Periodically, there is a build up of calcium in hot water lines, especially in kitchen and bathroom sinks. Gabriel was here this morning. He called to make sure we were ready for him, looked at the scope of the work, gave me a quote to approve, and "cleaned" both hot and cold lines. The result is hot water as soon as I turn on the faucet! The flow is also enhanced for hot and cold. Great job!

Kyle and Collin did a great job with our new furnace installation. They were punctual, everything was cleaned up, and answered our questions. Highly recommend.

Responsive. Informative. Kind and courteous. Realistic. What more can you ask for? I've used Fry for multiple services. The latest was when a landscaper cut a wire to my AC unit. Craig with Fry came out within a few hours and noticed I had a coolant leak, too. He didn't just do the bare minimum to get the job done, which is always appreciated.

Absolutely terrible service. Called for a gas leak repair, they sent someone who didn't have the right tools to fix it, said he wasn't a person who could repair gas lines, and charged me $120 to tell me he couldn't fix it. Then said it would be another 6 hours for someone from their plumbing division to come to actually fix the issue and was going to be a 5-6 hour job and cost $1500 as they couldn't cut the gas pipes and would have to disassemble every connection. Called another company who was able to come in two hours, cut the leaking pipe section and only charged $295, all done in 45 minutes. Would never call again, and recommend any other company.

Craig fixed our furnace on the same day that we called, and was very thorough in checking out our whole system. His thoughtful communication before arriving, and during his work was greatly appreciated.

This was my first time working with Fry but they will be my first call going forward. Service was quick and professional. Craig, our technician, was reliable, efficient, kind and very thorough. Office staff was excellent. They were able to get us in quickly and clearly cared about helping restore A/C service as swiftly as possible. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable. Today I had service on my furnace because I had no heat. Craig the technician diagnosed the issue and made repairs. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I love the courtesy call before arrival and the picture of the tech doing the service!

Eric and Justin removed our old furnace and installed a new Trane furnace. They did an excellent job. They tested it for proper operation and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone needing service at their home or business.

Had boiler line leaking in my bathroom. A tech came $119.. 10 minutes after being here he calls a plumber to sweat some pipes while he waited he went all through my boiler and said I needed this and that by the time it was done it was $2,000 my boiler ran fine except for the leak don't understand why I was charged 2 service fees of $119 and then my receipt just says general service none of the parts were put on it and doesn't itemized the parts.. I have no idea what warranty I have on anything or how to prove they put the parts on if there is an issue. I am up and running thank you but was very expensive

I live in a mid-century ranch house and was trying to change out a faucet in my bathroom. The cold water turnoff valve and part of the pipe into the wall came off in my hand. Water totally spraying everywhere - on a Saturday! I turned the main line off and Fry got Josh out to my house pretty fast.

He was so awesome, he fixed it and explained what happened. I was really unsettled - he helped me calm down. He was great.

Craig was super professional. Did a nice job. Explained everything. We had a furnace repair for a clogged condensation line and burned out pump. I thought the cost of the water line was very excessive for what was repaired. Especially since we had our own new pump that had to be installed.

We're so appreciative of all the technicians that have come out to diagnose and fix all of our heating and plumbing issues. The ladies that have helped in the offices have been kind and knowledgeable too. Everyone weve dealt with has been professional and courteous. We cannot thank you enough.

We had Gabriel Valdez out to our corky old farmhouse from Fry Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. We had recently purchased a stackable washer and dryer. My hope was to create a better flow that was more conducive in our cramped laundry room. Gabriel not only worked tirelessly with our cranky old farmhouse that always produces curveballs, but also produced the product I had envisioned. He had a great attitude and made me feel that our project was as important to him as it was to us. Gabriel has singlehandedly won our business for life. We couldn't be happier with the end results.

This place scams its customers. Its unprofessional. It doesn't give detailed bills because it increases part prices by crazy amounts. It makes false claims. They dont arrive on time ever. I took 4 days off to get heat maintenance because of their incompetence. They lied about pricing. They are a shameful business with poor customer service. I will not be using them again.
Update: After talking to customer service they have threatened to say we are not regular customers. We had.used frye for two houses over a long period of time but will no longer use them. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They will lie..The will cheat..They cant be trusted with your home..

We called Fry when our home boiler for our furnace wouldn't start.It was disappointing but understandable that it took over a week for them to come out for the repair. The issue was diagnosed after a couple days but in order to get the work done it was over a week. The tech Larry Millinger was wonderful! Very professional and friendly. We would use them again.
