The company for emergency sewage backing up in my bathroom.
Technician called right away came out in about a 1/2 hour gave us an estimate. Dustin came back the next day and fix the sewage coming up into the bathroom. He is very knowledgeable. He knows his job very well. I hope he is recognized for his good and hard work.
I am so grateful that he Did this in a timely matter. We were without a toilet and running water Thank you so much. Dustin is your man.

We had a bad leak at the elbow of our drain for our kitchen sink. Michael was the man on the job and was very helpful and professional. He replaced some of the pipe including the elbow and even put in a clean out to make it easier to snake if it were to clog again at no additional cost. He even snaked the drain. I would recommend this company. They are great and do moneys worth work!

Hunter Salmon took the video of my sewer line. However he didn’t do what he should have done. He emailed me the video and told me to send it to the city. He charged me $250.00. The city will not take the video from the homeowner, it had to come from the company that took it. The company is also supposed to mark the ground where the break is so they had to take another video and mark the ground. If it’s the responsibility of the city they will reimburse the company $200.for the video. So I feel I should be reimbursed since they will get 200 from the city. I feel they have lied to me and are cheating me. They say they have never had to send a video to the city!! The city says if they are a reputable company they know how it works and the city did know them. I can’t believe a company that’s been in business for13 years has never had to send a video to the city. If you don’t mind being cheated and lied to then this is your company. They also have Rooter Master.

I left a review with HomeServe, but I want to leave one here as well. I am absolutely pleased with the work that ASAP did with my main line replacement. They were timely, professional, organized, and courteous. Hunter diagnosed my issue and organized everything to get my sewer system back running smoothly, and saved me from disaster later. Damien was prompt (available on a Sunday night for an emergency!), thorough, and very easy to work with.

I have had them come out several times to fix various plumbing issues. They are awesome and have helped me quickly.

Very responsive. Did take an extra day to get what we needed done, but again the responsiveness/ communication was great and I'm not sure the price could have been beat.

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

This was best experience I've ever had with a plumber , drain plugged in kitchen he not only came out on a Friday night but did beyond a simple unclog kitchen sink. He was awesome. Very professional. Knew what he was talking about. He fixed my sewer lines and water lines, that had been messed up for about 20 years. Everything is now running smooth. If i could rate them lower I would! We contacted Schmeltz Plumbing to open a clogged floor drain, he arrived Sunday evening, evaluated the situation and said he would return at 2pm Monday. Before noon on Monday he said he was running late but would be there at between 3-4. Later Monday he sent a text saying he would be at my home at 9am Tuesday. Early Tuesday I received a text stating it would be 11am. I just received a text that he had a "family emergency" and would be coming at all. He strung me along, the issue could have been resolved yesterday had he just been honest and said he wasn't able to do it. Absolutely the worst!

Damien was prompt in coming out to review my issue and came the next day to fix it. The work was done well and the problem is resolved. We had another small issue immediately afterward and he came back and took care of it at no charge. I will call him again when I need a plumber.
