Extremely disrespectful. Not Covid friendly, even after being asked. Bailed on the job and undoubtedly profiled my landlord, who dropped his entire afternoon to come meet the men and got here quicker then he said he would. The one man made multiple disrespectful statements prior to bailing. I wish I had names. Would give negative stars if possible. Don’t give these people your business.

These guys are great! Had a water pressure problem. They trouble shot and thought things through until they fixed the problem. Not many companies do this any more. Very reasonable pricing and professional. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Ganzel was able to correct some shoddy plumbing work and re-pipe so that my hot water circulation line works the way it is supposed to, for almost half the cost of other estimates! I couldn't be happier with the work and with their overall professionalism. I highly recommend giving them a call.

I had a pipe burst in my crawl. We thought the noise was furnace related. We waited 5 days for a furnace repair person to tell us it was a burst pipe. I immediately had them turn the water off. I called the first plumber that showed up in my area search. Every once in a while you get lucky and we did. I spoke with the owner's wife she said she would check with her husband to see when he could get to us. He was able to get to us within a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem within minutes. I highly recommend using these guys. Knowledgable, professional, quick and reasonable. If I could give 10 stars I would.

We had this company to unclog a kitchen drain. We were told they would charge $100/hr and stay until clean. After 2 hours we were told they did not have a snake long enough for our drain and tried to charge for 3 hours of service. The man who owned the company was very rude to me. They told me they checked the trap but when I went out after they left the door was frozen shut, they never opened it. Probably fine for a quick fix, but don’t expect them to try very hard.

Ganzel Plumbing provides fantastic service at a reasonable price (for a plumber, we all know they are expensive). They worked with my schedule and even came back to make a few adjustments (some were my fault, some were theirs) prior to tiling the shower. We were super pleased with their response time, and quality of work.

I recommend them all the time to clients (real estate agent here) and they aways give him glowing reviews just for being an honest and fair plumber. Plus their knowledge of the trade cannot be beat.

Joe and his coworker came out to fix multiple faucets in my home. They arrived early. They were very professional, covered my floors with tarps so they did not leave any footprints etc. The work they did was great. I am very happy with the work they completed in my home. I would definitely recommend them and if I need a plumber again, I will call Joe Ganzel Plumbing Inc.

A family owned business- just wonderful people. Have helped me out a few times and always do a great job. They are fast, honest, and ask for a fair price. Look no further! The best.

Showed up on time to repair a faucet, was a simple fix of turning the aerator. I asked if they could check out a wobbly toilet and they did. Repaired my toilet and informed me every step of the way what they were going to do and what the issues was.

Had them come out to check a job, did nothing and charged a 81-year-old woman $150. Service call. Never applied it to anything else or a visit back to do the job. Other companies offer less and apply ,, minus the star; this company is very unprofessional.

Excellent and timely service by Paul and Luke Denzel. I had a sump pump problem, the primary electric pump had stopped working, and we have been using the water back up since. Our water bills had gone high really high and it was attributed to the water back up system. I contacted them over the weekend and they said they could take care of me Monday. They came in fix the problem and we’re out absolutely priceless to have the comfort of knowing and seeing professional professionals. They shout out to Susan Ganzel who coordinated this for us we found out about them by looking at our parish bulletin as they advertised in it. I would highly recommend anyone in their Service area to use them well done.
