I needed a device on my tub to be checked out. Andrew came from T&J check it out fused with it on and off and it started to work. He made sure that it was fixed. I asked what the cost was and he said there was no cost. He didn’t do that much. They could’ve charged me for a service call, but they didn’t. That’s the sign of a great company. I recommend them highly and give them five stars.

Ryan did excellent work today. He did about 6 hours of work in a really difficult spot to replace my shower valves and lines. He was polite, explained what he was doing and took pride in his work. I hope to not need service again but if I do I'll give Rooter a call again. The price was reasonable and I appreciated the veteran discount.

Small business. They were kind enough to come out and assess a drain where some jewelry fell into, and even though we decided not to move forward with the search due to cost, they were kind and courteous the whole time. Thank you for trying to help!

Had some work done on the kitchen sink, couldn't tell you the specifics. But they did a great job, it was finished in a timely manner, it wasn't cheap but it wasn't mind blowingly expensive considering the work that was being done. The guys were professional and kept me updated the whole time and had a great attitude. I would definitely call them again the next time I need work done and I recommend them to anyone looking.

Joel Jr. did a great job explaining the different procedures for cleaning the sump crock and pipes leading to the sump pump. I was pleased with the service received. I’m sure that Joel is an asset to your team.

Even though he could've said no, Bryson came out to help after an already long work day for him. That shows a lot dedication! He solved our problem quickly and was very polite and professional. We highly recommend Rooter Man when you're in a pinch. Thanks so much!

Don't bother. Two months ago we got a main pipe unclogged and were told it would last years, and here we are. We had another clog last week (which isn't the actual issue with them, I understand things happen and was going to pay again for service) and made an appointment with 4 days between then and the appointment. The time frame was 3-5pm. We then had no communication up until 430pm so we decided to call our selves. (Red flag) They then told us no one was coming out. FIRST of all , why were we not contacted. After we explained they should have called they said someone will be here within the hour. 2 hours have passed and no communication, no answering of phones, GHOSTED. I understand after storms things get overwhelming, however, there were days between the agreed appointment, and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. I'm pregnant and I need to be able to use the bathroom. For shame on this company and their lack of accountability, communication and honesty.

I am speechless, most awesome experience I've EVER had with a contractor. Called in the am due to water coming into our basement. They were prompt answering my inquiries on the phone and in person. I read the reviews on Google and repeatedly saw Christan's name pop up. He was the most polite, professional young man I've ever met that is in his line of work. They had to replace the service line from the city to house. They had all the equipment they need. They were the best price I got. They then found another leak under the house and fixed that as well. They are very professional and nice ppl as well. I highly recommend them. For great service and fair prices in the Toldeo, OH area.

Toilet was backed up. I couldn’t get it unplugged so I called Rooter man. They said they’d be here within an hour and they were. Excellent service.

I had the unfortunate experience of coming home and finding that my outside faucet was leaking all over my patio and this would not be covered under my home warranty. I googled for leaking outside faucet and Rooter Man was the first place I called. Mind you it's 430 on a Friday, but the call was answered and a repair guy was dispatched. Ryan was here in less than an hour and looked at the issue, explained what he would need to do to resolve it and it would be taken care off immediately. Ryan even agreed to talk to my son and explained to him what the issue was and exactly how he would make the repair. Ryan was one of only a few repair men that treated me with respect and was willing to make sure I understood how the repair would be completed. I recommend that if you have a need, give Rooter Man a call.

We needed to have several toilets replaced and our kitchen sink repaired. Rooter Man provided a fair and detailed estimate. They were also far more responsive than the other companies I contacted. The technician arrived when scheduled and completed all the work during the visit. He was professional and very courteous. We would definitely use Rooter Man again.

Good work. Cleaned a drain stack for my clothes washer. I like that he checked it twice filling the washer and making sure it didn’t overflow any more. He even took a cell phone video while the washer was draining and we could see no backup. I also like the fact that he ran snake a long way. He showed me the lint (see photo ) that was around the tip of the snake that he removed from my drain. No more overflow from the washing machine and no more water on the floor. Good price as well.
