JD installed a whole house de-humidifier- he was very nice and did a great job! He went over and above to make sure we had the unit we asked for. We use Airtron for all our heating and cooling needs and have never had any issues! Always a job well done!

David did a great job on his call today. Very friendly!!!! He was quick to do excellent work! He has about 35 years experience. There is a big difference in who you get at any company. I would recommend that you ask for David!!!

Shamar Hargrove did an excellent job completing my furnace maintenance/check. When he was done he explained everything that he did and promptly sent me a report via email.

Gregory and Jair did a thorough job in fixing our furnace. Both the blower motor and blower wheel had gone bad, and needed to be replaced. They checked other areas as well to ensure there are no issues. The furnace is working fine now.

Couldn't get my furnace to run. Gregory fixed the problem. Had to work late and in the rain to do it. Super nice guy and gave me some tips to keep the inside of my furnace from getting build up on the motor and rust on the coils.

Service technician came to troubleshoot system for not operating. Technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. After checking system found a loose wire. The wire was a low voltage wire and once connected, system started. He did make sure both ac/heat were both performing correctly. There was no charge for his work.

Frank Huber repaired the cooling in our A/C. We’ve been without cold air for a couple days, and he made sure everything was in great working order today. He even went above and beyond by cleaning off the outdoor unit coils. Really appreciate his work!

Great job; prompt, courteous and ready to take care of the problem. Communicated what the problem was and quickly make the repair as well as a quick adjustment to the humidifier. Gregory Allen was our tech and would welcome him again if the need arises.

I needed my inducer motor replaced. This was discovered when the furnace would not come on

Frank Huber performed a winter tune up. He helped me fix the alerts in the thermostat. He also taught me how to put a new filter in so I can do it on my own. He was above and beyond helpful and kind and well mannered!

Airtron installed our heating system in our home summer of 2023 in the streamside community with Ryan homes. the system has already started to malfunction. it will not continue to run....they sent out a representative named Joe. he was clueless and had no answers. the issue has continued and we called and never received any call back and this was during the recent winter advisory. now we are left with having to flip bill because this didnt start occurring until two years after we moved in. would have been covered if it happened in year one. we are not the only ones to have issues in our streamside community in Batavia...stay away from these people . not to call back says all you need to know what the company business model is...

Their Technicians are always professional, courteous and friendly. Our Technician for our furnace tune up was Shamar Hargrove and he explained everything he was doing and left a thorough detail of everything he did and what services he would recommend if we had any problems.

This is the second time this year I have called them due to the furnace not working. The first time a relay was sticking and the tech tapped it with a screw driver to in stick it. He did not replace it even though it was under warranty. Had to call again today because of the furnace not working again. Could not get to me until tomorrow. I asked to talk to the manager. I explained to him about the relay that was sticking and asked why they did not replace it. His answer was the tech felt that it did not need to be report. So I explained that the company that manufactured the relay does not build them to stick and if they do that’s a faulty relay. The Manager still said it was up to the Tech. I will never use them again and neither should you.
