Ryan came out to my home within 45 mins of a phone call for a backed up sewer line. Completed the job in 1/2 days time and no issues since then. Gave a great detail of things I may want to accomplish in the future that may happen to an old house. Will most definitely use them again! Great service!!

The tech Bryson come out at 4 pm on a Sunday. I had been working on getting my main line unclogged for a few hours and was getting no where. He come out accessed the situation and had me back up and rolling within a hour. I run a service business and for a guy on a Sunday night to come out for the price I paid, I was amazed. He told me what he needed to do and explained what could happen if he was unable to get it one way he would have to try another. But he got it within 20 mins. Bryson is one hell of a employee and got the job done right.

Rooter Man has been servicing me for many year. I'm always satisfied we have a great relationship and the guys are amazing. GREAT PRICES!!!!! Can't be beat!!!

Called a couple places. Rooter man was quick to respond and get someone out right away. The tech Christian was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Great job and service.

I cant thank these people enough. I just bought a house early this year and have effectively been broke ever sense. Unfortunately i had roots plugging my sewer line entirely and the old cleanout was just not going to cut it. They worked with me on everything to ensure my cleanout would be replaced and the root intrusion would be gone. This is an old house with a lot of plumbing. Some hooked up, some 🤷 and i will be hiri g rooter man for all of it!

My floor drain in my basement was overflowing!!! I called rooter man and within an hour a technician was at my doorstep. Christian was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. He explained pricing and procedures and what he recommended should be done. Roots were snaked out of one of my clean outs and all was well. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely call rooter man in the future and recommend to others.

We had an outdoor faucet leak. It was a difficult repair because the pipe was buried in the slab. A young man came out, the owners son. At first I wondered if he had enough experience to do the job. After much thought we decided to give him a chance. However, he worked very hard and fixed the problem. I was surprised at how knowledgeable he was. Great work

Called the day before Thanksgiving late in the afternoon for a kitchen valve leaking into my basement. Within two hours Brycen showed up and got to work. He is replacing the valve as I type this. They came out when others couldn’t make it until after the holiday. Great service! AND the owner called to let me know who was coming and at what time. It’s the details that matter….nice job and thank you. Chris

Had a very good experience with these guys - came out very quickly and even though we had an issue - while cleaning out our sink, part of it broke - the owner called me and we reached a fair agreement to proceed with the unexpected repairs. (old plumbing can break - not unexpected but frustrating to go through) Ultimately that's the difference between hiring some random franchise or lead building thing and a family owned business. Will be working with these guys again should we have other issues in the future.

Called rooter man on a Saturday, the gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and informative . He said the plumber would be out within the hour. Plumber arrived was also very friendly and informative. Told me what the problem was and what he would have to do to fix it, he did what he said to fix my problem . And had me back business. From the phone call to fixing the problem very professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend them .

I called this company when my sewer backed up into the back shower and toilet on a Saturday. They were so courteous and kind, and told me there was already a technician in my neighborhood! The technician arrived within 2 hours of my phone call and was so gracious. Joel was able to identify the issue, and he also found another underlying issue. Joel was so polite and knowledgeable. He expertly answered all of my questions in a very courteous and professional manner. I also had a toilet stop flushing, and I had a second technician come to fix that issue. Ryan was just as kind and professional. I have had very pleasant experiences with this company and they have gained a customer for life in me.

Christian was an amazing, professional and knowledgeable serviceman. We have always had excellent service from Rootor Man. He left our bathroom completely clean. Highly recommend them.

Ryan came super fast when our hot water went out and it was after 5 on a weekday. I was so impressed with how quickly he diagnosed the issue, and got the parts and installed the new water heater the same night. WOW!!! 100% would give them my business again for any issue that comes up!

Rooter Man saved me when the company that was contracted through my home warranty gave me the run around. I called Joel and explained my situation and he said he could have someone out to my house in an hour to fix my clogged kitchen sink. I was already on my 3rd day waiting for the other company! Thankfully Christian came out to my house and solved the issue with my sink. He even wiped down my kitchen counters. I also had Joel Jr. out to my house 2 weeks prior for a sewer line problem and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He also did a great job! I can’t say enough good things about Rooter Man. Call them before you call anyone else!

Called after normal business hours and the service rep was at the house in about 35 minutes. He evaluated the situation, wrote up a quote for installing a new water heater and after getting my approval, got everything he needed, completed the installation and had everything up and running in a very reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the whole process and the installer went above and beyond making sure things were working and cleaned up properly when he was done.

The young man, Ryan, was very respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Inviting someone into your home is always a risk but with this company you are letting family in. Rooter man is a great company and they will be recommended to anyone I know I need of their services.

We had you out a total of 3 times in August for totally clogged drain. First time we were told our septic needed a clean out which we did and was told by the gentle man that came that it was fine. You were called back couldnt see anything. You used your camera even saying you couldn't get it through the line because of the angle. You flushed it. It worked for about a week. Called you back same thing happened again. We used another company after that. They did the same thing. We just got this thing taken care of. You couldn't get the camera do to a break in the pipe. Your camera was hitting mud. The gentleman you sent out was very nice but not knowledgeable. The new company took off the clean out and could visually see the collapse three feet down the pipe. I will not use again and would not recommend.

Awesome company! I noticed around 3:30pm that I had a leaky water heater, after an hour of trying to fix the problem myself I caves in and called Rooter Man and within 15 minutes I had a technician at my door. He was incredibly helpful and fixed my leak within minutes. I will absolutely be calling again with any future problems I may have, and they're fairly priced too!

We called Rooter Man for a leaking toilet. They were very quick to respond and had a technician out the same day. Explained the issues that were going on and answered any questions. We purchased our own toilet and had the technician install it for us. Very reasonable pricing! The technician was professional and did the work in a timely manner! I am writing to share a recent experience that highlighted exceptional professionalism and skill. I was particularly impressed by a service professional, specifically a plumber, whose profound knowledge of their craft and genuinely friendly demeanor made for a truly outstanding service encounter. Their ability to competently address the issue, combined with their excellent interpersonal skills, was highly commendable and left a lasting positive impression.

They were quick to come out . Would highly recommend if you have a plumbing emergency. Now as for basic installs like I was needing there quote was extremely high for what was done. In total they used probably 15 dollars in parts and less than an hour of labor and quoted me 225. Considering I needed it done right then I accepted . But if you’re not in a rush there’s a lot of plumbers who wouldn’t charge 200 dollars an hour for a next day call to a home in need. Not to say they didn’t fulfill what was asked perfectly and efficiently , just quite overpriced considering the job should have been closer to 100 dollars for anyone who’s not an on call emergency plumber.
