Back in May I had a mainline clog. Tree roots. Wash machine backed up into my tub. Needless to say I was highly upset and nervous. James answered initial call and arrived quickly. Ron came later. That guy works hard! They both worked 6 hours until 2AM to get me partially clear. I never heard any frustration from them. Ron did most of the talking and he was so courteous and professional. Knowledgeable. Once the mainline was partially clear I had some break loose into tub drain and so Ron cleared that. Sent a camera through and told me I needed a clean out installed outside so he could really get the drain clear. Unfortunately the next night when I used my kitchen drain that was blocked , Colin came out cleared that and he too was extra kind and response time was right away. He gave me the names of the guys that were there the night before when I inquired about how impressed I was. Anyhow , two days ago I had the clean out installed. They weren’t the cheapest estimate but I can’t say enough about that crew. I don’t know any names but they ALL did a fabulous job . Beyond my expectations. In and out and not nearly the mess I expected. Once that was installed Ron came and snaked the main. Awesome once again. Highly impressed! I’ll recommend to anyone that needs your service!

Sunday night we noticed our plumbing backing up into our bathtub every time we used the washer. Then noticed the water in the toilet was VERY low. Lastly, noticed the horrendous odor that came along with it all. My husband called T & J Plumbing this morning and they were at our house by 4pm when we both got home from work. Within 2 hours they had diagnosed the problem, shown us the video footage, took the time to explain our options in detail & get the job done. They will be our first call next time we need it!
Ps. We live in Maumee, so we know that call won’t be long!

Colin was polite and took the time to cover my dryer so it wouldn't get dirty. He advised us of what was happening and what he found. This is our second time using them.

We've been using T&J since 2019 for both small and large jobs. The most recent was a two day one. Tim, the owner, Nate and Dillon did the work.

It included removing and old cast iron basement stack and basically useless floor level sewer clean out. In order to eliminate the old clean out they needed to break up and patch floor. Necessary related things were done, too, but this was the heart of the of the project. We now have new PVC stack with an easily accessible clean out. They also replaced our old, smaller kitchen drain stack with a PVC stack. One last, and appreciated, point is that they did a nice job of clean up.

Besides being consummate professionals who did great work, they are cool guys who were a pleasure to be around. I also want to note that the company has a top flight office staff, too.

The T&J service that I received 10/14, was beyond rude it was disrespectful and unprofessional! Should I give each person's name? Their new office manager and the plumber who thought it was fine not to wear clean plastic coverings over his boots before entering my home. I had to ask him twice to cover his boots.

When our faucet finally took its last breath we called and they managed to have a technician ready to go within an hour of us calling, his name was Christian and was kind enough to replace some of the original lines as well. Definitely will be referring him and this company to anyone I know in need of help.

I'd give T&J 10 Stars if I could. The service that Chris performed was absolutely top-notch! He's experienced, efficient, tidy, and very friendly. I thought my drain problem would take hours to fix, but was pleasantly surprised that it took less than an hour.

My toilet had become clogged and no amount of plunging would clear it. I have used T&J in the past, so I gave them a call first thing this morning (8ish) and they were at my place about 10:45. They listened to my explanation and checked the things they needed to check; then they explained my options to me very clearly. I asked a question and expressed my concerns, which they addressed. I gave them the go ahead and they were done in a few minutes with just snaking the line. They put everything back together and cleaned up. The price range estimate was 265 to 365 and thankfully, the job came in on the low end. Hopefully, I won't have to call them for several more years. I would recommend these guys to anyone needed plumbing service.

Nate and Andrew were great. They are Knowledgeable and friendly. They gave helpful hints and how tos. Thanks to both of them and the three others who came and worked our problem.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel very compelled to based on my experience with T&J rooter. I had them out to install a whole home water filter and fix a slow draining/clogged kitchen sink. The technicians were very friendly and professional, and the water filter installation went great and is working perfect to this day. That’s the positive… let’s get into why I would never recommend them to anyone.

We had hot water pressure drop significantly in just one bathroom after the filter installation (it is fine everywhere else in the house) and I had them back out to fix it. Their solution was another $300-$400 to fix the shower on top of the $125 diagnostic fee that I did pay. The shower had perfectly fine pressure before they came.

Additionally, the kitchen sink was working fine once they left, and then the issues arose again about 30 days later so I had them back out but because it “was past 30 days” they were going to charge ANOTHER $225 to attempt to fix it again.

Again, the technician team was very professional but the lack of follow up and support after 1. Altering the plumbing in an area of my house and 2. Charging again to fix an issue that wasn’t fixed the first time is extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Had to have our service line replaced. The crew on the job were (Gary, Andrew, Nate and Delano.) They arrived at the time promised and were professional and very polite. Despite the weather being very raining and miserable, they answered all of our questions and kept us informed along the way. I highly recommend.

Wonderful company to work with. Very reasonable.Employees are very professional. They went above and beyond fixing a brace at the ceiling that holds a pipe in place, and cleaning up the water on floor, and around pipe. This is the second project they worked on for us, and will call again in the future if we need something done. Thank you guys!

My water meter was constantly running even when all the water supplies were turned out. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. T&J Rooter found the problem right away and was able to fix it quickly.

T&J is always our go-to plumber when we need one! We have used them to do something as complex as jack hammer our basement floor replacing main sewer piping, to as simple as replacing a kitchen faucet. We are always happy with their work!

Highly recommend — Chris and Dylan specifically. Called around 1230 and they were here by 2 to repair my basement floor drain that’s been backing up. They not only cleaned, but jetted and took pictures and a video of 81 feet of line at no additional cost to me. In using the camera, they did found a break in my line on the city side and they submitted everything needed to get the city out to fix it. They even showed me all the documentation and talked me through what they found. Quick, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Do yourself a favor and don’t use anyone else!! I won’t!
