They're friendly and do a great job. Unlike other cleaning business I've tried, I get the impression they really are a family owned business and treat each other and their customers with respect.

The best experience in my entire life with this company. Very kind and honest people. Very hardworking and prestative. I called them in regards a cleaning and I was in sort of a hurry to have the services done, and Brazilian Cleaning was able to come and give me an estimate in the same day I called and clean the house in the next day. I was very impressed and pleased with the thorough job they performed. I will surely recomend Brazilian Cleaning to all my friends and whoever askes me about cleaning.

I've been using Brazilian Cleaning Solutions for several years now. They are fast, thorough, and trustworthy. I've recommended them to several friends and coworkers who all love them as well!

My rating would be 3.5 but since you cannot do half I will round up to 4.

The company comes out and gives you a cost before they even do the work which is nice, no surprises in the end. They came out and quoted over $500 for a deep clean on a 2 story, over 2000 square foot house. We did ask for inside and outside of appliances, window ledges and "anything white" so thought the price was decent.

4 team members came out and were done within 3.5 hours. One woman stayed in the kitchen the entire time, the kitchen sparkled. The inside of the oven looks brand new. The rest started upstairs and did a great job, they moved furniture, cleaned under, around, over, window ledges, base boards, etc.

By the time they got downstairs I felt they were a little rushed and some things got missed. One of the outputs was still covered in dust, half of the ledges in our screened in sunroom were missed (which is one of the things I had asked specifically for), and some little things upstairs - a bathroom ledge still covered in soap marks, a couple of doors that needed wiped down. The inside of the fridge was also not done, when inquired later they stated that they don't do that unless emptied. I would have emptied it has I known.

All in all I was pleased. I would give them 3.5 stars because I had to go behind them and do about an hour worth of work, I don't mind doing some but I feel like that's a bit much. I should have looked more closely before they left, they asked us to take a look around so partly my fault! But I would use them again.

I received the name of this company from a coworker. I didn’t know if I’d like someone else cleaning my house, but I love the work they do! From top to bottom, my house looks very clean and smells fresh every time they come. They dust my blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans; mop floors; dust; sweep; and so much more! I love knowing I will have my house very clean after they’ve visited!

Used the company for a deep clean when I first moved into my new house. They did a great job and after having two kids it became necessary to have some help cleaning. A crew of four came in and cleaned a 4500 sqf house in an hour and a half. Super kid friendly crew and thorough cleaning job. I was so impressed with the great job, they are coming back bi-weekly.

BCS has been cleaning my home for over 11 years now, twice a month. They are thorough, fast and professional. They came this week and I noticed they cleaned out my window sills where some dirt and dead bugs had accumulated over the summer. That prompted me to write this review - they are a very reliable company. I really appreciate them.

Damaged my wall. Took a chip out of dry wall. Sprayed bleach on my daughter’s brand new sheets. After being made aware of several times( translated) we had 2 cats and that one if they kept opening front door would escape. Only to find my front door wide open. Appeared to use same rags. My kitchen granite felt grimy with hair particles all over them. Every time I asked a question every worker looked at me, with no understanding. Had to have goggle translate. Attempted to Contact service while cleaners were out here received no response. We used them for a deep cleaning initially that’s when damage occurred, gave them benefit of doubt so signed up for biweekly cleaning. Luckily our cats did not escape but definitely wouldn’t recommend this cleaning service.

After a recommendation from a friend, I have been using Brazilian Cleaning Solutions for the past 3 months and it has been such an amazing experience! I always hesitated to hire a cleaner, because I was raised thinking we should clean our own homes, but when the demands of work increased, I was not able to keep up with the house. They came and provided a deep clean, then subsequent monthly cleaning, and it's such a joy to come back from a long day of work to a clean home! They are punctual, professional, and very detail- oriented. I trust them in my home. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality cleaning!

We have used Brazilian Maids for a few years now and they have done an outstanding job with our home. Just recently we had some extensive remodeling done to our home due to water damage, they came in and did deep cleaning to get rid of all the dust, dirt and everything in between. The house looks and smells so fresh now. I would recommend them to anyone who needs house cleaning done.

I used Brazilian Cleaning Solutions for a move out clean for a house I’m about to put on the market. The amount of grime in that house once the movers got everything out was embarrassing. They did a top notch job though and everything was sparkling, ready for real estate pics and move in ready when they were done. Would definitely hire them again.

We just hired this company for our weekly cleaning needs. They showed up for a quote and started cleaning the next week. They have been great so far! Affordable prices and easy to get ahold of! We were impressed with the job they performed this week. I’m an OCD cleaner who usually cleans the house 2-3 times a week, so having them come every week has been super helpful for us. We’re excited to continue to use this company for our cleaning needs. Would recommend them to any of my friends or family! You should try them out too!

The deep cleaning was unsatisfactory. They moved all furniture and household stuff and left everything disorganized , not in their original location. The floors looked messy and sticky (from their cleaning products). Quite overpriced. I would not recommend.

We have been with Brazilian Cleaning Solutions for 3 years and they have made life so much easier! They come every two weeks. They let us know a week ahead what time they will be here. They bring a whole crew so the cleaning is done throughly and efficiently. The staff are friendly and hardworking and the communication is excellent. I can't imagine life without them.

Have been using them for over a year for regular cleaning. They always go above & beyond folding blankets & organizing clutter. Excellent service.

Wife wanted new home cleaned after seller who for the most part kept the house clean, moved out. I believe the seller may have used a cleaning company to do light cleaning after they moved out so not much to do in terms of visible dirt cleaning. My wife was told the Brazilian cleaners would clean light fixtures, baseboards, sinks, shower tubs, cabinet drawers, fans etc. long story short, they white wash the whole house and left this strong, cheap chemical smell that stunk up the whole house. The pantry, fans, tubs, light fixtures, cabinet drawers were never cleaned. We were told 4-6 hours of cleaning time was required, but they were “done” in 3, and NOTHING was cleaned. Because the house “looks” clean already, they only mopped and vacuumed the carpet (even though we ask carpet not to be vacuumed since we were removing the carpets anyway. The Brazilian cleaning solutions crew doesn’t speak English and communication was really difficult. Their office manager however offered to make it right and have them return to complete cleaning as desired but they only get one chance with us, and should have done it right the first time. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE USING BRAZILLIAN CLEANING SOLUTIONS in the future and WILL NOT recommend them to our friends and family.

As a self-proclaimed neat freak who cleans my own home three times a week, my standards are exceptionally high and rarely met by outside services. However, after they finished with my 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, I was left speechless. I didn’t think it was possible for my house to get much cleaner than I already keep it, but they proved that there is a level of "clean" I hadn't even imagined.

The transformation began the moment I stepped into the foyer and moved through the adjoining hallways. Every inch of the baseboards and walls was scrubbed to perfection, making the transit areas of the home feel bright and expansive. They moved into the living room, den, and dining room with incredible focus, ensuring that every surface was polished and every corner was free of even a hint of dust. The windows are now so crystal clear they’re practically invisible, and the flooring throughout these main living areas has a mirror-like finish.

The kitchen is perhaps the most impressive feat of all. For someone who cleans as often as I do, I’m used to a tidy kitchen, but Nayeli and Mairobel made it "sterling." Every appliance, counter, and crevice was handled with such care that the entire room literally sparkles.
