Horrible Service- NEVER BUY HVAC.
We installed two new HVAC unit for the hotel. With in 4 months it start leaking and water came directly to first floor. So they sent technician to fix the issue. technician came and work on the unit and told front desk is repaired. so we fixed all four rooms ceiling and put new paint. Now after three weeks we have same problem with that unit and interesting thing was , When I called them and ask why again leaking. replied was technician didn't found leak that was report file.
anyway we scheduled technician and keep waiting and keep waiting nobody shows up. after I called, they said they are busy and will take two weeks to send technician over there. after all Manager name Douglass called and tried to apologize, but its too late that weekend comes and w couldn't find any technician and our hotel rooms were down entire weekend during busy season of kings island. Do not deal with ever with carrier.

Very friendly and professional. I'm a novice, so they helped me make sure I got the correct part, and they had it ready for me in minutes at a reasonable price. Thank you.

I love Airtron because they are true professionals! I bought a whole house HVAC system a couple of years ago and loved it. A few days ago my system started acting funny so I gave them a call. Their service technician, Brian came by right on time and was able to both explain what was wrong and fix the problem in a little over an hour! It gets better! Because we have a warranty it didn't cost me a cent! Now as I set in my nice warm home I realize that if you are not doing business with Airtron then you probably should! Well done Brian and well done Airtron! As Always, Enjoy!

Dillon seemed easy going, very personable. Everything went smoothly. Airtron has been taking care of my HVAC systems since my condo was built and I moved in in 2015. I fully recommend them.

Dan Delaney did an excellent job of defining our furnace problem, defining options for us to consider and coming back to the house to install the solutions as he needed to order a spare part to fix the problem.

Scheduled my annual HVAC maintenance w/ Airtron about a week ago for a morning 8a-12p appt window. Frank H. showed up at 7:55 and got to work. Not only did he perform all of the scheduled/required maintenance, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned out (traps, coils, etc..) and that all of the info for my systems were accurately loaded into Airtron systems for my account. He explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. He was polite/courteous and had a great attitude. Excellent service and experience!! Would definitely recommend Airtron to friends and family.

Our technician (Frank Huber) was prompt and thorough. He shared tips on how to save money and extend the life of our HVAC units.

Frank Huber is my technician who has been servicing my system for a while now. Great customer service , thorough and explains everything he is doing to the system. Very friendly Frank is the only technician I want ever to come out to my house to service my system. Excellent service by Airtron communication dispatch and as I said Frank service excellent service by Frank thank you for your work and everything is working good so far and if I do have a problem, we will certainly call Airtron to get the problem repaired and I will request Frank to come out on it. Just had my annual fall maintenance work professionally done today by Shamar. He arrived on time and with a great attitude. Shamar answered all my questions while working to ensure that my equipment was functioning properly and ready for the heating season.

Frank Huber was very knowledgeable, professional and most important engaging and open to answer any questions I had about my heating system. He also made me aware of the Homecare options and left me with a flyer for future reference.
