I live in a apartment, and I kept have water leaking from my ceiling coming from the apartment above me. Been having this same issue for almost a year. Tim Jenkins from One Source found where the water leak was coming from, and fixed the problem. Thanks Tim!! He also was able to fix my air vent in the bathroom that wasn't working properly. This guy is very professional and know his stuff.

For a while now I've been using One Source, owned by Mr. Joshua Elchert, as my property's maintenance company, and business representative. I cannot stress enough how valuable their services has been for me. Mr. Elchert took my case under his personal wing. He has been making sure my tenants cooperate, pay rent on time, and keep the place in good order, but beyond that, being that I live out of state, he's been my eyes and ears on the ground. He forged a good relationship with the tenants, and has been both taking care of whatever they need, and making certain my interests are being properly handled. Now, that I want to sell the property, it's him that I turn to to find a buyer and negotiate a good price for me. Mr. Elchert is the most personable & reliable professional I've worked with so far in this context, I fully trust him to resolve any issue with my property, my tenants, collect rent on time, foresee problems, solve them quietly and efficiently. I feel he's been there for me as if it's his own property at stake. I highly recommend his services.

One Source was my saving call. I had a flood at my house and didn’t no what to do I called several contractors and everybody was talking about Thanksgiving we will be able to get you in and finished bye. I called one source they were there next day tearing up my floor putting back my house. I would recommend them to ANYONE.

I called to get information on sod installation as per the website, photos and other reviews that it's a service that's provided. The lady who answered the phone so fast I may add I couldn't make out what she said fully, which was 1souce but not very pleasant. She stated to me they don't do sod Installation. I would recommend you update your website if it's a service you advertise but don't offer. Disappointed

Honestly the management is very understanding and professional. They treat there clients like family. From my experience I can tell the employees and owners love their job, while doing a great job. I would recommend this company's services to anyone looking for professionalism and great job done.

This is the second year that we have had One Source come out to do our fall cleanup on our lawn. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. I was thrilled when I came home from work and found the lawn absolutely immaculate! They cleaned up all our leaves, removed all the dead plants from our garden beds, trimmed off the perennials such as our hostas, and removed our brush pile. According to my husband, they even climbed stepladders to our huge old oak and maple trees and knocked down the remaining leaves with leaf blowers. They also made sure that no leaves blew over onto our neighbors lawns. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone!
