Woke up with the wife telling me there was water coming from under the toilet. Checked the reviews on American Sewer and Plumbing. Liked what I saw and called. The phone service said someone would call within the hour. Bam. Someone called just as she said. Told me service tech would call when they were on there way. Cody called and let me know they would be to my house in 30 min and Cody and Jacob arrived before and thought it was going to be a main drain cleaning. Drain was clog more than anticipated. Also, found out toilet was physically broken. Now a decision had to be made regarding replacing toilet. Throughout the whole process Cody was honest and accurate in what everything was going to cost and how it would end up. What should have been a couple hours ended up being 8 hours and they took care of everything. Cody and Jacob were very professional and extremely polite about everything. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Had a plumbing leak under my mobile home- gave them a call- ARRIVED 30 minutes later! Very fast courteous service! Extremely knowledgeable and excellent work! Highly recommend- Thanks Stan and Donnie!

Our company has been working with ASAP plumbing for a few moths now and they are always there when we need. They are on time with their work, prices are good, and the work is done when they say it's done. Very professional and very polite, nothing bad to say about this company at all. Would reccomend for any plumbing needs.

Hunter the service technician was friendly and answered all my questions , he clean up the area where the leak was in the basement .
Highly recommend him, he went and got the parts and repair the leak quickly.

Cody and Jacob came to our home for an emergency plumbing appointment. They stayed at our home for over 2 hours (until 7pm) doing work on our main line. They had great customer service and answered every question we had. Thank you to A.S.A.P, Cody, and Jacob for your awesome service!!

I cannot overstate my satisfaction! They came out incredibly fast, and got everything done in one day, even with MULTIPLE unforeseen hiccups. Dustin and Chris were friendly and honest and so helpful, and made sure they did the job right. I recommend the two of them and the company to anyone and everyone!

BEWARE!!! We called American Sewer And Plumbing out to install a new cast iron sink in our newly remodeled kitchen. Stan, the Serviceman who came to our house, thought he was there to unclog a drain. He had no idea the scope of work he was there to do. That was only the beginning of the trouble.

1. He never cleaned up the caulk work. Cosmetically, on our brand new custom countertops, it looks ridiculous. He left a thick, uneven line of caulk all the way around the sink.

2. None of his piping connections were tightened. Water would gush from the connections if we filled the basin and let all the water out at once. After calling ASAP out for a third time, the other Servicemen found two more leaks in the plumbing work, on top of the incredibly loose connection that flooded our cabinet.

3. He never disconnected the dishwasher hose from the garbage disposal. He removed the disposal from the cabinet to replace the pipes. He then installed the garbage disposal on the opposite side of the sink from where it had originally, which means he had to flip the entire disposal the opposite direction, all while the hose was still attached.
The hose was not in fact connected securely after he pulled on it and that caused all the water from the dishwasher to dump behind our cabinet causing significant damage to our brand new floor.

4. He blamed all of our water damage on a slow leak from the waterline running to our refrigerator. The copper line had kinked and caused a slow leak, a leak which was not present before he started working on the sink.
He told us he would have to charge us additionally to fix a leak that wasn't there when he started the job. He also said he couldn't fix it that day because he didn't have the parts on his truck.
We told him we needed the ice maker for a birthday party we were hosting the next day, so as long as it was a slow leak, it could wait until after the party.
Within an hour of him leaving, we noticed a sudden large puddle on the floor in front of the sink after doing dishes. We immediately called him to come back.
He was rude, dismissive, and blamed the water on our refrigerator line leak, which he immediately started calling ‘significant’.
This water was OBVIOUSLY not from the refrigerator line, but Stan wasn't hearing any of that.

After hounding the answering service to speak with management, Stan was finally sent back out. He was extremely rude and refused to even look at the dishwasher hose.
He and the other Serviceman never once checked the connections of the plumbing, the dishwasher line, or put their hands on anything. They just shone their flashlights under the sink and said that everything 'looked good’.

We had the water damage documented by a restoration company and ASAP had their own restoration company come to our house. Both companies had the same conclusions.

The owners acted like they were going to make it right but strung us along with excuses for over a month. I believe they were hoping we would get frustrated and just forget about it. When they finally were out of excuses and had to respond they stated that they determined that they are not liable for the damages. It's laughable that they think that they are the authority on whether or not they are liable.

Trying to get a hold of anyone at ASAP is like pulling teeth. All of their phone numbers go to the same answering service and they call you back whenever they feel like it. During this whole process, it would routinely take them DAYS to return phone calls, even when we told the answering service that it was an urgent matter.
The owners/managers are dismissive and condescending, often backhandedly blaming us for the issues and the damage. They were never forthcoming, they were never proactive, and they refuse to be transparent with their billing.
**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME.**

Our bathtub faucet handle broke and we could not get it stopped. This was on a Friday evening. Called in for emergency service and Vic came by very quickly and plugged in a temporary valve for the weekend so we could still use our water.

He completed the service Monday morning and I could not be happier. Very fast very efficient work. I highly reccomend.

This company was fast and coming out to look at our water heater, but they ended up telling us that we needed a new water heater and it would cost $1,600 to replace. We ended up replacing a few elements in the water heater itself and it only costed us $60 to do so. we did not need to buy a whole new water heater. They never even bothered testing the elements, just jumped to the conclusion that the whole water heater needed replaced.

Excellent customer service. Was having clogging issues and Vick came right out and unclogged the sewer line but was able to determine what the underlying cause was. Great pricing and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone who is having plumbing issues to give them a call.

I am writing to recommend Dakota and Austin: nice guys, professional, competent, polite, and cleaned up after their work. They responded the same afternoon to a non-emergency plumbing call and were able to fix my problem (actually the toilet's problem) in a timely manner. This was a HUGE relief to me because I was due for guests in a couple days. I have used ASAP before, and I will use again!

Came out same day, fixed my drainage problem, and cleaned up thier working area. Price was fair and reasonable for the work done. Provided education on how to prevent more problems in the future. Overall excellent service and experiance.

I had water in basement. Vic and Tony came to the rescue. They explained to me what needed to be done and they were very friendly. I ended up needing a new subpump and also put a backup in for me. They were quick and very thorough and very very nice. They will be the ones i call and ask for. Thanks guys. Also when i called to set up appointment the gentleman that answered also was very nice.

John and his partner (and son) did a great job. Courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. We had issues with our sump pump, likely the result of a collapsed/blocked clay pipe. The result was water in our basement, and a strange pulsating mass (water beneath the lawn) in our front yard. We made an emergency phone call LATE at night and ASAP came to the rescue. We were quoted a very reasonable price, and the work was done efficiently later that week. John was patient in explaining everything, and was also able to accommodate an additional last-minute request to fix something unrelated. Experienced great professional service with ASAP, they went above and beyond!

Dwayne came to my house and was very professional, he also brought along Nate and they were amazing, they fixed multiple plumbing issues. They were very responsive and explained all the issues in great detail that I could understand. I will definitely Call and recommend ASAP-American Sewer And Plumbing in the future for all of my plumbing related issues. Thank you guys for all you do and the great service.

I have had two experiences with these folks:
1) The first one was an after hours natural gas leak and they were great - good workmanship and fair pricing. So I called them first for the next plumbing job I wanted someone else to do...
2) Scheduled them to install an outdoor natural gas outlet for a grill, and they never showed up for the appointment that had been made ~2 weeks prior. Called and they had no record of my appointment in their books, and couldn't offer anything to expedite getting the work done due to their scheduling mistake. I will now be taking my current and future business elsewhere.

We had a major bathroom leak on a Saturday and they were out within the first hour. We then scheduled them to come out and fix the issue, and we were put right on the schedule, the original plumber couldn’t get to us until mid July! Cody came out and told my husband everything he could do to save us money and move the process along. Very professional and fast! Thanks we appreciate you guys!
