Upon a recommendation from a friend, we called ASAP to have our water heater replaced. We also had a new toilet that needed installed and figured since they were going to be here, we would have them install it. We needed an estimate for a home warranty which they wrote up for us after someone came out to assess our situation. After installation of the toilet, my boyfriend came home and realized the valve and the supply line to the toilet was not replaced which was on the original estimate. We notified them, said they would come back the next day, did not show, and then Sunday as well and didn't come out to resolve the issue until Monday. When they came out to replace the valve, they cracked a fitting and had to replace it. They heated up the copper line to take the soldered fitting off which caused black soot in all of the upstream lines and made a replacement out of different material with scrap pieces to repair it. The lines were not flushed, we did not notice until after they left but black sediment continued to come out of upstream lines. Now no cold water will come out of any lines to the 2nd floor, where our only full bath is located. The new toilet is also inoperable and black sediment is in the toilet, sinks, and bathtub. Call made the next day and was told it wasn't their issue. We tried several ways to remedy with no success. 2 attempts made to contact today, was told owner would return our call and never did. Tried calling a 3rd time and no answer. In addition the hot water heater was put up on 2 patio blocks that they asked for from us when they were here. Scratches on the wall to the basement as well.

We just used ASAP for first time and
these guys are professional, knowledgeable, honest ,friendly and a fair price.
They unclogged our drain in record time and cleaned up after themselves.
I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing or sewer repair. Truly, the best.
We will only us ASAP for any future plumbing services.

We had a sewer line back up in the evening after most plumbers were closed. Dustin came out in a major storm and had us up and running within 30 mins! ASAP will always be our call from now and on.

Very disappointed they completely dropped the ball! Even the head guy Dwayne promised he would get back with me and they've completely ignored me I called this place over 10 times to try to fix the problem and get someone out and just nothing.

Josh arrived within an hour of receiving my call about a ceiling leak in my 00 year old home. He investigated the problem and gave great advice which included holding off on work until I remodel. Definitely recommend!

We have used them twice and they do a good job. They are very friendly, prompt, and professional. Cody and Jacob came the first time and did a great job. Cody came the 2nd time as well with another guy, didn't catch his name, they did a great job this time too. Cody explained things well and all 3 were very professional. They were very thorough both times. Pricing was reasonable too.

If I could give them a zero I absolutely would!!!!
Would not recommend this company to anyone. Super unprofessional and doesn’t return calls. Had them come into a house I purchased to sell. All I requested was a main water line leak estimated and repaired. Instead they call the city inspector into MY home without my knowledge or permission to inspect plumbing work we did not do. A simple phone call would have been great but instead now they are ghosting me. Not only did I get no estimate - I still have a main water line leak and now I have to deal with the unnecessary inspector for work completed by the previous owners. Really who does that? I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!!

Josh & Hunter provided excellent customer service for a dishwasher installation job which required tedious expertise and work. They did all that they could with what was presented at the time of service and were very considerate and knowledgeable! They do jobs for our landlord all the time and if you use them, they will not disappoint. Give ASAP of Toledo a call and they’ll accommodate all your needs or they’ll advise you of how you can , if they can’t get your needs met . Give them a call & try them out, they won’t disappoint.

This company had a team of two here at our house within 30 minutes. They assessed the problem, determined what needed to be done and after conferring with my husband and I they went straight to work. They did a great job, at a great price. Will definitely use them again if we ever have another plumbing problem. Thank you Vic and Tony!

Communication from this company is excellent. Which is not all that common anymore. They kept me up to date, as to when they would arrive. Vic and Jacob, were able to unclog my kitchen sink, and do a thorough clean up job afterwards, in less than an hour. I am so glad the first company I called, was closed for the weekend. I stumbled upon this company, after reading the great reviews. Price was super great. This company takes their job seriously. I assure you, you now have a customer for life. Thanks for everything.

Update : on 4/26/2023 I received a call from Eric who is one of owner regarding providing solution and he was extremely helpful and we reached an agreement to fix the issue by doing the necessary to bring hot water to shower.
I greatly appreciated your help to get Dustin back to the house to get it done . I am very impressed by Eric’s professionalism and kindness. Thank you Eric .

Technician Dustin came on 12/28/22 to repair under sink burst frozen pipe and while he was doing the job , he mentioned that toilet has hot water line instead of cold I told him fix it and paid him in total $1089. Later the tenant realized that the shower has only cold water and no hot available . I called the asap plumbing company Numerous time but no replies for long time , later they replied saying it is not our problem and if you want fix the hot water issue you need to pay $1800-2400 mostly upfront . I called again to explain that the technician caused this problem and also my tenant who has been living there for 2 years told them that she always have shower hot water prior to the repair dated 12/28/22. They definitely caused this problem and asking me for money , not even calling me back . This company is very bad and can’t be trusted .

Great company! Called after having to let Melton Plumbing go because of their rudeness, no shows, and lies after 7 days with no hot water. Called A.S.A.P to see if I could schedule an appointment (very pleasant receptionist). Said they could get me in the same day. Hunter and Eric were out within 45min and replaced my water heater with 2 hours. Very polite, respectful, and explained everything. Would absolutely recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Where do I start with this company?? When I called in I spoke to the office Lady who was very polite and understanding. After explaining to her what was going on she told me she would get a tech out to me asap.

About an hour the techs showed up. Donnie and Hunter both where very hard working. Donnie explained the issue and gave me options. He didnt just throw a price at me and walk away. He took the time to explain everything in detail.

After agreeing to one of the options both Donnie and Hunter got to work. It took them a little over an hour but They cleaned up after themselves and kept me up to date on their progress.

I would def use this company again for any and all future plumbing needs. Thank you Donnie & Hunter and Thank you ASAP

3 month update. Dorothy with the office staff is still very nice. Learned the hard way the technician's determine pricing. Unless you ask they are not transparent on what the details are with their pricing so MAKE SURE TO CLARIFY. Laura the office manager was very clear that they support any pricing their technician spits out. So buyer beware as your ignorance will cost you.

I recently had a sewer line blockage and called American Sewer and Plumbing Services for help. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my call, and their team arrived at my home promptly. From the moment they arrived, they were professional and courteous.

UPDATE 1/27/24- had to call them to check on our sump pump, it wasn't running at all, but it was less than a year old? They sent Hunter out and after going thru it all, determined it was actually the pump itself that was out, weird yes but it happens sometimes. We didn't have the original paperwork, only the invoice from the last visit (March 2023), and he was concerned that without those papers the warranty might be voided and we might have to pay out of pocket for the pump. Either way we needed the pump so we gave him the go ahead to get it, and after he came back with it, he gave us the good news that it WAS covered! No out of pocket payment from us! Hunter was nice and professional, prompt and very helpful too. We will continue to use and recommend these guys if we ever have any other needs! Thanks again for great service!

We called to several other plumbers and were told the earliest to even been seen for just an estimate was Friday if not later. We couldn't wait that long and I was starting to worry. Called ASAP American Sewer and Plumbing Services and without even telling them I needed someone today, she offered to send someone later today! Their guy, Miles, came earlier than I was told too, and he called before coming to confirm. He was friendly and professional. He was able to identify and explain the problem with our sump pump, gave us a good explanation of what we needed to do to get all squared away. He even had all the parts and supplies he needed to get it done today, so no waiting! The cost was reasonable, especially since it was same day service! Definitely recommend them to others needing plumbing services!

Have had good experiences in the past with many projects with ASAP. They were prompt and experienced. That is until they sent a young plumber. Just wanted shower faucets replaced. Made a hole in the hallway in order that shower tile wouldn’t be disturbed. While installing new faucets he dropped fittings down into the wall. He then made a hole in the plaster to retrieve fittings. Discovered wall was deteriorated and had to remove tile to install then Installed the hot and cold faucets uneven. He tried to reinstall wall tile by trying to glue to a makeshift cardboard wall. I like the company if you don’t get this guy.

Over the phone I was told $35 service fee to come out. They came out within two hours which was great. However, upon arrival the fee was $125 and not to mention that they literally did nothing and received $125. it’s absurd to charge someone $125 to stand and look at them for less than five minutes. Will not be doing service with this company ever again.

Have helped us with multiple properties and their response time has been amazing. Friendly office staff along with friendly skilled workers. Price have been very reasonable! They will continue to be my first call for plumbing emergencies.

The men that cam out to fix our drain and sink were nice and kind. Told us what they were going to do and gave us options. They took care of the drain issues plus put our sink back together that we took apart. They cleaned up after everything. We trust them and are calling them again for other plumbing needs.
