Brett was awesome and answered all of my questions with honesty. He didn’t try to upsell me. His main task was to get my furnace up and running as cost effective as possible and that’s exactly what he did and he also did not leave until we were both satisfied that the heat was fully operational.

Talon came out today to do a check up on my furnace and did a fantastic job. He communicated everything that he did and reviewed the reports with me. Talon was an excellent technician and I would highly recommend him and Bonksy Heating and Cooling.

Both Chris and Brett were awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and experts at their profession. As someone who works with the trades I can tell these guys are top notch and I would recommend them to everyone.

Always impressed when I use bonksy. I had a routine check scheduled and within a week someone came out. He was honest and explained we needed a new heater and AC unit and why. Our 30 year old furnace finally had it. Within 2 weeks, had two young guys come out and install both within only 4 hours. The guys at bonsky who installed the furnace and AC did an amazing job. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves the best they could. It was installed on 10/31 and has worked wonders ever since. I’ve saved so much on my gas bill so far. I was also quoted much higher for just a furnace than what I paid for both units. Very grateful.

Had a furnace & A/C unit installed about 6 months ago and just this January 2026 I had my first service call. I'm very happy from start to finish. I would and have recommend Bonsky to my son-in-law and daughter who also bought the same as me a furnace and A/C unit. I have found the service professional, great service, staff knowledgeable and everyone I've had contact with absolutely amazing to deal with. Also everyone is so very friendly to talk with and everyone is very positive as well. Overall a great company and people to deal with. I would and have recommend Bonsky.

Replaced our 16 year old furnace. Billy the technician who made the initial service call was wonderful-tested all aspects of old furnace and gave an honest appraisal of things. We decided to replace the furnace and the install was done the next day. The crew that installed it was very courteous, helpful and professional. We feel the level of communication with everyone at Bonsky was exceptional. Kudos!

Brett was very responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable employee. He was thorough, patient and kind. He did a great job. He took his time to figure out what was going on with the furnace and it turned out all was good. He educated on what to do, and not do, to keep it running well. Very much appreciated his assistance.

So I was sitting around the house and realized it was a little chilly. My furnace decided to stop lighting. One call to Bonsky and within a couple hours they were able to send out a technician. Text notification to let me know he was on his way. Shane arrived and got right to work diagnosing the problem. I was expecting the igniter to be the problem. Turns out it was a flame sensor. A little cleaning and the problem was fixed. What I really liked was the service plan that I ended up getting. It gave me a discount on the service call and will help ensure simple maintenance issues like what occured can maybe be avoided in the future. For trusting my Google local guide instincts. I am definitely happy with the results.

Received an arrival time call from my technician Brett H. that happened to be at the start of the 4 hour window promised! It was a sincere pleasure to meet a fine young man like Brett. His people skills and customer service are the finest. He is a knowledgeable expert and had all the best in modern diagnostics tools. He thoroughly inspected our equipment, gave honest, straightforward recommendations and opinions regarding his findings. Our 22 year old AC system received a clean bill of health eliminating any immediate concerns. Couldn't be happier with Bonsky Heating and Cooling, technician Brett H. and our home being a nice cool 75 degrees!

UPDATE: Brett returned for a first time furnace PM Inspection in October. Unluckily but luckily he found hidden serious defects in our 22 year old furnace; the worst of which, multiple heat exchanger stress cracks. Not what you want to hear but potentially life saving timing. We decided it was now the time to purchase a complete Carrier HVAC system with 97% 2 stage Intelisense furnace, Comfort air conditioner and Ecobee Professional thermostat. We are now safe, happy and truly comfortable with automated peak efficiency none of which we ever had with the original system. Brett is an asset to your company. Best service tech I have ever had. Professional friendly concerned I know he was honest as I had another company earlier this year and Brett was spot on but much better and concerned that I get the product and service that worked with my issues here. Our furnace went out on the COLDEST weekend of the year . Right before snowstorm FERN
This was Sat the 24th 2026
Called one company that “put us on the schedule”
We called them at 9AM no one showed by 100pm.
My wife called back and they told us even though we were on their schedule they may not make it…..
that was one company…..
So…. I told me wife I always hear the commercials at work for Bonsky. Never called them for anything but I remember them from these commercials.
So.. my wife called Bonsky. Around 130 ish they were able to get us on the schedule but with a time frame 🙏 between 3-5 the
Tech showed promptly about 340/400 ish.

Let me say this without being too long.
I WILL be calling Bonsky for any and all future repairs and HVAC purchases.
This visit was ABOVE AND BEYOND perfect.
Within minutes I felt very comfortable with the tech. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and spoke to my wife and I with CLARITY and Precision and professionalism.

He didn’t rush through he really took his time with us and got to the root of our problem. Answered all of our questions and got us up and running in no time.

By the time he left you would think we have known our tech like a good friend lol. That’s how pleasant this experience was.

I can’t stress ENOUGH ..

And I am extremely picky with who I use for anything house related.
