The tech that came out was Matt and he was very professional and a great guy! I would recommend them to everyone that needs any plumbing work.

May not have had the best price, but definitely was the cleanest! Each time they walked in the house they put on new little booties over their shoes did not track in any dirt! Never seen anything like that before.

all apply here..get service.called late on a saturday just to try to make appointment with answering service..was surprized to get a call back within 20 minutes and he offered to drive now to look at it.showed up fast and gave me a good estimate for what needed to be done then said he would do it now..great work great service good n fair price..nice work collin..great service great plumber. will be my go to for now on.thanks so much..

Jacob from T&J Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my backup sump pump! He was on-time, professional, and honest about pricing and options. T&J were hired after one plumber admitted he was not qualified for the job and plumber number 2 (Roto-Rooter) flooded my basement. T&J were quick to respond to diagnose and provide an estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend T&J for any of your plumbing needs! (Also, Roto-Rooter was twice as high for half the work that T&J did!) Your best bet is to hire small, local companies! Thank you, Jacob!

Called the company for a free estimate. Customer service on the phone was great. HOWEVER, when the technician arrived for my estimate, he started to dig-up my yard without permission; never inspected our sewer main to determine the problem; yet quoted a price for cleaning out the blockage (causing our sewer drain to backup). Quoted price was $150 HIGHER than their competitors (who's customer service was as if not more personable). Technician did not represent his company well -- was rude, disrespectful, and had the appearance of a dirt-bag.

I cannot speak for T&J's quality of work. I was turned-off by their technician, and therefore cannot recommend the company.

Expensive, but worth it. They actually have giant power washers in their trucks so they can fully blast out your clogged pipes. We used to call Drain Doctor, but they just snake the pipes. That works for about a year until that small hole they open with the snake gets clogged again. The power washers also make for short service calls. Drain Doctor would come out for 2-3 hours while T&J only needed 45~ minutes. Even though it’s expensive, you should still tip these guys. It’s a gross, dirty job and they deserve a little extra. 🤝

Prompt. Professional. The first employee could not figure out the leak, and he called his partner who came to assist and they fixed it together. A month later, there were still some issues. I was scheduled for the same day, and since it was under warranty the work was completed at the same time (additional work/ Pipe cleaning). Without charging anything additional.
The only thing I would recommend is that the first time they provided their services, they did not run water in the bathtub long enough to figure out there was still a blockage. If this was done, they would not have had to come out a second time.
That said, I would recommend this company.

I would like to express my concerns regarding the repeated visits for measurements related to the ongoing project. The technician, John, exhibited a rude and condescending demeanor during our phone conversation. He attempted to assert that there had only been one visit for measurements, despite my presence during each visit, and a different technician completing the measurements each visit.

I inquired whether this would be the final visit, to which he responded yes, unless I requested additional work. It is important to clarify that I did not initiate this contract; Neighborhood Works did. They retained your services for the repair of the drain and the restoration of the drain cover that was removed from my basement floor by your employees. Therefore, your organization is compensated to complete the agreed-upon job.

This is not a case of me demanding or requesting additional work. If the issue had been resolved adequately during the initial visit, further measurements would not have been necessary. For each visit I have been forced to leave my place of employment early to accommodate your visits for a matter that has spanned several months. Moreover, I find it unacceptable to be met with an unfavorable attitude when inquiring about the need to continue taking the same measurements repeatedly. In the future, when it actually IS my decision on who to hire for my plumbing needs, I will never use this company again.
