorough, quick and they did an amazing job! They noticed and cleaned things that I have been overlooking, they even cleaned the ceiling fans! (Something I haven't even noticed) I will definitely be recommending One Source to everyone! I'm so thankful and so impressed! I'd give this company 1000 stars if possible!

The One Source Team does an excellent job with my lawn. Their attention to detail and professionalism sets them apart from the others. I highly recommend One Source for anyone wanting a perfectly maintained lawn!

They were days late, took two days to complete the house cleaning, didn't perform the power washing as requested, and charged me almost $1,000, despite no contract detailing costs. If you use them, be sure to determine costs in advance, and get it in writing. Lesson learned; I'll never use them again.

I want to thank the people at one source and the workers they sent out to do my lawn the workers did an excellent job they were very polite kind and courteous I am looking forward to doing more business with one source by the way I do highly recommend them to people who are looking for a good and reliable company to meet your needs. One last thing the office manager was definitely great to talk to and very professional she made sure I was very satisfied by following up with the service making sure I got the service I was told I would receive.
