Crown installed new HVAC 3 years ago. Since then I have been pleased with everyone they have sent for annual check ups. I would gladly recommend them.

The technician is extremely personable and knowledgeable. I like that the same technician comes each time, so he is familiar with the nuances of my specific system.

I was called the morning of my appointment by the dispatch office confirming my appointment. The tech, Ralph called me when he was on his way over to my house. Ralph was courteous and easy to work with. He explained what he did in regards to the maintenance on our furnace. The Santa hat was a bonus!
I will continue to choose Crown for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

The service was done thoroughly. The service provider answered my questions and gave me some tips on what type of filters to get for my furnace as well as where to get them from. It was a cold and snowy day... the driveway was a steep 1500 feet of icey gravel and multiple curves. The van couldn't make it up! Did our furnace guy back out and try again another day??? Nooo! Annual furnace checkup. Tim the technician always does an outstanding service to ensure everything is working properly. Tim is always on time, very professional and explains any issues or if I have questions. Great asset to Crown Heating.

Crown has come to service our geo thermal unit for some time now. The inspectors are great but the pricing models for further inspections and repairs are grotesque. The mothership does not help with any cost of repairs, as an example.

Service was great as was the serviceman James, told me what he doing. As Always the service was as expected from Crown, excellent company. Thanks for keeping me warm this winter.

Crown’s cooling and heating technician (Ralph) did our semi-annual service/maintenance inspection today. He was very prompt, handled the service efficiently and made recommendations which will make our system more efficient and effective.

Very pleased with the Furnace/AC Maintenance service today. Very professional, personal, and efficient. Reviewed all recommendations thoroughly and any future fees that may be considered. And very happy with today’s results and recommend others to do their maintenance check with Crown.

Would not recccomend this company. Very unprofessional, the workers wear no kind of uniform, show up don’t tell you who they are. Leave jobs unfinished and then when they have to come back to finish the job they are mad lol and act like they are doing you a favor!! Cost me a lot of money because a brand new furnace was leaking all over my basement!!! Wouldn’t recommend

Ed was great! After diagnosing what was wrong, he was able to get the part, come back and perform the repair. Our heating system is working great now.

Spencer was here within 30 minutes of my call on a Sunday evening. Very courteous and explained everything he was doing to diagnose the problem and fix it. Definitely use Crown again!

Well the service person didn’t know how to look inside the furnace. That has never happened before. So there still is no heat, I paid my $200 for the service call, although I am not sure of the reason. I would have gladly paid for the mileage.
I called another company to finish the job.

We chose Crown because when we purchased our condo 11 years ago we had a service repair man come to fix at that time with our old air conditioner. He did a great job, Our service on our furnace was done on time and the gentleman that did the job was great. We'd like him to come back in the spring to do the maintenance on the air conditioner. I believe his name was Carson. Thank You.
