I always receive exceptional service from the Crowne company. They are very responsive and personable. I had a service maintenance check up, which is worth its weight and goal. Thank you for all that you do.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This company has deceptive and shady practices. We purchased a brand new Lennox AC and furnace unit in 2020. The company did a huge upsell promising Lennox is the best they offered and it was a reliable manufacturer. 5 years after purchase our AC completely went out. This is conveniently right after our 5 year labor warranty expired. We were told this was a known issue with Lennox systems and Crown knowingly is selling faulty units. We decided to give Crown a second chance and purchased a new AC unit through them in July. Now it is October and our furnace has also stopped working due to another KNOWN issue with Lennox furnace systems and the circuit board. We were given a tiered pricing system for labor costs (which in itself seems shady) ranging from $3,000 to $1,600 to fix. This is for labor as we still have a parts warranty on the furnace. Over $1k for labor to complete a 30 minute job is absurd!! This company knowingly sells faulty units and then tries to charge outrageous labor fees to fix. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING THROUGH THEM

We really like the gentleman we’ve been getting for 6 month services. Good information provided and good work completed. The only thing we question is paperwork said “ Smoke” batteries were changed but weren’t. We highly recommend.

In the worst time during the big snow storm we just had and with the Artic blast last night our furnace decided to take a poop we had no heat all night and no heat all morning and the house was really cold the thermostat was down to 50°. The owner was very nice , very compassionate and very understanding about our financial situation and worked with me when it came to the pricing to make sure we had our heat which was greatly appreciated... we have always chosen them for our furnace issues because they do a great job ... If you ever have any furnace issues like heat or air conditioning always consider them to do the job!!

Great service man. Easy to talk with. Replaced valve & piping above hot water heater. Checked toilets for leaks. Unsuccessfully attempted to repair shower handheld due to calcium buildup. Left with water sample to be analyzed. Did not resolve a couple other items due to time constraints and not sure if not water heater was drained per Comfort Club Membership.

We've been customers of Crown H&C for almost 15 yrs now. The
service we've rec'd thru them has been outstanding, both from the office staff on the phone, as well as the techs they've sent to check/inspect/repair any issues we've had over the years. We have been totally pleased with our experiences over our time with them. If you need any heating/cooling needs for your home, I would highly recommend Crown H&C!! Price paid marked is for our yearly maintenance contract.

Dave, from the plumbing side, did our annual flush for our tankless water heater. Part of the service contract is to inspect our entire plumbing system. Dave communicated well the entire visit, took pictures of the fixtures and connections for historic records, had some suggestions for repairs. One was what I thought pretty important. Our incoming pressure was above 80 psi so I had Dave install a regulator which he was able to do the same day. Everything he told me verified on the website for local code. And I feel more secure knowing that the regulator is there. The shutoff valve for the house had been corroded from an obvious slow leak which could have gotten worse. All that was replaced in the cost of the pressure regulator valve installation, along with making a better connection for our electrical ground for the house . Dave also found a supply line for one of the toilets was getting damaged. And a couple other minor things I added to my to do list. I thought the inspection was valuable. The water heater flush each year will lengthen the life of my investment. Dave was not high pressure at all but he had the confidence in what he was doing which comes from experience. He is good to work with. I am happy with Crown.

I had to change my scheduled date for one day earlier. They went out of their way to meet my need. Exceptional service! On time and contacted me 20 minutes before arrival.

The service rep was personable, attended to his job, communicated well, was in and out in no time and assured me all was well.
This company continues to represent excellence in all areas from top to bottom.

The gentleman we had here was very nice. He worked on our furnace and got it running and gave us the good news that maybe we need a new one. But that's okay. That's not his fault. My furnace was 30 years old so we know anything can happen but he got it up and running so we have eat for now. We have used crown for over 30 years and we trust them

We had no heat in subzero weather!! Two repairmen showed up. Nice, respectful men…found the issue with our furnace almost immediately!!
We are very happy with our decision to call them. Would recommend them in an instant!
We also signed up for their twice yearly maintenance program.

Please note that I am Raymond Dinallo and my brother Richard was a client of yours at Dinallo and Wittrup Homes. Upon his developing pneumonia I tried to carry on the finishing of three homes being built. We lost Richard in June and yes I had plenty of questions for the trades as they carried on. Your crews were so patient and polite in answering my silly questions I can never thank them enough. I truly would like to say many thanks to Matt Simmons who always answered my phone calls to him about HVAC. He was always patient and will never know how much I appreciated his help in my question needs. My brother truly loved all the trades he worked with.!In closing God bless all who were friendly, kind and helpful I will never forget and hopefully Richard is smiling down on all those kind trades, sincerely Ray

They answered all my questions and they explained everything to me Also very affordable I will call them again when it’s needed! Thank you for the install of my new kitchen faucet. I love it!

Daryl was extremely respectful and knowledgeable! He was working all through the night and still came in the morning to help us with the super cold weather we are having. We even signed an annual maintenance contract with him. Thanks Daryl for your kindness!

Daryl came out early Friday morning and performed a regular maintenance service on my furnace. He was very thorough, efficient and professional he also informed me of a potential future issue, and the cost to replace the part.

Called ahead to let us know they were coming. Technician was professional and courteous. Furnace cleaned and inspected. Technician conscious of home careful not to make any mess. Went over all of what was done and recommended service. Added one service to our spring check up per our request.

Quick and easy! I called, a few hours later they were at my home and the promised time. I got a text and phone call letting me know exactly who would be arriving. They wore shoe protectors and where very respectful of my home and to me. 20 minutes later they were finished and my furnace was fixed. Thank you!!!

Had an issue after having my duct work cleaned by a different company after midnight. I called Crown and they were able to come out and resolve the issue saving me most likely lots of money on costly repairs
Dan is a great tech , was here quickly and resolved the issue. I also bought a service contract as I was very pleased with Dan the tech and the company.

lol what a joke this company is the sent out 2 guys who basically need there own company they are very intelligent and very helpful and even gave me tips on how to service the unit if I had any small issues the older gentleman said he been doing hvac for over 30 years they made me buy a dehumidifier system that I was didn’t even no u could add on thanks because I have a finished basement so the placement of the stationary units are in a closet where they won’t work basically so it made since to get the whole house unit.then they even changed my filter for free which was awesome thanks and they changed the airflow of the new system which works way better now and they even wore shoe covers best experience I’ve ever had with a HVAC company hands down thank you guys

I was surprised that the technician showed up at 8:10am. I did not receive a the 30-40 minute notification that he was coming. I did answer the door -he came in and did very good work. Explained the situation with my furnace. All good. The service was great. I would have appreciated the 'heads-up' call. JohnL

The guys didn’t text until the afternoon that they were on the way to our house. We thought they would have communicated earlier in the day, and this was after my husband called the company and inquired. But when Spencer and Ian were here, they were efficient in determining what they needed, and left to go get the parts. When they returned, they quickly finished the repair and the furnace was functioning again. It was a rather expensive fix, but we needed the heat.
