Reviews of local pros in Waterville, Ohio

After contacting Casey for updated outdoor lighting for my home, he came out & I had a quote in a day or two, & the project completed within a week! I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Quality work done quickly, at a fair price; what more could you want?

I’m glad we went with the color-changing outdoor lights on my home. They are very easy to adjust on the app & it’ll be nice to change the colors for different holidays.

John Roehl is great to work with. I highly recommend Grounds Services Inc. and Mr. Roehl personally.

They do a great job. Very thorough. The young men who do the aeration/seeding and chemical applications are great

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Job completed on time and as promised!

They’re professional, friendly, and great at what they do. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking to brighten up their yard.

We have had this company do weed prevention for the last 2 years and they have done a great job for us. Thank you!!

Great job. I have 2 acres, not one dandelion or clover exists now. Highly recommend

Scumbag staff. Driver backs over my car, acts as if he is a good samaritan, gives insurance info, drives off before cops can arrive, low and behold, claims to his insurance that i was at fault. STAY AWAY FROM SHADY SERVICE COMPANYS

I want to personally thank the crew at Ground Services. We had a hornet's nest that for life of me, I could not get rid of. Thanks for the pest control application! Without you guys, I couldn't leave my house without fear of getting stung. Thanks again!!

I've been using GSI for a number of years. They've done a great job and my lawn looks fine, weed and pest free.

The person that was sent had a major attitude like he didn't want to do anything.I wasn't going to waste anymore time especially my money. I made the best decision to not have it done. I didn't trust he would do a good job. I don't regret doing so. I rated his attitude, it was major and ugly, there was no way I was going to let him or anyone else like that do anything for me.

John and his team are super professional and knowledgeable on getting our lawn in shape.
