Ultra Clean came recommended from a trusted realtor friend Elaine Miller. I bought this fixer upper last year and it's needed attention all the way around. The guys came and were very nice, took the pics you see. Very disgusting ! They did they're work and it's a good feeling from the good service and having that funk out of my house ! 2 thumbs up ! The guys who came out to clean our ducts did a fantastic job. We had some major unexpected issues and they went above and beyond what I would have expected to get everything back in order and fully operational for us. They spent way more time than they had planned because of the issues they found, but they did not leave or even take a break until everything was up and running, and clean. With the problems we had, I would not have blamed them if they walked away and told us to call someone else, but Austin has the experience to know who to call and how to problem solve. Both gentlemen were very helpful, respectful, and professional. They explained everything and gave me options. I actually feel guilty that they did so much work but didn't charge any extra. The price they quoted is what I paid. And it's a very reasonable price even without the problems. These guys are amazing!

There are not enough stars to use for rating. Kaley, Dylan and Austin are 1st class professionals on all fronts. From start to finish treat you like they truly want your business and are there to support you as a caregiver to a homeowner in need of duct and dryer vent cleaning. Came out within one week of my inquiry. Courtesy, expertise, cleanliness and timeliness are words that go hand in hand with the experience. Really appreciated the education of what they were doing and why. For any prospective customers, no need to call anyone else; not for competitive pricing, scheduling or anything. I first met techs Dylan & Austin last week at a nearby gas station and inquired with them on their work. Well, I booked their service which they did today and they in fact did a fantastic job! Both extremely personable and informative during the entire duct cleaning (and thorough). Highly recommend them and Ultra Clean Duct Cleaning! Very affordable and glad we had done.

Dylan and Austin were amazing to work with. They took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout the process, which I really appreciated. They showed me clear before and after photos, and the difference was honestly incredible you can actually see how much cleaner the system is now.

They were also fantastic with my cats very patient, respectful, and mindful of keeping them comfortable the entire time.

On top of that, they shared helpful pro tips for maintaining clean ducts going forward, which really shows they care about long-term results and not just completing the job.

This company put a new furnace in on February 14th gave my landlord a great deal if it wasnt for them we would of froze to death in below zero temps they got it over night and installed thanks

Our AC went out this weekend in 90° heat with a newborn who is not very tolerant of the heat. They came out within 2 hours of calling them (saturday) and found out what was wrong. On Monday he contacted the company about a possible warranty and now Tuesday we are sitting in our living room with the AC running ice cold. Amazing service, extremely responsive, fair prices, and overall excellent. We will be calling them with any further issues!

Plenum brothers was responsive, even on a Sunday and was out first thing Monday morning. They diagnosed the system and explained what they were doing and let me know my options but never forced anything. Without question I will use them again. Great company and I will be using them when I need my replacement.
