I called "early" morning and made an appointment, they said they would come out in a few hours... Never showed up nor called, didn't even returns my several calls to see what happened.... I have used their services on the past was satisfied. This time I was very disappointed.
-
Found out the shut off valve didn't work right... so it was a problem on my end. Service was prompt and affordable... was a little difficult to reach the technician for a follow up question, but overall service was pretty good.

The person we had couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional. I received a through explanation of what needed to be done. All was done in a timely fashion. We were very satisfied.

Second time for Pipe Doctors. Troy is very pleasant to work with and did a great job. I would call them again.

After making many calls without water for five days you guys picked up the phone and came out the next day.You don't know how important your work is to us mobile home owners. Thank you so much

If I could give zero stars I would. They were suppose to be here between 12-2. Still nobody at 4 and no call to explain. We called and they said it will be later. At 6:15 we called to cancel and were told they were just finishing up the previous job. NOPE, CANCEL!!

Pipe Doctor performs any service from snaking your pipes, unclogging your drains, and even major work digging out to the street to see what is going on with any issue. They are a growing company and continue to grow everyday. Keep up the good work Pipe Doctor!!!!

Troy was very professional, detailed, thorough and stayed on task. He was also very personable and respectful of my time as well as my handicap.

Emergency service for broken water pipe. Very professional and quality work. But GOD was it over the top in price. Replaced 6 inch run of 1” copper pipe and installed a fitting and a 1 inch brass ball valve. Exceeded $1000.

The problem we had with the company was that over the phone they said they will only charge us if they detected a problem to fix in our gas fireplace. In reality they did not do a good job and did not detect any problems and still charged us.

Arrived first thing in the morning to remove / replace a water service. Stayed into the evening to finish and insure everything was satisfactory. Would highly recommend PIPE DOCTOR for their superior workmanship!

I thought I was dealing with a high quality service company when they came out to look into a possible pipe leak. I have been waiting for a call back for over a month and everytime I call and speak to the front desk I am promised the quote for repairs and have yet to receive one. I am struggling to get the paid invoice for the service call. What a waste of my time.

This place was overpriced, paid a “plumber” 375 to come out and fix a drain in the basement, and not only did it not get fixed they made it worse! Went on to say they need to contact the city and dig up our yard! Had someone else come out this morning and they fixed it within 15 minutes! Very horrible service! If you need a plumber contact Able Masters!!

On a Friday a technician came out to assess the job and get us a quote. He said we would have the quote Sunday or Monday. On Wednesday I called since I had not heard yet, and was told I would hear something soon as the tech was busy. I called again Friday as I still had not heard and was told I would be emailed the quote instead. On Monday I finally received a rather high quote. Wednesday I had a different company come out and had a quote before the tech left for half the price. Overall waste of time.

Called to unplug floor drain. Sent a guy out without the equipment that other companies had used previously. Using a hand held wand, next option was to offer up an estimate for like 9000 dollars! This was all done while it was just my wife handling business as I was at work. And took $250 and left. I Called another business and next day the guy had it done for 100 dollars using a power auger. They just showed up and said the job was not simple and left a half hour later basically, simple as that. End off day, took the money and left.

Initial contact was a success with a fast response from the owner of the company (thought this was going to be very promising). They were referred by a fellow EMS provider so I thought that everything would work out without any hitches. Did not realize that they charge 135 dollars / hour (friends told me that is steep) until the work was completed (this is my fault for not asking the hourly rate). Was quoted a price for the work and told that it might be cheaper when the work was completed (all depended on if they needed to cut into the drywall or not ... which they did not ... but the price was still the same).
Service person was professional, but could not fix the problem the very end when said that this is a water department issue.
Now trying to get them back out to fix a problem with the shower and still no response.
I will be doing the remainder of my business with another plumber in town. This was a 5 star learning experience on home ownership on what bad things to look for in a plumber. -
Had an issue with a drain in my garage. Hired Pipe doctor to use a small camera to go into the line to check it out. The technician was professional and polite. The only issue I have is that the charge was $250 dollars. It did involve cutting and reattaching a pvc pipe and I agreed to the charge beforehand. But the job took maybe an hour or so of work. This to me was way too expensive

First company I called couldn't find a problem with my water heater going out. Tech from pipe doctor told me to look for squirrels - I thought he was bonkers. 3 days later the wildlife removal company pulled a squirrel out of the vents.
Needless to say we had Pipe Doctor install the new water heater. They carry Bradford White which seems to be the best. I think they use contractors as at least one tech has no idea there was an "office" on Lewis but I don't care as long as the work is good.
