Brayant's Tree Service trimmed my trees, cleaned up bushes, and cleared unwanted brush from my property in Gahanna. The estimate gave me some choices, it was all said and done in a week, all the tree guys were professional and friendly. They took extra time to make sure they did what I wanted. Excellent company!

I would love to give this place a good review. Unfortunately I called for a quote and while the young woman I spoke to was very pleasant no one ever showed up. A little over a week later I did get a text from Matt asking if I still wanted a quote. I indicated that I did but I never heard from him again. I wish I could give a not applicable review instead of one star. They don't seem to be too enthusiastic about getting new business.

Awesome tree service! We had a tree fall on our detached garage do to a wind storm and Matt and his team showed up .. I mean showed up with a crane, mulcher, stump grinder... the works. We called 3 tree companies and Matt called back right away..within hours of me calling him..and within a day .. completed.. Matt and his team take pride in the removal of the tree and had a plan in place.. very impressed... I would highly recommend... Thank you!

Matt was great to work with. He removed two small trees, and grinded the stumps. The price was great compared to other companies . They were quick and efficient. Awesome experience.

Being a Westerville resident I wanted to give a Westerville based company business. Upon Matt Bryant’s arrival for my estimate for stump removal he told me that this type of service was not his money maker and could not get to the job for two weeks. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve reached out twice and haven’t heard back.

Their team did a GREAT job. Had a 40 ft Silver Maple removed along with the stump. They were very meticulous got every root and left the yard very clean. They were quick and the individuals were very polite and respectful. I highly recommend and will use them again.

Matt spent all day at our property clearing brush and trees. Some of trees were not easy and he had to cut a dead Elm off of a nice Bur Oak. Excellent trim work. He also has a machine that goes on the front of of a skid steer loader that mulches up brush and trees. He also took a huge tree trunk off our property which was also not easy. He did more than expected and I am going to have him come out again.

Called Friday, June 14th to get a quote for stump grinding. Was given a number to text photos and contact information and was told I would get a quote shortly. Saturday I texted as I had not received a quote and was still waiting on one. No word from this business Monday or Tuesday, June 17&18. Very disappointed in this lack of response. Have since received three quotes and have scheduled with a different company. Contact at your own risk…

Matt did a wonderful job with the tree removal for our new home construction. I highly recommend him for being prompt, being very communicative and doing what he says he will do. I’m sure I’ll use him again in the future.

We had several stumps that needed to be removed, a tree removed that was growing over the road (315), and a very large brush pile that needed to be taken away. Matt & his crew did a great job & left our yard clean. We'll have other landscape jobs in the future & we'll definitely call these guys!

Called and left message to see about getting a quote to have some trees removed. A woman called back and told me that someone would be out the following Tuesday. No time was given and was just told it could be anytime. Tuesday comes and no one shows up. I call the office and a man picks up and proceeds to tell me that he has no record of it. This is the second time I’ve tried to get a quote from this company. The first time they never called me back.

Not true at all. The woman asked me if I would like to have someone come out in the morning or afternoon on Tuesday and I said it didn’t matter. She asked me if I needed someone out right away since I had another project going on. I said no. She then said someone would call me to let me know when on their way. Take responsibility for your screw up and stop trying to blame the customer.

I strongly recommend Bryant's Tree Service. The large majority of reviewers give them five stars. My experience is consistent with their reviews.

Matt and his crew did an excellent job trimming the very large trees on my property. I was especially impressed by how well they cleaned everything up-I was expecting to have a mess to deal with but they took care of all the small branches and leaves. I would absolutely use their services again.

Matt came out within a couple hours of my first call and gave me an estimate before he left. He took the time to break out the estimate the way I asked. They came out to do the work a week after I signed the estimate, completed the work the same day and did a great job. Reasonably priced and gave me a break on some extra brush removal. Will use them again and refer to family and friends.

We have three river berch trees. They were getting way out of hand. They were getting on roof and hanging over our awnings. Matt and his worker were very careful trimming and cutting off huge branches . In the past we have had two other tree services doing the trimming and was very unhappy with their work. In doing research on Matt Bryant's service I like the website. I also like that he included pictures. My husband and I were very happy with the job. In fact the berch trees looked so much better. Matt and his worker did a wonderful job with the trees and clean up. I have already recommended his services. Thank you for the good work!

We called on a Saturday about a large tree that was falling near our front walkway. Ashley was so helpful and the next morning they were able to come out and remove the tree safely. We really appreciate the effort Bryant’s Tree Service put in to fit us in last minute. They did an excellent job all around.

I was in a pretty crazy situation with one of my trees. Contacted Bryant's tree service and the response was amazing. Very professional quick turnaround. Really words cant explain my gratitude. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. John came by and took care of the tree for me and could not be more grateful. Very professional and super awesome guy. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Bryant’s Tree Service. I had a situation where a tree fell on a nearby utility line. It was a tough situation, and I needed help quickly. Within an hour, Bryant’s were in my driveway, and took care of everything.

Now, this incredible service took place on a Sunday (nobody else would even call me back!). The price they charged was VERY reasonabIe - I was more than pleased. I won’t be calling any other company in my future, Bryant’s Tree service will be my go-to. Fair prices, honest company, very skilled, and super responsive. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service! They were timely, considerate, and as efficient as anyone could ask for. The project manager was kind, easy to work with, and did everything he could to accommodate any requests. I would highly recommend using them. They were very responsive, very professional and very nice. They even came on a Sunday to ensure a tree that had fallen wouldn’t cause damage to my house. I would definitely use them again.
