They are 0.3 miles from my house and were a hour late. Spent 10 minutes looking at my tank with a cell phone flashlight and then told me I needed a new $2200 hot water tank. Cost me $100 just for them to come out and I guess I get that but when he asked if I wanted him to get the pilot light relit so I could have hot water until I replaced the tank, I didn't think he would just press the button on it like I had already tried. He then charged me $20 more because he attempted to light it. It didn't light by the way. Don't think I'll be calling them again.

I will start by saying they are very expensive, at my house about an hour and a half and almost no parts, other than a couple fittings used and it ran us almost $700. However, they did great work and were at our house within 40 minutes of a call on Saturday afternoon.

Pipe Doctor is the best in town.... immediate call back... response time less than 1 hour... great demeanor... very caring... had the problem figured out and a solution very quickly.... discussed the different options thoroughly...were able to start on the job immediately...I can't say enough about the team at Pipe Doctor and how knowledgable and caring they are to help quickly when an emergency happens!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any plumbing needs!!!

Thank you for your recent service on my second floor bathroom toilet. Your service technician , Troy, was very professional and helpful with service work that was done.. I will call your company on any future plumbing work that I would need and recommend to anyone to call on your company. My decisions is do to the work that Troy has done, Dennis Zika, Sylvania Ohio.

Had appt at 9am on a Friday to install shower valve and diverter. Was contacted and pushed back to 12:00pm because a bigger job came in. Was then called around noon to let me know the tech was still busy and would not be out till 3pm. Finally showed up at 3:30 and took 45 min to spec out the job to give me a price and still could not figure it out. Then he tells me he will not be able to get to my job today. I specifically informed the call taker I needed this installed that day or they could cancel and I would contact someone else. She said they would get it taken care of. I am livid at this point and tell the tech he can leave, I will hire someone else. They bill me $39.00 service fee (which I was aware of) even though they pushed the little guy off for a bigger job, then don’t show up when promised. Does not know how to price out a job, then basically says my day is over, sorry about your luck. Horrible customer service. I will not be using or referring this company anytime in the future. You would think they would waive the fee Because they pushed me off all day and wasted my time.

Team who came out told us they were the most expensive because they were the best. Also was told they were the only ones in the area doing the specific service. They then diagnosed our problem and Gave us a recommendation to fix it. They were not able to fix it but we still paid thousands of dollars because their recommendation did not work. Came to find out that there were other companies providing the exact same services in the specialized repair who came to fix our problem at a better rate.

Trustworthy and Prompt! We have used them for home and for our business and they are always fast and fix any problems we have. We no longer stress about plumbing we just call Pipe Doctor and they handle it.

Nick was very knowledgable. He was kind and respectful in my home. Probably one of the nicest people out there. He was proud of 33 years in this field of work and showed dedication to his employer. The work I needed done turned out better than expected. Though the prices were a little expensive, the fact that the work was warranted for life and quality of product pays for itself in the long run. Compared to most plumbers the prices were reasonable as well. This company is definitely recommended for larger plumbing jobs because of costs and quality.

We hired Pipe Doctor in 2014 for our backed up sewer drainage issue and didn't think twice about the near 4,000 dollar repair bill to dig and repair our line. It has been two years and our sewer line is disconnected from this repair patch and once again sewage is backing up into our home.

We made every effort to use the Pipe Doctor again, and would have been happy to split the cost to fix their repair. However, they wanted to charge us full price a second time, and stated they only guarantee their work for one year.

The Pipe Doctor does not stand behind their work, and thus we will be using a different sewage contractor.

I had a problem with a leaky toilet that was difficult to get to because the bathroom is tiny. These guys were very professional and clean. Eric was very patient and answered all my questions and found the best solution in the most cost effective way. He took the time to explain what he was going to do before he did it which I appreciated. He also fixed a leaky pipe we had in the basement with no problems. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely go to them again when I have plumbing issues.

Outstanding!! If you need to replace a sump pump, call these people first! They answered the phone after hours, sent someone out quickly and are reasonably priced. They replaced an old broken sump pump with a new, name-brand pump. Installation was courteous, fast and clean. I was given warrantee material and a clear explanation of the work and cost before they started. This was plumbing perfection! They will continue to be at the top of my list.

I have used Pipe Doctor Several times in the past. I had a leak at one of my rental properties and gave them a call. They were quick to arrive and found the problem. Due to the scope of the work involved, they had to come back the next morning. ( called them at 4PM) They showed up the next morning bright and early with all of their equipment and got to work. The project took longer than they expected due to some unforeseen circumstances on my end. They are my go to plumbers. I can't recommend them enough.

The best around! Troy has dug us out of a handful of wash down situations at our wash facility. Each time we were back up and running in no time. Recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services

If I could give Pipe Doctor 100 STARS I would! I am beyond pleased with EVERY ASPECT of their quality work! The only regret I have is that I did not call Pipe Doctor first! From my experience, I recommend this Pipe Doctor business 100%.

I have used Pipe Doctor for the last 5 years. They did my whole house as it was renovated and added on in different phases. They never had a problem with the Inspectors and everything has held up pretty well over the years. As of writing this review, I recently had them out to ensure that the sump pump's and (backup) were ready and functioning for the upcoming spring. Eric came out and tested everything which was appreciated.

Through the years I have seen 7 or 8 different servicemen come into my house and all of them were respectful. Some of them I thought were more efficient than others.
I can assure you my experience overall through the years with Pipe Doctor has been a good one.

Service Call/Slow drain and water back up: Jason Cousino Journeyman Plumber: Jason did an excellent job to trouble shoot and identify the root cause of the problem. Jason is friendly, professional and very competent on all aspects of plumbing. The task was completed in short time frame and I thought the fee was vary fair. Great work.

I would have liked to have given a better rating for this company. The technician was super nice and he came to my home the same day promptly. What should have tipped me off is that he tried to give me a quote for a new water heater right off the bat, without even looking at the water heater. I told him I thought it was the thermocouple.

The quote was really high but I was desperate for hot water. I totally get the $139 charge for after hours. Which I was glad to pay. He installs the new thermocouple,Tries to light it a couple times, but he realized the gas was still shut off. Turns on gas...Tries to light it again, thermal couple doesn’t stay lit, then says it’s the gas regulator, and that I might as well just get a new water heater because of the price to install a gas regulator. I asked what the charge would be because it took maybe tops 15 minutes to install. And furthermore, he didn’t even seem to troubleshoot it for that long.He said well technically I did the job it’s $439. (300 labor)And said that if I got a new water heater he would put some of that money towards a new water heater.
I just felt screwed over. I told him I’ll wait on the new water heater. It just felt fishy, I called Bluflame the next day, they came out, Looked at it did some adjustments, lit right up, he said it was not worth writing up and did not charge me for coming out. I would like a partial refund from Pipe Doctor.

Today we had such an awesome experience with our Pipe Doctor technician! He was at my home within 30 mins of my call! He was so personable and friendly! Super fast faucet replacement! We will be canceling our Ben Franklin subscription and will be using Matt as our plumber from here on out! Telling all our friend about this service! Thanks again!

I’m sure this review will appear to good to be true, but the reality is they are. Before reaching the pipe Dr. and Eric (the owner) specifically we were given no answers only speculation as to why ( as we had been out of town) we had a sewer leak(yuck ) in the basement. Erik new we had to address this quickly and didn’t have a team available so came out himself and quickly diagnosed the problem. His team (forgive me for not remembering their names) came out, spent the day here were incredibly able, efficient, and neat. As they left we felt so assured that they had done the job expertly. Do not hesitate to use this company, workmanship and manners of old. Thanks again!

My sewer line broke and I called Eric for him to come out and take a look at the project. He came out within hours of me calling him on a Saturday. Since I could not turn on water, flush toilets, shower, etc Eric was able to put in an emergency request and cancelled other jobs in order to take care of me and do the sewer line repairs himself!. The job was complete that Monday which is less than 48 hours from when I called him! Eric was very professional and I was so happy with the work he completed in a very timely manner for a reasonable price.

Eric did our plumbing for my shake bar. He did a great job and got it done in a fast time frame. He has helped us with other plumbing services over the years. He is always quick to respond and so helpful! We love the Pipe Doctor and Eric!
