Crown has been maintaining and servicing my heating and cooling system for several years, including moving and installing 2 new air conditioners 2-3 years ago. I couldn't be more happy with their service. Their team is professional and knowledgeable. Their servicing is and has been impressive. They offer timely appointments and always arrive equipped with anything they may need. Their technicians are friendly and thorough, making sure that my system runs smoothly year round.

My furnace has been down for a few days and I called Crown asking for help. They were able to come out same day and stayed in touch letting me know when they would be there. Don was a great guy during this whole issue. He was able to quickly figure out the problem. He did it by smell which at first had me laughing but then I became impressed that he could do it that way. He has to late the correct part but was back the next day and got everything fixed. He was patient with all my questions and he listened to my concerns. We have been going to Crown for years, first my parents and now me. I don't see that changing anytime soon. The people I dealt with friendly and caring, which made this all the easier. if you need help go with Crown, you will not be sorry you did

I would not recommend Crown Heating and Cooling. I called them out for a failed flame sensor, Which is a $50 part. After paying for the $99 service visit charge, they wanted to charge me an additional $800 to replace the part with no other service provided. When I called the service manager, he told me that it was not a time of materials based charge but based on the national average for the repair. When I looked this up on ChatGPT, the National average was $120-$280 parts and labor. I got a similar estimate to the lower price from another HVAC company.

At the time, my home was without heat in single digit temperatures and I had to leave within an hour for another commitment. Whether the pricing was accurate in their system or not, it was outrageous and in my opinion price gouging. I chose to purchase the part on my own instead. The part replacement is literally plug annd play and took me less than five minutes to complete on my own.

Fast response from Crown when our furnace went out during sub zero temps. Our tech was Daniel Webster, very knowledgeable and skilled and a nice guy to boot! He installed replacement part and gave us helpful tips on heating and maintenance. We are transplanted Floridians in our 80’s and appreciated his excellent service. Highly recommend Crown!

I'm writing to say thank you to the lady that took a call from my 86 year old mother and the tech that called my mother back and talked her thru changing the battery in her thermostat. They could have easily charged her the 99.00 service fee to ha e someone show up just for a battery. Crown Heating has been so wonderful when they installed heating and air conditioning at her house and continue to make sure maintenance is kept up. You are wonderful and caring people. Crown is definitely not about the money they can get, but are truly about making sure people are taken care of. Thank you again so much for your help so that she didn't get charged 99.00 for a simple battery change.

I bought this furnace new from Bonskey’s 1 year and 2 weeks ago. Now we are having trouble with it and I was quoted $525 labor for the repair. They will not stand behind the products they sell because the boss said our warranty ended 2 weeks ago. I believe I paid about $4800 for their furnace. The customer service and personal relationship with Bonskey’s has really tanked in the last couple years.

Brett Haught from Bonsky Heating and Cooling was polite, professional, and communicated clearly about the repair. He fixed the blower motor on my furnace efficiently and made the whole experience comfortable. Highly recommend!

Larry came out and did an awesome job. Very respectful and answered a lot of questions that I had. He also offered some advice to help manage some issues that I was concerned about. I would highly recommend!

On a Monday at 3:30 in the afternoon , on one of the coldest days this winter and 36 hrs from leaving on a vacation I noticed that the house was cooling off and the furnace was not working . I called Bonsky, they had a technician at the house that afternoon and a new furnace installed within 24 hrs saving my vacation. I highly recommended Bonsky Heating and Cooling for your heating and cooling needs.

Mr. James did an excellent job. He was very thorough in the inspection of my furnace, and caught a problem we weren't even aware of, and fixed it. He answered all my questions, clearly.

New company for me. Very pleased with the service tune-up I had done. Talon was excellent, timely, thorough, and very nice. He asked questions and provided me with the opportunity to do the same.

I am just now waiting for additional follow up on the maintenance package and water heater estimate.

Andrew and Jack did a good job yesterday. They installed the last of the duct and did most of the gas line install to the new location. They typically ask about install steps to make sure they are meeting expectations which I appreciate.

Bonsky is the best HVAC company hands down. They offer the best plans/prices. They are quick and friendly. Owen West was so kind and deserves a raise!!

They put in a new furnace. The men putting it in were very nice and profeshional. They took the time to answer my questions. Both men were knowledgable. The office Associates that I spoke with several times were extremely helpful, respectful and kind. My whole experience with Bonsky people was OUT OF THIS WORLD POSSITIVE.

He showed up and finished within the time frame quoted. He was very personable and efficient. He explained the new air filter and humidifier he installed and asked if I had any questions. He cleaned up all the trash from the job.

I have worked with Bonskey a few different times on getting a new furnace, new water heater and more $7,000. Later my water heater is not working and I have a 6 yr warranty and they basically tell me off won't even look at it!! Told me to deal with their sister company in there building! WOW already set up for failure with customers that have paid a whole lot! Then they want more money to just look... what a joke! BS!! NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! They will take your money and install for double price and when ya need any kind of help after 1 year they screw you over!! NEVER GI WITH BONSKEY MANY COMPANIES WILL COME AND HELP! & why I went to Blind & Sons for my brand new central air & they have heard of the same problems from customers!! Plus they never finished one of the jobs & one of there guys calling me saying I have to put a tent in my chimney, etc!! NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH BONSKEY ‼️

The service tech was amazing and helped get our house back up and running quickly and efficient. He was very honest and forthcoming of what our next steps need to be not just to make a sale but to make sure my family is protected.

Wonderful customer service provided. I was able to get a same day appointment. Bill was amazing at figuring out the problem and getting it corrected. Great company!
