I had a plumbing issue to where my basement sink was filling up with water and food particles as well as when I ran my washing machine the water was splashing out of the PVC pipe and into the floor. I called them today around 8am and they were here by 10am. They fixed the issues within 20 mins and Jacob took the time to explain things to me and what I could do to help maintain healthier drains. Very kind, knowledgeable, and professional! I would recommend this company to anybody! Very reasonable prices too I had to pay $60 less than what I was quoted over the phone! They came out on December 14th. We thought we had a clog because water was coming out from under the toilet we were told it would be 250 for them to rooter it. We knew it was more expensive on the weekend but we needed to do laundry and get ready for the following week. Once he got here the guy knew it wasn’t a clog within the first 30 mins. He kept running the water and trying different things for the 2 hours he was here. I thought surely since he didn’t do anything besides take the toilet off and he put it back without us asking him to do so we were gonna do that ourselves. He put it back because his boss cuz he was in and out on the phone. The guy was nice but if we had known it was gonna end up costing us $358 bucks we’d told him to leave I don’t understand why he kept messing around knowing it wasn’t a clog and the issue not being fixed. Super frustrating right before Christmas too and I know he didn’t even want to charge us that much but it was over his head. I’ll gave 3 stars one because the guy was nice and 2 they did come quickly after we called but way more than they said and also all they did was pull the toilet and put it back which we didn’t ask them to no rootering wasn’t done expected it not to be that much even told the guy they said it was 250 just for rootering how was it this much with that not done…

Horrible driver 1230pm 7-23-25 .23s 475 split older Econo line ford van . white male early twenties thin weak mustache hat on backwards . On his phone Narrowly Rear ends merging traffic from 475 . And is still on phone After incident . Everybody makes mistakes but you're supposed to learn . I don't think I would want this guy in my house or business working on my plumbing if you can't get the little things like driving Carefully .

Erick. The guy. Appointment at 2. I think came at 2:05. That's amazing. I had no drainage. Afraid to flush. Snaked 48 feet in my 100 year old house. I highly recommend this company!!!

Carl was amazing. He showed up in about 30 minutes after calling on a holiday weekend to fix a leaking stop valve and had it fixed very quickly and non invasively, even with having to run to the store for an extra part or two. Not to mention, the price was very reasonable for the holiday weekend and fast response time! We will absolutely be using Rooter Pro again for all of our plumbing needs.

I just had PHIL SCHUSTER PLUMBING do a really tough plumbing job for me. He put in a new underground water line from the city water tap, through 3 foundation walls; moved my water meter to a more convenient lication; tied in new pex lines in my basement. He told me he could do the job for a MUCH LOWER PRICE than his competitors but it would take 4 days. The job was completed on time! He used the same grade copper water lines as his competitors. He cleaned up the mess before he left. I saved about $1000. My applauds to Phll and his team! They are my new GO- TO-GUYS 🥰 Donna Meyers-Glyda from Maumee

I had the these guys on two separate jobs. The first job everything was great. They were fast and affordable and pretty decent guys.

The second time was a bit different. They couldn’t figure out how to get my furnace running and had to come back multiple days which I completely understand. The problem I had was after about the 3 day they just stopped coming by. I tried calling them back and was given excuse after excuse. It’s been over a year since they have been to my house but the worst part is how they treated me on the phone. Phill told me multiple times that he would have someone come out to my house and each time was a lie.

It’s hard to explain but Phill was very condescending to me on the phone. He was very quick to get off the phone with me after assuring me that someone would come to my house this week despite not setting up any appointments or giving any specific days or times. This happened over 5 times until I very frankly asked him if there was a problem with me or something. Phill explained to me that he was dealing with staffing issues which I understand because this was a little after covid but that doesn’t explain the blatant lying and wasting my time. If he was short staffed he could have simply explained that to me the first and I could have either waited for an opening or shopped elsewhere but he purposely lied to me multiple times for no reason at all. Phill Schuster is liar and completely unprofessional.
