We had a tricky situation and Pipe Doctor stayed the course to pin point the problem and then get my landlord to follow through with treatment. I appreciate their clear and conscise communication from the office staff and the group who came out to diagnose the issue. Great job, Pipe Doctor. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge and follow through.

I had the Pipe Doctor replace a water main shutoff in the basement of my rental house in Toledo. Brandon did a great job he was quick, professional, and very thorough.

I'm thinking this place is going out of business. Had them come to look at a hot water tank they installed that was under warranty and installed by them having an issue. They did nothing after showing up the day after call but charge for an emergency call? that was not an emergency call and sent an invoice that was incorrect. Have tried reaching out to them multiple times via phone calls with zero response. Left countless messages on their answering service ( they do not answer or respond to calls). Beware of doing business with them. Turning this company into The State Attorney General for fraud. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Showed up on a Sunday within 35-40 minutes of calling. Got the two leaky hot water lines fixed in no time at all! Didn't charge emergency prices or any other nonsense. Would definitely recommend 👍

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company. They over charged me for a service knowing the sewer company was going to pay for the service of the camera. I still haven’t gotten my money from them for the camera which I paid $250 and the sewer company pays $200. And when I spoke with the manager he was rude and cutting me off and telling me he was going to contact the sewer company and call me back on three-way. He never called back and I have not been issued my refund. Use any other company but them.

I hired them to jet a drain. The price was outrageous and they damaged my plumbing. They then walked away from any responsibility to fix the problem and offered no refund. Demanded payment upfront, so I have no other solution than hiring an attorney. Learn from my mistake and hire someone else.

Nate and Toby took care of my leaky shower. The young men were very professional and answered all my question. I have used this company in the past and have been very satisfied with their work.

T & J is a great company. My husband and I have used their services multiple times. The first work we had done was major sewer line work in our front yard and basement. The work was done perfectly, the crew worked very fast and professionally and everything was cleaned up and put back in its place..including our whole front yard! Since that first job we have never had water in our basement again! After our first good experience we have called them back for all of our plumbing issues. Each time they came out very quickly and provided us with honest advice about what we needed done. They are very trustworthy and when we did not actually need work done they said so! I would recommend this company and will call them back if we ever need any more work done.

These guys and gals are awesome. We had a gas leak on our line going into our hot water heater. Columbia gas shut off our gas until we could get it repaired so we were left with no hot water. Within an hour of Columbia leaving, the T and J repairman was out to our house and replaced the line. Excellent customer service, and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

We called for an appointment to have our tub unclogged, to replace a valve to our ice maker and see why our kitchen sink was having hot water problems. Bill and an assisting plumber were out within the hour. They were friendly knowledgeable, and thorough. They discovered 2 corroded valves, one leaking, that we were not aware of. The called the city to gain access to the outside water turnoff. Everything was completed except the faucet, within 3 hours. They cleaned the areas they worked in before they left. We actually bought a faucet after they left and they came back before the end of the same day to install it. It was a tiny work space , making it very difficult to install. He did not raise the price of installation even though it took 3 times longer than normal. Becca, their dispatcher was very good at what she does. She was friendly and efficient. When we called back in the afternoon to schedule the faucet installation, she said she would get him out before the end of the day so we would not have to pay the higher emergency rate on the weekend. We have found a plumber, at last, that we would be more than happy to call again if needed in the future. They earned every penny we paid. Great job guys!

I don't know if it's possible for a company to get sick of seeing you but they might as well set up shop lol
