What a great experience in every way. From the moment Steve showed up to inspect the roof until the day after installation when Bone Dry returned to make sure they had collected up all the nails and debris from the day before.

I would recommend Bone Dry to anyone considering any roofing activity. We used Bone Dry in the past for a skylight replacement and new flashing as we attempted to correct the issues created by using a cheaper roofing company.

When the roof began to leak again I contacted Steve and he came by and inspected the roof. Understanding the investment of a new roof Steve walked me through the existing issues and explained how it could be repaired if I chose not to do the entire roof.

In the end I decided to replace the entire roof. Steve came by again and sat with us and explained everything that would be done and the materials they would use. I was delighted but a bit skeptical when he said it would be done in one day...tear off, reroofed and reflashed. He walked us through what to expect the day of and simply asked us for a color choice and where to put the materials that would be delivered one day prior to install.

The day of installation arrived and bright and early James showed up taking "before " pictures. He introduced himself and set up a messaging group to update me on progress during the day.

A short time later the large crew showed up and got to work. Very professional, very efficient and very courteous. James proceeded to update me at each stage of the roof sending over 30 pictures along the way. By 6 PM they were done and the new roof looked stunning. Neighbors were amazed when they realized they left for work with one roof on our house and arrived home to another. Every spec of trash was collected and the made numerous passes with the magnet to make sure no nails were left behind.

Then unexpectedly the next day James showed up again to make more passes with the magnet and visually inspecting to make sure nothing was left.

What a great experience and I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Bone Dry was third company I tried for a roof repair. First one never communicated schedule changes or delays. The second keep trying to sell me a full roof instead of just the repair I wanted. Bone Dry
Joe from the sales office kept me informed , Pete the repair tech understood what I wanted and was clear in outlining the job. The work was timely, well done and the area cleaned up, first roof job where I wasn’t finding nails in my driveway after. I would use them again.

They did work on our roof, shed, and added attic insulation. The crew led by Josh was respectful of our property and very friendly. I am happy with the communication Josh provided and I would definitely use them again if I had roofing needs in the future

Called Bone Dry Roofing to look at our chimney due to a leak where previous roofer installed flashing incorrectly. John Strobel came out and inspected chimney and indicated top half would need to be rebuilt. John was great explaining what would need to be done (he is a wealth of knowledge) and went above and beyond finding stone to match the lower half of our chimney. Shawn and his crew Francisco and Fernando came out to do our chimney. From start to finish it was a great experience. Francisco laid the stone like an artist and Fernando never stopped. Shawn was great sending us photos of every stage of the repairs. When the job was completed Shawn asked if there was anything else they could have done to make our experience better. I told him I absolutely could not think of one thing. After they left they cleaned up so well you would have never known they were there. Their work and customer service are exceptional! In a couple weeks I am having them replace my roof. Refreshing to work with a company with such high values. I would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing!

I had some leaky gutters in the back of the house. Austin came out to take a look at the problem. He was very profesional, very honest and resolved the leaks on the spot. No sales pitch .He made recommendations that made a lot of sense and my experience with the company was very positive and would highly recommend them . Thanks Austin.

I couldn't be more pleased to give my highest recommendation to Bone Dry Roofing and the crew that replaced our sunroom roof. The company sent an excellent two-man roofing crew. They were skilled, hard working and very nice gentlemen. They work fast, did an excellent job and when they discovered that less work was needed than expected, the reduced the bill on their own. They worked so clean that when they were done, I wouldn't have known any work had been done. When you need a roof, call Bone Dry first!

We have had bone dry roofing out to our home for two separate projects. They will come out and assess a problem for no charge. They are very detailed in their work and they take pictures and videos to show you exactly what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. I feel like it is very fairly charged and the workers work hard and fast. The workers are super respectful and you do not have to be home for them to complete their project. I will use this company again and again.

We’ve had a great service with this company before and decided to use them again for this reason. They showed on time, the tech was professional, courteous and cleaned up as all materials. He also inspected roof and did a tune-up on all discrepancies. Overall great experience and value for the job performed.

Bone Dry did a thorough inspection and gave me a quote. Then they ordered the parts and informed me throughout the process. They scheduled the re-roof event and arrived on time. The roof was replaced before noon. They did a fantastic job. My wife and I are very happy.

Not verry bone dry.(leaking completely around the chimney). Dont know who they brought out to do such poor work. Its probably been leaking all winter but i didnt see it till the recent down pour of rain. Oh, i know the same people who had to come back before because they cant seal around sunlights either. And its going to be week of straight rain with rain pouring in every day they cant show up. 0/10.

Austin with Bone Dry in Cincinnati came to my home and assessed/repaired a loose gutter. Service was extremely prompt and he was very easy to work with. He also provided me with a couple of different quote variations for full gutter replacement at my request. Pricing was very reasonable. Will recommend to friends and family.

Bone Dry is the best roofing, gutters and siding company in the Midwest. I shopped around and I could not find a company worthy enough for the job. In 2022, Bone Dry Roofing replaced my roof, including some water-damaged wood and a couple of previously incorrectly installed areas that had caused indoor leakage. Videos showing the damage and suggested repairs were incredibly helpful. Last week, they replaced gutters on the front of my home. Both times, work was done professionally, on time, and within budget. Very happy with all their work! They are communicative throughout the process and do professional work. Highly recommend!

Bone Dry Roofing performed 2 chimney tear-downs for 2 dormant chimneys on my property, and they also fixed the masonry and added a new chimney cap on the 1 active chimney. The team/work was very professional, timely, and priced fair. Any of the team members were happy to answer any questions I had and they were all knowledgeable. I would 100% use Bone Dry Roofing again for any masonry needs, and would consider for other roofing needs as well.

Mixed feelings with this review. We called to get our gutters replaced along with the gutter boards and soffit. When they came to inspect they did a thorough job and went through what they would do in good detail. I tried to confirm multiple times that certain parts for soffit were included in the quote and thought was on same page. Had to take off work 4 days as first day they cancelled on me morning of. Then next time they didn't show up until 5pm after I already took day so they had to come back next morning to finish. Then, it appeared some of the areas I thought they were going to replace boards they didn't so they had to go back and replace.

In the end, it looks really nice and they did a great job installing. The communication just wasn't great and ended up raising my bill $1800. If communication was more clear would have saved my time/money and would recommend again for the quality of work they do. But was a little hard to get there.

Bone Dry Roofing reapired my garage’s gutters that were in bad shape. They came out and finished the work in half a day and looks so much better. I will call them again if I need any further roofing repairs!

In cooperation with their suppliers, Bone Dry installed a roof for my wife and I at no charge on Veterans Day 2025 due to my service. Their team is top notch and they advised on their status the whole time. Cleanup was great too, haven't found a nail yet. I cant recommend any other due to my good experiences and the fact they engage with local communities in this way. My wife and are very happy with our new roof and have a piece of mind knowing latest designs such as drip edges were employed to minimize water getting through to our attic.
