I've been using Ott plumbing for two year now at both my home and my business. They are very reliable, pleasant, and do great work!

Called for sink not draining after they put in new hardware. We were told issue was the new stopper and that it just needed cleaned. (Seemed off, but we are not plumbers so we listened. Sink continues to get worse. We took out stopper, as we were told. Now the disgusting standing water from trap draining nasty water under sink. Of course, trap still full of sludge (as it originally was) , and we need to throw out everything under sink, and call another plumber.

They were very fast, polite and cleaned up afterwards. Would use them again.

My plumbers explained what they were doing, what next steps were needed and what it would cost through each step. They were pleasant and on time. Great experience!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Patiently answered all questions and provided great explanations. I will definitely use your firm again for any of my plumbing needs.

1- I placed shoe plastic cover and asked him to put on he ignored putting on went upstairs with his shoes on.
2- he refused to place back my bidet flange which works well I had to unscrew all after he left to place the flange and the bidet
3- he didn’t put silicon around the toilet until I asked him to do it 4- he didn’t clean up after himself until I asked him to do it.
4 the 2 white toilet screw covers are supposed to be glued on toilet. He just placed them on

I have used Ott for a hot water heater install and then for a full house repipe. They are professional and informative. Appreciate their transparency and trustworthiness. Will continue to use them in the future!

U fortunately I had a bad experience with this company! It initially started when I received a phone call roughly around 1130am from the worker Rob, stating that he finished his previous job early and was available to come to my how now. I explained to him that I intentionally made my appointment from 1-3p due to me not being home before then. He continued to explain that he finished his job early, as if I was an inconvenience to him. Upon getting to my house at 1pm as he walked in he asked where the problem was, and I explained to him that I had got plumbing work done on my toilet, due to me seeing water marks on my kitchen ceiling. I explained to him that I wasn’t sure if I was having the same issue with my toilet again. After showing him my ceiling he stated he would have to make a whole roughly 10x10 to investigate. I inquired about the repatching of the ceiling and he stated that’s something Plummer don’t do in an unpleasant tone. While understanding that rewatching isn’t in his job description and the conversation wasn’t friendly, I called the person who recommended me to this company and also happen to be a maintenance man. I expressed my concerns on the phone and also inquired why the worker didn’t check the toilet or sink upstairs before jumping to cutting the ceiling. The person on the phone asked to speak to Rob, and also explained that I had previous work done and wanted him to assess that first. Rob was very dismissive and slightly rude to the man on the phone who also happened to be a family friend of the company owner, stating he owns 4 houses in the neighborhood and all of them have this problem. After getting off the phone the worker then stated,” if it makes me feel better he would go check the toilet out!” In a non pleasant manner! As I went upstairs with him I pointed out that the sink in front of the toilet drained slowly just to let him know as it could all be related, he immediately stated that it would be $225 to snake the drain. I did not inquire about the price but was only letting him know. After leaving the bathroom and going downstairs I inquired about the price to potentially fix the pipes if that was the cause and he stated $750-$3000. Although I have the money and know as a homeowner this issue needs to be fixed, I made up my mind that this company/person could not work on my house due to the attitude and potential worsening of the issue! After the conversation I politely told the worker I no longer needed services, and I declined him working on my house!

I have been using Ott Plumbing for years and they have never disappointed! Very trustworthy, direct, great communication and an overall wonderfully ran business. Ben finds the problem and gets right to work making sure everything is working perfectly again. If I could give 100 gold stars, I would.

Very nice gentlemen came in and replaced the water heater. They kept me informed through the entire process. Clean, pleasant and considerate of the situation. Will definitely have them back

Working in the senior assisted community I couldn't be pleased with the response time & willingness to fix a couple more issues when I site. The customer service was top tier A+ & exceeded my expectations! Would recommend using the Ott Plumbing again in a heartbeat. Thank you again for your service.

Ben did a fantastic job for us. He was able to overcome all of the obstacles in the installation and left the job even cleaner than before he arrived.

The young man Rob did a great job. He explained what he did, was very nice and even told us how to order a part we needed for our shower that was still under warranty. Ott Plumbing made the appointment rather quickly, followed up on the time he would be here and was very kind on the phone.

On time, friendly, fast. After they replaced a commercial urnal in our men's room from being broken off the wall. They cleaned up very well after all the repairs were completed. looked fresh and new like it never happened...Awesome job!!!!!

Absolutely amazing!!! Felt like family to be honest. Complete comfort and amazing overall experience. Got them lunch for their hard work and their faces were so genuine. To top it off, I can flush my toilet with a potty training toddler. Life is good! I only get 5 stars to post but I’d give infinite.

The gentlemen were professional. They were here and had to come back the next day. This was because of me purchasing the wrong hot water heater.Their sense of urgency is THEE best. They were back here today two hours than the planned time.
Cleanup was fantastic and they took the time to ensure that everything was working properly.
