Jack unclogged sewer drain in basement. I felt like he made up the price on the spot though. Gave 90day warranty. And I had the money to pay. God is great!

The gate valves at the water meter would not shut off so I can replace my mom's kitchen faucet they were there several hours . the water company from Genoa had to come out in dig down two feet to find the shut off in the front yard they replaced the valves fix the faucet very very reasonable and extremely nice to deal with my mom was very happy she's in her eighties great people

Great company, installed interior gas line from newly installed Columbia gas meter assembly on property abandoned for 15 years, filled old boiler and 13 radiators and made sure there were no leaks. All good and a great price! Amazing crew, highly recommend.

I had gas company come and shut-off gas in my little duplex. I called around Toledo to get a plumber and no luck. Phil got recommended by a different company. They did what they said they were going to do and were upfront with their pricing. I highly recommend for their speed, knowledge, pricing and professionalism. Will be my go plumbing company from now on.

Months ago someone here suggested I get a new toilet. The plumbing issue I was having being tied to needing that. Really quick read. Today, after an unclogging something very simple, it’s fixed. No new toilet.

It took months to get over this bad advice. I was convinced we needed a new toilet.

We will need one eventually but the point is that this person was blatantly wrong.

I've had rooter right come out twice, both times Miles showed up. Miles is incredibly nice and will make sure the job is done correctly. I'd highly recommend him! The good news is the will show up to get the work done, other companies I've called for service didn't show up. Thanks again Miles!

I would not recommend this business to anyone and would give it zero stars if I could. They charged us nearly $500 to fix a gas leak but the work failed inspection from the gas company. The owner agreed to refund us a good portion of the bill but he never sent us our refund check. My husband called several times to get to the bottom of it and the owner always had an excuse until he finally stopped taking our calls altogether. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are currently awaiting a resolution. Don’t become a victim like we did!

Sam did an amazing job! We had an urgent situation at the house we’ve only owned for two weeks.He came out to assess our situation within 8hrs of our call and had to spend two days fixing the leaking sewer pipe of our 120yr old home. He tried very hard to only cut holes where he absolutely had to and is always very meticulous about his work and cleaning up after. I will continue to use his services in the future and highly recommend him.

Had an issue with my basement sump pump. Called in the morning and was able to get on the schedule that day. Technicians were knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Will use again and highly recommend for plumbing needs

Funny story, I called Rooter Right by accident after having Roto Rooter get me a quote for a broken sewage pipe in the backyard. I was calling to schedule the work and Sam offered to get someone out to do a quote, so I said "why not"? Let me tell you, I'm glad I called. He had Montana out at my house same day within a couple hours and they quoted me less than half of the $7k Roto Rooter wanted for the job. I put down half on the work and they came out and completed it today (4 days later, which is real quick imo). They were here for probably about 6 hours. Job was done well, they were respectful of my property (to the degree you can be in an excavation), and clearly explained any questions I had throughout. Highly recommend. They definitely earned a repeat customer in me, should I need these services in the future!

Had a water leak- laundry room floor was soaked. Called at 11:00 pm and they were out by 11:00 am the next morning. Myles was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them. Had to call again for the third time- no fault to them. Miles(sorry for earlier incorrect spelling) came out again as we request him and again he was wonderful. Great company and would highly recommend Miles to anyone who needed plumbing. Very friendly and great person. Rooter right is lucky to have a employee like him. Would of liked to give a additional review since we have used this company 3 times but site wouldn't let me. Thanks for the great service.

Very pleased with the service that Montana provided. He came in, assessed the issue, started working on it immediately. Cleaned the outside drain line...all drains are working fantastic now. Montana was very pleasant and professional. I found our permanent plumbing company and will ask that Montana be the service tech that comes to help our family.

The team was quick to respond and schedule an appointment to install my toilet and sink after having new flooring put in. They were professional and explained all their work thoroughly through each step. Would highly recommend!
