Reviews of local pros in Waterville, Ohio

Very limited bird supplies compared to te Perrysburg location. Disappeared.

Love my local greenhouse. Everything we get here always grows extremely well. Been going there for years.

Freindly owners and staff. Plenty of stuff to see, find and buy for your place. Flowers, plants an trees. And items for how to take care of them!

Always great service, fantastic selection, and if you follow care instructions you shouldn’t have any issues. They’ve always been extremely helpful👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great plants, helpful staff!

Excellent garden shop. Very friendly and very helpful. Huge assortment of plants.

Wardell's has a great selection of healthy, beautiful plants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great looking plants. Not the usual varieties at the big box stores. Hurray for that. Staff very kind and helpful. Be back again very soon.

I was able to buy fresh vegetables, garden items and a gift during one stop! Nice country setting and had quite a variety of usable items and ideas.

Bought over $600 in arborvitae bushes. Was told by owner to call if I have any issues with them turning brown within a months they did so I called him. I talked to him every few weeks figuring If they’d fully all turn and die he’d replace especially since we were in such close contact. .... But nope he was just pushing me off as long as possible to pass the warranty timeline. And then tried to make me pay $300 to replace them all. They all died within 3 months. Full warranty stopped at 3 months. Felt like I got lied too and played like a fiddle. Will never come here again. Now I gotta go dig up 12 dead bushes. Thanks a lot Wardell’s

EDIT: to contradict the owners response. Whenever I told him I watered them. He would claim "oh you must've over watered them" and if I say I held off on watering because of rain he'd say "oh you must've not watered them enough" either way he was never wrong. But there two things wrong with my situation. 1-why is you're warranty so short for bushes?kinda sketchy 2- it was a hearty Bush it shouldn't have had these issues period
And NO I did Contact him within 30 days of warranty. Because they started dying after 2 weeks

We drive 25 minutes to come here. An excellent selection of mulch and other garden products. The prices are fair. Excellent service.

OMG !!! My mother is in hospice and wanted some pansies!!! I have been searching for two days and located them here !! The special part of this … Joy who answered the phone … agreed to put them in a small planter for me💗 I am in Texas … so this special gesture means so much to me! My hospice aide is picking it up tomorrow… thank you so much for being a wonderful caring person 🙏🥰

Plan on staying awhile. There is more here than you'd think. I love the many varieties of flowers, perennials and nursery stock. Wardells has a friendly, informative staff and year round gift ideas and fun family events.

Wardell's is a friendly place with much to offer for landscaping needs. They have a great variety of plants, vegetables, bushes..., as well as garden supply needs and decorations, cement benches, pots of a variety of shapes, sizes and materials, with baskets and the coconut fiber that needs to be replaced in your baskets from time to time. I recommend Wardell's to anyone. I go there each year for flowers & huge tomatoe plants.

The outside front of the garden center is stunning. Large bags of wave petunias in purple red and white wave in the breeze . There is a gift shop full of fun and creative spheres and the neatest cleanest green houses ever. Staff were friendly and helpful and an easy location to find.

This is a very nice place that carries very good quality plants & fruits & vegetables in season. The employee was very knowledgeable &, when I asked her for something, she knew where it was & the care of the plants. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the high prices.

Beautiful plants. We happened on this garden center by mistake.

They have really GREAT prices on their plants. We went to find some flowers for our porch planters and ended up leaving with 5 different types of flowers and a 20qt bag of soil for 30 bucks.

Love this place. Now I get to enjoy my items! I'll be back for trees!

Beautiful flower baskets and healthy plants! Always helpful and friendly.

First time here but I bet this place is much better in the spring with plant options than the fall. Prices were fair and they have lots of yard decorations.
