They did a great job installing my new water heater. Prompt on time and curious guys. Would have given a better rating if they hadn’t left and was out sitting in their truck while the draining process of my old water heater unattended and it leak water thru my ceiling in one of my bedroom closets. I live in an older house where the water heater is upstairs in my attic and they were fully made aware of that before installation. I feel you can’t treat every house the same when installing water heaters as you would basements and lower levels. This could have resulted in electrical issues in my home as a result from it if I hadn’t of ran outside and got there attention of that happening. Not happy about that. As afar as for clean up…They left wet towels upstairs and never brought them down and they left the window open they used to run the water hose down to drain my old unit. It was 13 degrees outside during this installation. Glad I worked from home during this time when they were here. Feel this could have been avoided if they stayed on task until the end.

The guys were very polite and courteous. They were helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. The pricing was a bit higher than I expected but even with the industry standard to bring everything up to code. Would absolutely recommend them.

My install went great! They were super professional, friendly, and Efficient. They got my new tank in, explained everything thoroughly and had my old tank out and everything cleaned up in no time flat.

Spoke with Bridget at office who was very sweet and kind assured me they would take care of everything and got me an appointment the next day. It’s always hard when you have to take care of things my late husband always handled. Her reassurance made me feel a whole lot better and I greatly appreciated everything she did and said. You could say, she went above and beyond. Rob and another gentleman (forgot his name already) came out to make sure my previous water installation went all and even adjusted a few things for me. No wait to get an appointment and for any/all services, very clean with everything, no messes left behind unlike other companies. Very punctual and they actually notify you when they’re on their way, which is great. Friendly and courteous explained everything to me in detail which is wonderful. Will be coming back again with the other part needed for the other quick repair. Highly recommend this company. They also give senior and veteran discounts.

Brian was fantastic his response time was immaculate! I put the order in yesterday and he came out today and was very kind and professional! He was in and out with in an hour highly recommended and plan on going back to him very soon!

Z Plumberz provides quality workmanship. They deliver what they promise. We had a whole house replumbing job completed by them in 2 days with 2 workers. The work was completed timely and in good order and at the best cost from several other providers with some of the others being substantially higher. We will return to Z Plumberz for future work.

Angel was AMAZING! She was warm, knowledgeable and profesional. Angel explained every step of the process on how to solve my problem. I will recommend her and this company to ALL. I called and explained my problem to the office lady (I am sorry i did not get her name) she was super helpful and even figured an open time slot so my family would not be with out a shower. Personally this was a very stressful issue for me in my home. My nervous were ragged by the time I called to schedule. But from the call to the date on the service I felt at much more at ease. 🚿🛀 Thank you Angel !
