Great experience with this company . Holiday weekend . Sent a very young but knowledge filled tech out to my home to assist with a sewage clear out . Talked to me about each step he was taking and divulged his knowledge about the job he was tasked with . Young man stated he was only 19 but it was his families business and had been around the work for about 6 years already . Hats off. Made sure the job was done correctly. Price was more than fair . Definitely recommend.

Pretty happy overall. The amount of work done was more than I was expecting when I made the appointment. Ryan could not have been nicer. He explained everything to me. Ryan told me what the total would be, so I wasn’t surprised when I got the bill. But I’m just not sure how we got to that total. I wish everything was itemized in the bill. But I was very happy with the plumber and the work he did.

They sent Ryan out to solve our plugged up sewer line. As a retired refinery pipefitter I have done this work many times. But at the age of 75 it would have been a challenge to accomplish this job by my self. Rooter man is the first company to do the job properly as it should be really done, using a large cable and cutter instead of using smaller equipment. He was very confident and did a very good job, and in my opinion properly clearing the blockage we had. The company was quick to respond. Price was very fair in comparison to past experiences. Well done young man, thank you. Highly recommend.

The service the young gentleman provided was right on point. He was very knowledgeable, polite and informative of the work he was providing. Price was competitive with all other contractors in the area but their timeliness was very good and responsive. Overall good experience. Hope to see more of the new generation like him come up through the trades. There will always be a demand for this work.

The young men are sharp,articulate explaining each step. And they do the job professionally. When someone comes in my home I don't need problems, and these guys have it all covered. I wish my dealings with other businesses went as well.

Needed my garbage disposal replaced. I called to discussed my needs and when I’d like an appointment. Within 10 minutes I had a call back letting me know someone was on their way. Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was quick and left the space clean. From first call to completed service was about 1.5 hours. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had Rooter Man out last year for an issue with our toilet and they were great so we knew who to call when our main sewer line became clogged. They were able to come out same day and fix the clog. Ryan was super friendly and explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He even cleaned up after and gave us advice for the future. Once again Rooter Man proved that they are a great company with fair pricing and amazing employees!

We called Rooter Man with a recent leak we had around our water meter. They returned my call promptly and advised us on things we could try. They came out promptly the next day, after calling to give me an arrival time. They’ve prompt, prepared and very friendly. They fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely call them again if I had plumbing issues and I highly recommend this family business.

We just had Dakota and Daniel out to our house this past weekend and we can’t recommend them enough. They were both extremely knowledgeable, kind and truly went above and beyond for our family. We needed both the plumbing work and also mold treatment and I’m so glad we had them here to do it, they truly have the customers best interest at heart and were so compassionate and did everything we asked. Pricing is super reasonable and even if the original quote takes less time or needs adjusted they lower it as needed and never take advantage of the customer which is really hard to find. We are not people who typically leaves reviews but after the outstanding service we received we hope others will come to these two guys for all of their plumbing and mold needs.

Fast response time — a truck arrived at my house in about 30 minutes! The technician, Jayson listened carefully to my concerns (I've had the same issue multiple times) and had it fixed in under 45 minutes. I just wish they offered hourly rates — the price ended up being a bit higher than I was hoping for.

They were able to come out quickly when other businesses were closed. The technician was able to narrow down the leak quickly and resolve the issue. Will absolutely call them again.

Dave was kind and quick he got the drain cleared turns out we had a bunch of lint down there and as soon as he pulled it out the standing water in our basement was gone .he recommended an affordable option to prevent blockage in the drain happening again overall we were happy with the service. Also a shoutout to the woman who took the call she was a gem

I paid a steep price..but I believe it was because of the holiday.. had a plumber out on labor day for 3 hours and he accomplished NOTHING! On Tuesday morning I had a supervisor come out with a apprentice and he was done in under an hour..and charged me not 1 dime!
