AmeriPro did an excellent job installing my new roof. I worked with Jeremy Bovat through the entire process, which he made very easy to understand and helped me with any questions I had. The materials were delivered on a Monday, and the roof was finished the following day. Excellent work; cannot recommend enough.

I would like to give a shout out to Karen who worked with me and my family my mother at the age of 88 and my dad 87 she helped us go through the stages of going through our insurance company allowing us to receive a brand new roof on our house She went above and beyond to help us get some things fixed through a Mary pro great shout out to her and the company. My mom passed away a month ago so we’re grateful that she was able to see the work being done on the house before she passed. Thanks to Karen.

AmeriPro was amazing start to finish! Karen Danenhauer was my main point of contact. I felt like I was always working with Family. She kept me informed and was always my advocate and advising me exactly what to do. Dealing with my insurance company was a nightmare. Karen never wanted to involve me in the mess, but kept it high level and always very professional. I am absolutely over the moon with how good my roof looks. Would highly recommend this company and especially Karen to anyone who needs Their services.

Mike stopped by my home and identified roof damage. He then met with the insurance adjuster to determine it was worth making a claim. After that Mike set everything up to be replaced and kept me in the loop the entire time.

Ameripro team performed a roof replacement in July of 2022. The crew performed the work in a timely fashion. However, the crew was informed that I would remove the satellite dish. They removed it but cutting the wires and demolishing the dish rendering it unusable. Fortunately the satellite dish company replaced for free. After the job was completed we were supposed to receive an inspection from Ameripro. This did not happen. No one showed. Lastly, I inspected the work performed and found that the roofing crew had damaged our 11' x 32' awning. It appears a crew member stepped out onto the aluminum awning causing it to collapse. Ameripro representative stated to get a quote and Ameripro would pay for repair. No worries right? Wrong. The awning panels are no longer made and the only fix is to replace the entire top of the awning at a cost of slightly under 10K. Ameripro stated they would make a warranty claim against their sub-contractor. Four months later, the sub-contractors insurance company drops the claim stating the insured did not provide the required documentation and thus the insurance company was done. The insurance company for the vendor said it was not a matter of liability but a matter of coverage. Yes, that right. Their sub-contractor was not insured and damaged my property. I signed a contract with Ameripro and Ameripro has not filed a claim onto their insurance company for the repair. Three months later, Ameripro no longer returns my calls or e-mails. Stay away from this company! The people doing the work are NOT employees of the company. They use subcontractors and are not vetted properly to ensure they are properly insured or for that matter licensed. It has been 9 months since the first damage claim and Ameripro has done nothing to resolve the issue. If you see them in your neighborhood don't give them the time of day.

I am a realtor and Jeremy Bovat helped us with 2 personal homes over the years. I refer all my clients to him because I know, like and trust him and the company he works with gets the job done right! The work was exceptional and price was fair. We were able to claim it with insurance due to damage. I'm so glad we called an expert. Thank you Jeremy for all that you have done.

The reason for my 5 Star rating is, they were excellent! Karen Danenhauer is the best. She always answered my phone calls or text on the same day. She told us step by step on the whole process. She pretty much took care of everything where it wasn't a headache for me. I would definitely recommend her and Ameripro to anyone needing work done on their home.

AmeriPro was great, Jeremy Bovat was awesome he kept in contact all through the process Jeremy was always available when I contacted him about a a question even when the roofers showed up Jeremy kept in contact.The whole process went smoothly AmeriPro is a great company and I would recommend them to everyone!

Keith Jackson (the Ameripro representative) was extremely helpful through the entire process. I was tentative about getting a roof replacement, but he guided me through the entire process and eased my concerns. The crew of workers who installed the new roof were incredible. I cannot believe they got the whole job done in one day. But not without a ton of hard work. They were great. I am glad I trusted Ameripro with my job.

Terrible company. Poor workmanship. Found the issue when i was redoing a bathroom. Wall and floor joist destroyed. They do not honor there warranties.
