Chris was great! I’ve used this company a couple times. Will definitely use em again! Quick, efficient and courteous all the way. Even gave a free estimate in person just under a half hour wait!

Related to a Home Warranty Claim; tech came out once and never responded to my Home Warranty about the requested information needed, because they needed more. I was told their software had been down after waiting a week. And then they never responded to a verbal request that my Home Warranty Requested. I was told I would be called by the tech on at least two occasions and never updated. Who ever answers phones could never give a time range for when I might receive a call. It was back and forth with no one knowing anything. Wasted weeks of my time for this situation.

T&J was very thorough Nate & Dylan were courteous, patient did a great job. Washer hook up done and replaced a nightmare plumbing situation making our garage laundry area 100% better. Appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to get it done right.

We just bought a new house and have had some ongoing Plumbing issues. I have had T&J Rooter Service to my home once before and I can say without a doubt I will use them for everyone of my plumbing needs. They are professional courteous Timely efficient and they leave my house looking better than when it started. I could not be more happy with the personnel or the work that they do. I highly recommend T&J for anyone's plumbing needs.

Rodney and Bill are awesome! We called on a Saturday with a noise situation going on with both of our toilets - and they came and fixed them the same day! I highly recommend this company. They are a keeper for us! Thank you T&J!!!

Ricky was on call to my plumbing emergency, I was in a panic but he called me within 10 minutes and showed up in 10 minutes. He explained everything clearly with the repair from the start.
And also quoted me prices for a replacement. He worked tirelessly where most people would give up and say it needs replaced. He saved me from a big bill I wasn't ready for. I can't sing his praises enough. Thank you Ricky truly, not just for the saved money but the piece of mind you gave me. I won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

Great service. Arrived promptly and installed a waterline for my fridge and cleared a drain in my wash room. Told me everything they were going to do in advance of starting work. Found other things that were concerning not related to their type of work they informed me about so I can address them. Super friendly and helpful-would definitely recommend and will use again for any future plumbing needs.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Never thought I’d be happy about having to pay for unexpected plumbing but the crew was amazing. Ended up being a bigger job than expected but they got it done and stayed the whole time. Talking to them during and after you never would have guessed they put in over 8 straight hours. My kitchen sink stopped draining on a Sunday evening. On Monday I called T&J Rooter Service. They were able to get me a Monday appointment. The technician arrived promptly and snaked out the drain for the kitchen. The drain works great. One glitch I had was after he left the laundry tub backed up from the washer emptying. I called T&J back and the technician came back inside of forty minutes. He cleaned out the washer drain and made sure the kitchen drain was still flowing. Overall a great job was done. Everything is still draining well.

I am torn on how many stars to give because their service was exceptional and fast. However, they charged $250/hour per technician on a job that took 2 men five hours. $2500 in labor and almost $1000 in parts for a few feet of insulation, pex and pvc piping that costs less than $0.50/ft at lowes. At this price, we will never use them again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND T&J The techs had to come out twice. I paid over a $1000 dollars for them to secure pipes in crawl. how hard can that be. My pipes are still knocking. I don’t know.. maybe it’s because they sent boys to do a man’s job so to speak. They didn’t seem very knowledgeable at all. I give a 2 because at least the supervisor did try to fix right but in the end… I still have knocking in my pipes. Are there ANY GOOD PROFESSIONAL Knowledgeable repair men out here anymore.. if so where the heck are they at! I don’t have photos but I do have sound videos!

Nate did an excellent job of explaining the new hot water tank details as well as what to expect from the service once it’s connected

Our hot water heater went out on Sunday, called T&J around noon on Sunday and they were out to us within an hour. They were quick to figure out the issue and were able to install a new hot water heater for us the very next day. I can’t recommend them enough with the quick response time, communication throughout the whole process, along with providing additional recommendations to help to improve efficiency. I will be calling them again when I need to have additional plumbing work done.

Excellent service and response. Their team came during a snow storm and were on time. Andrew and Delano did a great job explaining the plumbing problem and what had to be done going forward. All were friendly and answered the questions we had.

I was so nervous having to have plumbing replaced which is located in our crawl space. However, Nate and Dylan did a fantastic job and Tim came by to check on things! They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend T&J for any plumbing issues you might have. We called T&J Rooter Service for a pipe leak under our Kitchen sink. Our Plumber Andrew came to our home for our repair, he was very efficient knew his job so well. He explained what we needed and fixed our problem with no trouble at all. He was so respectful to us explaining what needed to be done. Ricky Temple was professional and courteous from start to finish! He introduced himself right away and with credentials in hand, wore shoe coverings before even knocking, explained everything thoroughly and also provided an explanation for future maintenance. He answered many questions with patience and responded the answers with confidence and knowledge. Far cry from my previous experiences with plumbers that would show up late, just “scratch” their heads and not give me answers and/or solutions! I highly recommend this company and will confidently give them referrals.
