UPDATE: The lead Supervisor Chance and his assistant did a great job repairing the broken sump pump drain pipe. The job estimate ended up exactly as I was originally quoted, and I received a courtesy call from Chance to keep Roto-Rooter posted on how the repair holds up with the next torrential storm that comes through my area.

I was finally fed up with our clogged kitchen sink and after several attempts to fix it myself, I decided it was time to call a professional. They were able to send Rich out to my house within hours. He was professional and efficient and had my sink unclogged and a new trap installed with no leaks in about 45 minutes. Happy with the service we received today!

The young kid that came during the week worked his but off and stayed at it then chance came by on a Saturday to finish up and was awesome. clean efficient work got the job done and was really easy to talk to I would refer this company 10/10 times. Thanks Chance

We had a severely clogged drain that started acting up right before a party on a Saturday afternoon. We called and were surprised and relieved they had a technician available to come out. Our technician DD was very positive and professional. He explained everything he was doing, what he thought the problem was, and how long it would take. I would request both this company and DD specifically for any future service. Great job!

Called out roto for a blocked pipe and shower leak. The location of the block took a couple of days because it was in a spot no one thought it could be. But the leak was fixed quick and once the block was located they were out pretty quickly. Worked with a few techs. All great

Tech did a great job diagnosing the issue. He was very proffesional and answered all questions that i had. They were able to send him out within 2 hours of initial call. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Took two visits, but Roto Rooter did a great job clearing our clogged drains. Took some guesswork, but Rich was able to fix everything. Would give 5 stars if the first technician had been able to complete the job. Otherwise excellent!

This is the second time I've had Roto Rooter out for a plumbing situation. Both times they came on time and did an excellent job. They are reasonably priced and both of the technicians were polite and knowledgeable. The second time my plumber came out he worked very well with the city of Toledo water department. They have a very short turn around time after calling them.
I would have no hesitation using them.

They were able to find the cause of the plug and cleared it at the farthest point but forgot to clear/clean up a plug closer to our washer. Everyone I worked with was easy to work with, but could not find the issue right away. Took three visits to figure out the issue. After the tech left the last time, the issue still persisted. I was able to clear the plug myself with a manual snake, but was not worth $500 to have a half complete job. Thankfully I was able to figure out just enough that I could finish the job myself.

I chose Roto rooter because of all the great reviews. They did not disappoint. The technician came out a within 5 minutes knew exactly what was wrong. He did a great job being informative with me. Fairly priced and was done a little under an hour. Great service and if I ever have any draining issues I will be calling again. Thank you!!

Great tech! I was impressed with his professional manner. He explained everything and was very intelligent and respectful. However someone from the office called to tell me they overcharged me by $340 I believe and they said they would send it to me by mail but I have not received it it's been a week or over a week maybe. I assume that's because he did not do the pipe from the house to the street and I did wonder about that because I know what it sounds like. So please send me a check thanks!

Vic and his crew from ASAP recently replaced our main water and sewer lines from the house to the street. They worked quickly and efficiently on a cold snowy day to get the job done in one day so we wouldn't be without water or sewer overnight. We have used ASAP for years and have always been pleased with their work.

They were great, they fixed my broken pipes right away and they are very polite. I greatly appreciate them and their work. And it didn't cost me a arm and a leg! Thank you so much!

I called Sunday night at approximately 8:50pm because my toddler son flushed a new tube of toothpaste down our only bathroom toilet. I made it known when talking to the dispatcher that it was fairly urgent as we only have the 1 toilet. She took my information and told me me an on-call rep would call me very shortly. 9:45am, 13 hours later, and still no call. Thankfully my fiance was able to find a broken auger in our garage this morning and managed to fix it himself. I realize I called off-hours, but they shouldn't market 24 hour response if they can't even call you back about an urgent plumbing issue.

Chris from the Toledo North office responded to a call regarding my daughter's home in Toledo that did not have hot water. He immediately went to the home and found it was an outlet issue verses a water heater issue. NO CHARGE!!! Amazing. When good customer service is rare these days, it's nice to find a company that still values it. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. THANK YOU.
