Very reckless driving even off the clock. Almost smoked us in their van and when we asked why they didn’t say sorry and said they “didn’t feel like thinking about it” and walked into Barry’s Bagels to get their food. Unprofessional and rude.

We had a leak in our whirlpool tub. They had someone onsite the next day. Very professional, courteous and friendly. I'm adding them to my rolodex for other services as needed.

I was at the 4 way stop in Whitehouse and one of your vehicles followed directly behind the car in front of them without stopping. It was my turn to go forward but he had the audacity to honk at me like I was the issue. I had my children in the car. This was today 8/24/22 around 8am. Might want to teach your drivers a lesson on how 4 way stops work.

Honest, professional and fair pricing. I own a 110 year old him with a 20 year old boiler. I now feel confident that my heating system is working properly and safely. Highly recommend PAS for those with historic homes and older HVAC systems.

Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installed and a couple repairs in each bathroom. I highly recommend you give them a call.

Went there yesterday Trinity was awesome, and even though she had a whole row of people to attend to she still found time to make sure that me and my partner were taking care of fast and it was good. She held it down great experience for the new location and first time at the location.

Is this place even still in business ? Left a phone message earlier this week and requested someone call back to schedule removal of a sink sprayer. No response. We are in the market for a new plumber as ours has closed. Thought we would try Peters as we have future jobs, also. No one responded to our message so we have taken our business to Perrysburg Plumbing. They scheduled us and did the work professionally, efficiently and skillfully. We now have a new plumbing business for our needs. Ignoring potential customers is not a recommended practice.

Wow! We couldn't be more happy and pleased with George F. Peters & Son Plumbing! We were assigned a different company through our AHS home warranty. We had a leaking toilet that had leaked down through a kitchen cabinet, to our basement. That company never called. I contacted AHS and they reassigned the claim. Eli came out and was so very nice. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure that the issue was fixed entirely. He even enjoyed our cat, Ham, who thinks he is the house foreman! I would recommend this company and especially Eli, to my friends and family! Great job, Eli!

We had a repair that no plumber wanted to touch. George F. Peters & Son came out and took on the job. They were some of the nicest people to deal with! Very prompt and so knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company!!

I was very pleased with the great service Stephen did. He explained why my air filter was black and my old furnace is still working good. I asked for an estimate that he did right then and there in case I want to replace it because it is 20 years old. They were so fast to come out. I called this morning. I truly appreciate Fry Heating and Cooling.

Contacted Fry about a new AC / Furnace combo and a new water heater. They beat a competitors price by a couple thousand. Larry and Jesse showed up on day one of my two day install. Both were polite and courteous. Unfortunately Jesse had a family emergency and had to leave. I appluad Fry for letting him leave. While this left Larry shorthanded for a bit, family should come first. So midday Ronnie showed up and continued to work with Larry. Great guys to be around and really know their stuff. Larry was super motivated to get our AC up and running that first day because the NW Ohio area just got hit with 4 days of near 90 degree heat. It was 83 degrees in our house. Larry stayed on and got us cold air before he left that first day.

Going into the 2nd day Larry and Ronnie showed up promptly and buttoned up the furnace and water heater install. Very satisfied with my experience, equipment and overall communication throughout the entire process.

Josh and his tech were great. Came in with clean covering over shoes, explained the whole processes and was able to troubleshoot repair our issue!

Lost A/C last night - - contacted Fry and had a service rep here by 10am. Larry introduced himself, checked everything out and determined the problem was in the outside unit. He got to work in the hot sun and next thing you know the cold air was rushing in thru our inside vents and chilling us all down. Thank you, thank you for your great service and especially for Larry, your rep who was as pleasant and nice as could be.

We called for our annual maintenance check for both our furnace and AC and they were able to fit us on the schedule same day. Larry showed up right when expected and was able to quickly inspect both our units and make the necessary updates. He had everything in the truck and ready to go! Craig is exceptionally professional, highly skilled, and a great problem solver - removing my 48 year old, 80 gallon water tank and replacing it with an energy efficient tank . Craig and Collin were a great team. I had every confidence that all would go well.

Making an appointment was easy. The person who took my calls answered my questions. They confirmed the appointment the day before. The tech Steve called me when he was on the way. He kept me updated as he worked. The work went well and the problem seems solved. I would use them again or recommend to friends.
