I had a leaky drain in my kitchen sink. Eric showed up promptly and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and for a very reasonable price. Eric and Kyle were professional and explained the issue to me clearly so I understood what happened. I haven’t had any issues with my sink since the repair was complete. I would highly recommend Rooter Master!!

Miles was Awesome! I appreciated how he put on booties before entering our home! He explained our situation and unclogged our tough bathtub drain quickly. He was very thorough, understanding and professional. What's crazy is that he did another job for us when he worked for another company and we were very happy with his work then so we trusted him and were delighted to have him do work for us again!

Miles came to our home to fix a flooded basement problem after all the down pouring rain yesterday. He was very professional, courteous and explained everything to us. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend this young man and the company. After a different company kept us hanging for 7 hours. that they guaranteed they would out no matter how late it was at night. by midnight we stopped responding and went to bed. Outstanding service - we called for two separate incidents - one a clogged sewer drain, and the other a clogged sink. Both times, they were at the door within half an hour. Finished the job quick and did a fantastic job, that I obviously am otherwise unable to perform. They were quick and got it done, and were professional about it. 10/10 would recommend giving Dustin, Jay, Donny, and Hunter all raises.

Eric squeezed us in his schedule today and remembered us from a previous service call that he had done. We were pleased with his work and honesty previously and chose to call on him again for another issue and he not only gave us a discount but also a 1 year guarantee on his work. On New Years Eve morning my drain backed up. I called three plumbers to learn they were not available until Monday. Eric Salmon at Rooter Master Sewer and Drains was the fourth I called. I was told they were rather busy but he will do his best to get to my home within a reasonable amount of time. I received a call back 15 minutes later and he was on the way. He was quick in doing his job and explained what the issue was very well. I wasn't upsold anything and feel confident to stick with a company like this for future needs and recommendations. Excellent work Eric. You've earned a permanent customer.

Miles came over to give me a quote. He was very helpful proffessional and personable. He explained what was entailed for the job. He stated that he could install the dishwasher now. Which he did. He did a great job and he was very fast. He was very responsive to my needs and cleaned up after he was done. I will definitely call him again when needed.

I am very happy with the service I received from Miles at Rooter Master! I called for help after my mother's basement flooded and the water heater stopped working. Miles came out to her house within an hour or so. He checked the floor drain and water heater then explained the problem to me in a very easy to understand way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me what to do that would likely fix the problem, then he took measurements and gave me a price estimate for a new water heater in case she would need a new one. He didn't charge for the visit or advice, and after I followed his directions the water heater began working again so she didn't need to buy a new one! He saved her a lot of money and hassle. I am very grateful to Miles for his integrity, his helpful advice and the genuine care he gave us. I highly recommend Miles!!

I called for assistance w snaking a drain and within an hour I had a team to my house. They were professional, realistic and had my water running through my pipes an hour later. I was so grateful for their services.

Kyle and Ben are excellent to work with, professional, and courteous. The first time I called my drains had completely stopped, they were out the same day and had them moving. They let me know what the problem was, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I scheduled the work to be done and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely call them again for other needs.

Hunter came out within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday to unclog our sump pump line. Very professional and personable. I recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Also reasonable price and Hunter was very knowledgeable about the situation.

Mike was very professional vans mannerable. Introduced himself. And what was impressive he put those footies over his shoes to keep from tracking in my house. That was awesome. Told me what the problem was, fixed it and we were done. I’d call again if I had any problems. I can’t express how professional he was.

I really appreciate how quickly they scheduled the repair and fixed a broken pipe that was causing water to enter my basement. Their prompt response was a huge relief.

However, I can’t give 4 or 5 stars due to how they left my home after the job was completed. They had to dig a hole in my front yard to make the repair, but they left a large mound of dirt and didn’t properly fill the hole back in (see photo).

Inside my basement, they made an effort to clean up the mud that got tracked in, but I felt they could have done a more thorough job. Additionally, they forgot to replace a drain cover that had been moved during the repair.

Overall, I wouldn’t be opposed to using their services again, but I would make sure to clearly communicate my expectations regarding cleanup and restoration after the work is done.

I will NEVER use another company for ANY plumbing or sewer issues!!! Seth was absolutely fantastic and I simply cannot say enough to praise the job he did! He explained everything and taught me a lot about the problems I was having. He saved me precious money (that I will have to pay for other services I need him to do). I am forever grateful for the honesty and integrity he demonstrated. After having several estimates from other companies that immediately wanted to rip through my tile and replace obviously unnecessary plumbing, I was overjoyed to watch this young man problem solve so effectively and efficiently!! Thank you Seth! He even snaked my tub drain for free!!

Absolutely terrible follow-up from this company and I still have to yet address the poor quality work that was performed that caused me to have to have another company come out and do the drain cleaning better. It's taken many calls to follow up and the small task they were to do last week still hasn't been done. The techs were good to speak to but the work is proving to not be the best and the office personnel is absolutely unfriendly and acts like we are bothering her when we call to follow up on what should have been done a week ago. Cannot recommend at this time - hopeful they will finish what they are supposed to and then will start the conversation about the initial work that had to be re-done by someone else that I already paid for.
