Cottage Care is the best! If you are looking for a reliable, personable service with attention to detail you have found the right place. I was on bedrest for pregnancy and Alexis helped make it bearable by keeping the house spotless when I was unable. She also has no issues working while my crazy dogs are in the house. She's in fact charmed them so completely that I can leave them out when she is here. When she is done with our house I am always really pleased. Alexis manages to clean the things I always try to get to and never have time. And she makes them shine!!
I also really enjoy working with the manager Natasha. She is always able to work me in and accommodate my crazy schedule. It's great to work with someone who obviously cares about what she does.
Timely and prompt, polite, through and trustworthy. This is why I love and will continue to use Cottage Care.

As I mentioned 2 years ago, I first hired Cottage Care over 20 years ago when I saw an ad they were running in a local newspaper. I"m a pretty clean person, but I wanted someone to come "touch up" my condo once every 3 weeks or so just to keep it up to par.

Honestly, over the 22 year period, I have been extremely pleased (what's stronger than "extremely"?). Both the management staff and the cleaners who have come to my house treated it--and me--with TLC and they do a great job! I always enjoy coming back home after the cleaner has been there to step in to a nice, clean house!

The management regularly checks in with me to see if I'm satisfied, and occasionally, when a cleaner calls in sick or some other emergency happens, they do whatever they can to reschedule me at a time that works for me. When I need to reschedule, they always accommodate me as well. And I appreciate getting that phone call the day before to remind me of my appointment.

I've enjoyed getting to know many of my house cleaners over the years. I respect them for their hard work, and in return, I feel respected as well. I give the cleaner a house key to lock up by him/herself, and I've always found the people trustworthy--they drop the key into my mailbox when they're finished. My latest cleaner, Becky, is ideal.

It's nice to know that I have an ongoing relationship with Cottage Care. It's one thing I've been able to count on consistently over the years.

We use Cottage Care bi-weekly for our house cleaning and have been extremely happy with the the level of service we receive. Candi, our regular cleaner, is always on time and does a fabulous job! Plus, she is super professional and friendly & sweet too. She doesn’t mind the fact that our big Labrador Retriever follows her around the house while she cleans….and that there is dog hair everywhere every time she comes. I highly recommend Candi and Cottage Care.

I booked cottage care to come out and clean my first floor. Misty came right on time. She did an excellent job! She got my stove top cleaner than I have been able to get it! She did a great job dusting all my furniture. The wood seems cleaner and shinier. I was very pleased.

Karen is the best! She always does a great job and never complains when she is "supervised" by our English Bulldogs.

This is my fourth time using Cottage Care. My specialist, Charlei, was on time, very professional, quite personable, and did an amazingly thorough job of cleaning every part of my home that I requested. My home looks brand new and I have Cottage Care to thank for the EXCELLENT job!! Thanks Cottage Care!!

Dante does a great job cleaning our home! We love having him out every two weeks.

Cottage Care is easy to schedule with and always flexible.

We have been with Cottage Care for almost a year now and love their staff so much, but today I want to especially call out Misty. When Misty comes to my door every other Thursday, I know everything is going to look great when she leaves. She is thorough, professional, fast, friendly and always responsive when I need a little more attention here or there.

I was impressed with Becky’s attention to detail & her thoroughness. She was conscientious & personable. She left our house in much better shape…pictures of our stairway…where she removed ugly stain on the side of the woodwork. Hope the before & after pictures show the improvement.💕

They were on time, courtesy, friendly, and provided an excellent level of cleaning. I felt comfortable with them in my home, caring for my family's living space. This is a great company. They are flexible in scheduling, careful with your stuff, and very thoughtful to work with. Dante and Kaitlyn are really exceptional.

Christina and Brittany did a great job with my first house cleaning with CottageCare. They came on time and were super friendly and hard working. Their attention to detail was definitely appreciated. They made sure I was satisfied with everything they did before they left but they didn't miss a spot!

Becky and Teagan were friendly, kind and did an incredible job on cleaning our home. We have cottage care come once a month to help reset the house and it’s become something that we can’t live without! I have been using Cottage Care monthly for nearly a year. Each employee who has come to my home has been prompt. courteous. and effective when it has come to cleaning the areas in which I have requested. Yet today. when Christina came to my home. she went above and beyond in thoroughly cleaning extra areas past employers haven't done. In addition. Christina made my condo shine and smell so smazing that it was like walkong onto a brand new home (not the 17 year old home I live in)!! Thank you very much Cottage Care! Cottage Care has been cleaning for us for three years and they do a great job, honest and reliable. Becky is well loved by our dogs and adds the personal touch to the boys' rooms that they enjoy very much. Of course, thanks to her, when she's done, you wouldn't know that there were kids and dogs in the house, it's so clean. Natasha, the manager always checks in before every cleaning to make sure that we are satisfied.
Me again, Crystal took over for Becky since late 2019 and has not missed a beat. She keeps the house just as clean and sparkling and always has a great attitude. Always amazed with howgood the place looks when she’s done. She is so cheery and double checks what I want done before and after when I’m home.
Cottage cleaners is the best!

This is my first time hiring cleaners and Misty and Joe did not disappoint! I don’t even know where to begin that’s how great they were. They were thorough and detailed in every single thing they touched. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond my expectation's. Bonus - they were super professional, very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I am very impressed, so much so, I will be having them come back monthly. I high recommend!

We've been using Cottage Care for a few months now, and we've been loving the service so far! It's a huge weight off our shoulders to have a scheduled monthly cleaning on the books to keep our house in check. All the staff has been wonderful and very flexible to work around our needs, and if any issues do come up they have been very generous in making up for anything that could have been better. Everyone is so kind and professional, and shoutout to Nia for our last cleaning! She was an absolute joy to talk to and did an amazing job throughout the whole house.
