BluSky has recently completed a few office and meeting room renovations for us. As always, they did an excellent job from start to finish. They are attentive to detail, communicate effectively throughout the entire project, and always do excellent work. Highly recommend, we we will definitely use BluSky again!

We had water damage from a second story window seal leak. They did a nice job of mitigating dust while drying out water damage. They were there right away but then let things sit without fans for multiple days to test for asbestos...They did not locate or stop the source of the water damage and it continued to get wet after they left. We were billed for 4hrs of roof work and supplies work that were either not done or unnecessary.

I am so glad I was referred to BluSky when I found mold in my son's room. From the call to set up an appointment to the finished project, every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered without me ever feeling rushed. Mike was thorough in his assessment, both inside and out, explaining different possibilities before the wall was opened up. He was incredibly responsive throughout the process, working around changes in my schedule. This really frustrating situation was made better with the BluSky team. I will definitely use them again for any future renovations.

We are in the process of getting an insurance claim fixed. The initial claim was filed on September 2nd and we are rapidly approaching the 5month anniversary. Communication has been absolutely terrible between BluSky and myself, and also between the contractors at BluSky. The bathroom needing repair is about 60sq ft and the downstairs ceiling is about 8 ft by 12 ft. I have to constantly follow up about what is going on. After taking their time to get started, it seems like they do something and then come back two or three weeks later to work on something else. There is no sense of urgency. Honestly, it seems like we are an afterthought that gets squeezed in whenever everything else is done. I’ve called their corporate offices and it seems as if they don’t care either. Can’t get a message returned for nothing.

I manage an apartment complex and one of our units experienced an unfortunate water leak causing significant damage. Someone referred me to this company for a big problem with still water in our crawlspace and Mike Stevens responded the same day. He helped me find the problem and really cared! Called The Gutter Doctor for a gutter repair and he came out next day, gave me a quote. Very fair price so I scheduled him. He got the work done very quickly within 3 business days. Would call again if I ever had any gutter work. Thanks Gutter Doctor!

We had Bill come out and quote our house’s gutters that I didn’t know were bad. Bill explained what was wrong with them and the benefits of replacing them, not something I wanted to do but he was so genuine, I knew my fiance and I could trust his judgement. He came and did a total replacement today and did a fantastic job. Very honest, fair and communicates well. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone.

Needed new gutters and fascia boards for my house. Bill came out to provide a fair quote and connected me with a quality contractor for the fascia. Within 3 days, the gutters were down, fascia replaced, and new gutters and downspouts installed. Bill went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner at the highest level of care. His expertise is second to none. Gutter Doctor has my highest recommendation.

He has incredible attention to detail - he noticed all of the issues that I was concerned about and some that I hadn't even seen yet, but definitely needed to be addressed. Bill is the most genuine and trustworthy contractor we've ever worked with. We have been dealing with a very disappointing and frustrating situation caused by a different contractor, and the work Bill has done for us has restored my faith in humanity. He is prompt, reasonably-priced, and meticulous. He has done work for us three times over the years, and every single install has been incredibly smooth, leaving us with pristine gutters and downspouts. I wish everyone had the same integrity as him. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He may not have the most reviews, but that is because he puts zero pressure on people to write them, unlike many other contractors out there. He just comes out, does honest and solid work, and leaves the site in perfect shape. His decades of experience are evident in his work. Do not hesitate to work with Bill! You won't be disappointed.
