I had a bad experience with them

Great people Highly recommend!

They did not take care of my office and banged the walls causing me to need to repaint. Also they stole items from our office. When I reported this, they were very unprofessional and unapologetic.

Great franchise and great management

Great presentation only thing I did not like is the GM asking for our full name and email addresses instead of having us write it down and giving it to him. I did just that, but he still blasted my email for all to hear..lol...

Mrs Carol is easy going and works hard for her franchisee . Always willing to help with any matter, and in finding opportunities to thrive ..

Candi usually does our cleaning, and Misty filled in for her today. Both are great. They are very friendly and do an amazing job cleaning our house. We would highly recommend them and Cottage Care.

Candy cane to my apartment on time and fully prepared for a deep clean as my place badly needed it! I'm so pleased with her work. She was super sweet and did a thorough job - my place hasn't been this spotless in quite some time. She'll be coming every month now :) Also the price is such a deal for the quality of service. Cottage Care has been taking care of cleaning our small business building for several years. All of the cleaners they have sent have been nice and do a good job. Becky is our usual cleaner and we love to see her. She has become a friend and a part of our team. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

I have been using Cottage Care for several years. I appreciate the professional and excellent service. Becky is great and does a very thorough cleaning. I also like the day-before reminders that they are coming and they are usually on time. If running late, I get a phone call, which is nice. I can highly recommend Cottage Care for your house cleaning needs.

I was very pleased with our first cleaning from Cottage Care. Morgan and Megan were professional and friendly and I could tell that they take pride in their work. They showed up on time and were thoughtful in the work they were doing, even saving some of the vaccuuming until the end since my daughter was napping.

Nia and Misty were very professional and personable. They did a fantastic job and were very thorough. We had another cleaning company come previously and the previous company did no where near as good of a job and charged much more. Would love to use Cottage Care again!

We had a moving related cleaning of the whole house. They were easy to reschedule. We were not happy with the cleaning when the first two girls came as they left few things. After a call to the manager they scheduled Misty who came the very next day and spend considerable amount of time cleaning the blinds, oven and the laundry room. We were happy with her services. I just wish that the first day cleaning would have been as good so we didn’t have to complain about it.

We just finished our first clean with Cottage Care and they’ve definitely earned a customer! Nia helped out today and did a fantastic job, was thorough, quick and most importantly super personable and professional.
