Jag's is an incredible local plumber. Very responsive to setting up a call and they do great quality work. They are very price conscious and are quick at diagnosing problems. They are my go-to company for anything plumbing relating. 10/10 would recommend calling Jag's for any plumbing issues.

JAG Plumbing has basically fixed everything in our house at this point and I wouldn't trust any other plumbing business to do so. Their work is exceptional, priced reasonably, and they are true professionals. Highly recommend.

Joe and LG were very responsive and quick to remove my old dishwasher and install a new one. They were extremely thorough in their installation and ensured the quality of install as well. I would highly recommend!

Truck with license number PKR7810 on 7/3/25 swerved across all lines of traffic on the interstate and almost wrecked multiple vehicles including ours we have two kids including a 1 month old. He then proceeded to pull up next to our vehicle to cuss, wave, yell and flip off my husband! Not sure of the services they provide but whoever was driving this truck today should not be!

I have used Jag Plumbing for years. They are a wonderful group of professionals with a great attitude and great work ethic. LG and Joe came today. Zack and Gary have been here many times. You can't go wrong with these guys. They're honest and respectful. Five stars guys!

Had Chris and Isiah out to look at an issue with a shower drain (showed up a daily earlier than scheduled) can’t beat that, they where friendly, efficient and fair, I’ve used JAG a couple times now and have always been professional and accommodating thank you again for the service

UPDATE: Small win in court! I took JAG Plumbing to small claims after they abandoned equipment in my sewer line and refused to take responsibility. The judge ruled in my favor and awarded me damages. It feels good to have some accountability — persistence pays off! JAG has yet to pay me. Utterly unprofessional!!! Hired JAG Plumbing & Drains to unclog a drain. They got their sewer snake stuck in my line, abandoned it, and left my pipes blocked. When I asked for their insurance info (listed on their business card), they refused. I had to pay thousands to another plumber to fix the mess. They ignored legal demand letters and the Ohio Attorney General.

Started my upstairs dormer renovations and that involved getting the drainage situated for the new bathroom. Well I couldn’t be happier with the results. Zach and Chris were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Will definitely be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Had an amazing experience with my plumber LG. He was able to come out the same day and handled multiple projects quickly and professionally. He’s a true craftsman—constantly checked in with me, asked how I wanted things to look, and made sure everything was done exactly the way I envisioned. The quality of his work was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Eric gave us an estimate and the work was done efficiently and when done they cleaned up and took care of everything to our expectations. I would highly recommend them

Very helpful and really nice sub pump put a new sub pump in and my electric went out he told us I had to go call electrician and he came and fixed the electrician thank you for all your help
