I recently had air conditioning installed by Ott. House never had it and they completely roughed it in from scratch.They did an amazing job. Was very pleased with their work. It’s a family run company and it reflects on their performance and service.

To whom this may concern, nothing was said to me about my water heater not being up to code. It needed a table underneath it. Even if it flooded it would go out through the garage and a drain is right there in front of it. I sent pictures ahead of time and wasn't notified about this extra expense. Little bit of a mess was left behind. I'm not sure I would use this plumber again. I felt like I was just another customer, said if I had any problems just call the 1-800 number and Home Depot will send somebody out. I was asked to sign a bunch of papers and didn't know what I was signing. The plumber said same documents would be sent to me in a week. I guess that's when I can read everything over that I had just signed for.

Ott Plumbing did a fantastic job. They came out earlier in the week, and they gave me advice to fix problem. They came back and did a nice job. They were friendly, prompt, and reasonable. I will call them any time I have plumbing issues. Thank you!!

and did a marvelous job today with my sump pump issues!
I had been awakened at 5:30 this morning with my sump pump spraying water all over. They scheduled me in right away when I called and explained my situation.
Ben was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process from beginning to end, which resulted in a complete fix.
Ben was neat and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I will be calling them again soon to install a new kitchen faucet.
I am more than satisfied with their workmanship and pricing.

Ben and Tom today changed out my 1/2 hp sump pump for a 3/4 pump which I should have had installed earlier. With the excess rain coming, they were accommodating and arrived today and at exactly the time they said.
They were done quickly , checked to make sure everything was working properly and cleaned up before they left.
I’m VERY pleased with Ott Plumbing and their friendly service tecs!

I can not say enough about this company! I called due to a burst pipe. They sent a repair man (Nick) that day. He was amazing! So kind, personable, explained everything. He gives you the feeling that you are a friend, not just a customer. Thank you so much for getting the pipe fixed for a very reasonable/great price. I will use them for any and all plumbing needs we have. Oh, and communication was great with arrival time and the ladies I spoke to! I think it was Cassie and Olivia (but I can't remember). Rob from Ott Plumbing was very helpful and answered my questions regarding replacing my water heater.
The installation was done in a timely manner.

This turned out to be more than a water heater installation. The valves at the water service lines were ready to fail. The incoming water line actually broke at the turn off valve. Ben and his assistant worked very hard to restore my water service. I will have this service replace my incoming water line. They left no mess after doing all the work to install the heater and restore my water service. Good job!

Needed an elongated toilet and I bought the one they recommended. Very nice and polite people and very rapid installation! Great company. A+++++.

Awesome Customer Service: Repair guys came in and introduced themselves and answered every question that I had, very professional. Also explained what I needed to do if there was a problem. Even the customer service rep she was very polite and answered all my questions
and follow up and explained what was needed to complete my order. I will most definitely call for your service again.

Only complaint is the timing/scheduling. Had to reschedule twice since I’ve been here where the window was 2-4 PM arrival, but arrival wasn’t until 4:30 or so, which made my plans difficult to stick to.

The guys that showed up got my old water heater out, and new water heater installed quick and efficient. It's running and im so excited to take a hot shower again! I would recommend contacting them to do business.

I learned of Ott Plumbing when they put in a water heater I purchased from Home Depot. I have subsequently had them install and service a whole house filter. They absolutely back up their work.
