These clowns show up 2 days late. Charge a 50% upcharge because my lawn was over 6 inches tall. No blowing, no trimming. One guy shows up with a 20 inch mower, he took out of his trunk. Classy Scammers.

So far so good. We are very pleased with the quality of work performed. It's very nice to have a reliable team to help us out with our yard.

TheyTell you they will be out between tues and Friday they don't show til the following Tuesday then do a half asked job and charge you a long grass fee. They are cheats and crooks. When asked to rake the yard we were told it would be an extra 350.00. Do not use these people, you will regret it

Damon was great and very communicative with us. We have 2 dogs that we needed to make sure were inside before he opened the gate, so he let us know what time he would be there. Will use again as long as we are able to work from home.

This has been the worst lawn care service we have ever used. They never showed up when they said they would. It's been three weeks with no service with many promises to complete the job, but no follow through. Then today they text us saying do to so much business they have to drop us because they have no crew to do the lawn. Very unprofessional and I will tell everyone not even consider this terrible business for your lawn.

Husband can never get through. Is on hold for hours and nobody answers. Came and mowed yesterday and are trying to charge double saying we had over 6 inches of grass. We didn’t, our grass was 3 inches and they cut it down to 2. My husband had mowed the previous week. That is very shady and dishonest.

So at first my fiancé and I were extremely happy with this company as they were responsive and did exactly what we needed them to do. about 10ish months have gone by and we needed to update the card that we were using as existing payment which we did. However for some reason even though we updated payment information our service was stopped and on my fiancés end it said they no longer serviced our area. HOWEVER if I try to sign up in my name, not only do they service the address but I got a text message within 5 minutes of looking at a quote. when they contacted me I inquired about our service being stopped and why they have seemly ignored my fiancé asking about our service but they were so quick to jump to service me. after pointing this out I received no reply. this is extremely unprofessional and I will not be using this service or recommending it as something as simple as updated payment information should not have stopped the services and the account should not have been closed not allowing my fiancé to sign up for services but allowing me to do so. I will provide the screenshot of my inquiry and the fact that it was then ignored.

Signed up as a customer and was given the name and date of a person who would be coming to do my lawn. In three days time I received over 10 calls, texts and emails from what must be independent lawn workers soliciting my business. They knew my name, phone, address, email... checking account information... I tried to contact lawn starter by every means possible listed on their web site and the links left in my text messages with no response. I did not sign up for services to be solicited but to have my lawn taken care of. I have no idea if I will ever hear from them but I continue to be harassed by ppl claiming to be with lawn starter. If they are all with the same company why doesn’t any one seem to know that an appointment and person was apparently assigned to do the work for me.

After 3 months of using LawnStarter lawn cutting service, they didn’t show up! I finally got a response back saying that a crew wasn’t available in my area?! What about the previous 12 weeks? Where did those crews come from? No warning, no call or email! When I finally got through, I was told (via e-mail) that “no crews picked up my job”. Shouldn’t the company ASSIGN jobs to it’s employees? Ridiculous! Now I have to borrow or purchase a mower because I got rid of mine when I started this “subscription” with LawnStarter. Do not use! Very Undependable!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did not show up when they said that they would (or at all). I called once and was on hold for 30 minutes when I agreed to an auto call back, which never came. I have been on hold for over two hours and still have not spoken to a single human. I had to get another company to mow our lawn and pay a pretty sum because of how tall the grass grew while waiting lawnStarter to not show up.

Mowing was great, but they didn't trim around the beds or the telephone pole out front. - Later in the day, Cle camew out and trimmed the entire yard and it looks great. He did a good job. Apparently, there was some mix-up in what the job entailed. That is now solved and we are on the same page.

The worst customer service company I have ever interacted with. they do not show up for the job more than once. I call to cancel their service because of the lack of reliability. They tell me they will charge me with cancellation fee although they are the ones who did not show up. I request to speak to a supervisor to complain about the cancellation fee and they say this does not qualify as an issue to be discussed with a supervisor.

Totally shady and unacceptable. Would caution all to be careful when dealing with this company

Greatly appreciate the lawn for a listed property! It has been cut and taken care of without an issue!

Phillip did a great job with the initial cut/trim/edge - as well as quickly providing a quote we requested for some additional landscaping/maintenance services. Lawnstarter was super-easy & convenient service to use, as well!

This company has done an amazing job at finding us a perfect company to take care of our lawn... They were friendly, hard working and kept us updated as to when our lawn would be serviced. I am so pleased that we finally found a great company to work with,

The wife and I contracted moving with this service for her elderly mother because the company that did it before closed the doors suddenly. Lawnstarter was prompt getting out to mow it quick once they received a credit card for 3 mows. (want to state it was appreciated they squeezed us in) Was told in the beginning they may have to mow it and charge for two since it was really high from all the rain, and we were ok with this!!! They mowed and left it looking terrible!!!. Called them and waited one hour and still couldn't get anyone on the phone. Finally got a call back the next day and was promised it would be mowed again/mulched up over the weekend but they never showed. Lady on the phone is really nice but the service is terrible!!!. Take a look at the pictures and it tells the story

Timely, listened to my needs and completed the project beautifully. Now we are looking at possible multiple offers on our home.
