We had a drain backup in our basement on a Thursday night about 7:30-8pm. Called them and they were very professional, courteous and very prompt. A young man named Dave came out to our home to assess the problem and advise the best course of action.

After a brief inspection he stated we needed to clean out the drain as a starter. During that clean out he also advised against the flushing of so called flushable wipes (good lesson learned).

He got right to work cleaning out the line and getting it flowing again. Shortly after he was done he also advised about getting the stack changed out to a "Y" cleanout vs the old 90 degree style we had to help with any future issues. He was able to get us back open again, in the interim, and give us an estimate in just a couple of hours.

His professionalism and work was superior. I cannot recommend his and Rotor Rooter highly enough. Fantastic service tech/plumber and company to deal with overall.

I am so happy with the service I will be calling to schedule the repairs and of course requesting Dave for the work.

This was an utterly disastrous and disrespectful service call.
The technician exhibited an awful demeanor, wearing AirPods and showing attitude whenever addressed.

Upon completion, a massive leak occurred under the sink. When I asked him to check his own work, he flat-out refused, showing a profound lack of professionalism and work ethic. He became angry and abruptly left the premises, abandoning his faulty repair and leaving me with the disaster.

Absolute disrespect and catastrophic workmanship. AVOID.

Dave came on time, he quoted a price before he began the work, and he finished the job in a timely manner. He also cleaned up so you couldn’t tell he’d been there.

We received quick response to our issue when requested on short notice. The two men who came on our service call were professional, courteous, friendly, and explained the situation very well along with repair options. They left the area in better condition than when they arrived. I would highly recommend this company and these repairmen.

Showed up in an emergency. Both guys were polite, professional as well as funny. Got it done quickly and was super clean. Wish I could give em 10 stars!!

We need to give a GIANT SHOUT OUT TO Davey S. From Roto Rooter. We had a clogged toilet to the septic tank AFTER HOURS on a Friday night. Davey S. came right out and worked hard to diagnose and think outside of the box to clear it promptly and professionally. I honestly can’t thank him enough. I recommend Roto Rooter and Davey S. 100%! 65 DAYS AGO, I STARTED DOWN A PLUMBING JOURNEY NIGHTMARE.
Roto Rooter turned it into a sweet dream!

Over the course of the last 65 days, I had another local “Rooter” Company come out - (x2) - for drain clean out and root clearing. 2 trips, 6 Back ups, a supposed clean out “40 feet of roots”, two massive hard sells on that company’s Several thousand dollar “camera and hydrojet system that will fix the problem otherwise we can’t guarantee our work beyond 30 days”, and $700+ later, I gave up and said let’s call Roto-Rooter. It’s ABSOLUTELY the call I should’ve made from the beginning.

I put in an online inquiry for an appointment at 10 PM on a Tuesday evening for 8 AM the next morning. The appointment was confirmed At 8 AM the following morning and the team arrived to begin the process by 845.

They were attentive to my descriptions of past work performed and my concerns. I was a bit skeptical of their indication that they needed to start with clearing the lines to the main sewer before assessing any additional issues. But I know Tech, I don’t know, plumbing, so I indicated that, since they were the professionals, they could proceed.

Within the first 20 feet they hit a significant number of roots in the main line (Remember, that other local Rooter company said they had run the line for 40 feet… 32 days ago). For the next two hours, the amazing Roto Rooter team battled foot by foot to reach the main drop into the sewer. 110 feet and likely hundreds of pounds of roots later, the drains flowed freely, with zero back up. #MyHeroes

Quick as a flash, they cleaned up, and off they went to the next Homeowner’s nightmare.

Start with these folks first. You won’t regret it!

Dave and Mason came out to my hotel to do a leak repair. It ended up being A LOT more than I think any of us thought. Jayson our tech came to our house WITHIN 30 min of calling around 8:30pm. He was exceptional, explained thoroughly what he was doing, answered all questions confidently, and got the job done in 20 min or less. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received! I would 100% recommend!

Finally, my drainage problem is fixed after almost 2 weeks. These two gentlemen solved my issue under an hour and was very clean and fast with the issue. Definitely, I'll be keeping them in my phone for any type of help and letting my friends know of their expertise with drainage problems..
( note a damaged water valve was broken and wasn't told about this!!)

I have used Roto Rooter for over 30 years at several different properties and have always had a positive experience. The gentleman that worked on the drain at my home has worked on them previously in October , this was extremely helpful as he had knowledge of my home’s drainage system. The staff member was very polite and took the time to explain what to expect from today’s issues and resolved them in a professional manner.

Chance and the rest of the Roto Rooter crew showed up early and got right to work. They had all the equipment and parts ready to go and worked until the job was done! It was a partial sewer line replacement and they managed to get it done in one day! Cleaned up the yard as well! They were awesome!!!!!!!

Both of your technicians were very friendly, very knowledgeable and they did have to snake the drain twice cause they had a complicated drain. Everything‘s cleaned up and running great. Money well spent

NOT REALLY A 24 hr SERVICE! TRY SOMEONE ELSE!!
So, I had an emergency last night and I reached out to the number one name that I knew about which was Roto-Rooter. I reached out at 1:36 AM. At 2:26 I called them back and asked if they were able to get a hold of somebody or what was happening. Only to be told that the people that you get on the 24 hour line don’t actually speak to anybody they send information and those people are supposed to reach out to you.
THEY NEVER DID!! At 3:24 I called to cancel them as Rooter Man had just returned my call (from 10 minutes prior) and they were on their way. I probably didn’t need to call and cancel because I don’t believe they were ever going to call.

UPDATE: had a new issue with my gas line. Thomas and Dave came out, fixed it right up, and got the job done super efficiently. I will exclusively work with Roto-Rooter from back to back great experiences!!
