We've been customers for four years now, and we have just been so delighted with the entire RWC team. Talia and the office team always make sure that things are running smoothly, that I know when a cleaning is scheduled, and what we're going to do for holidays. There's never a surprise, and that's great for my schedule!

Melanie has been our housekeeper for all four years, and she's amazing. She's great with Odin-the-Bernedoodle, meticulous in her work, and always pays attention to the details that matter. Folks like Nicholas are always around to step in when she's on vacation or otherwise unavailable, and it's seamless.

Melanie, and the whole RWC team, make our lives easier, with no muss, no fuss, and no headaches!

Josie has consistently been cleaning my home for almost two years. She does a wonderful job!!!! She is very reliable and is very personable. I highly recommend her!! Thank you, Josie, for all of your hard work and dedication. I appreciate you so much.

Real World Cleaning did a decent job, but it wasn't as thorough as I expected, and I had to point out several items that were missed (light switch face plates, the outside of the bathtub, blinds to be dusted, baseboards in the den, toilet bowl in the downstairs bathroom, etc.). The ladies fixed several of these items, but they left a few of them undone. It also sounds like there was a misunderstanding about which cleaning I ordered. I requested a move-in clean so that the cabinet interiors would be included, but the office thought I ordered a deluxe clean. They did end up wiping the cabinet interiors, but at least one cabinet was still pretty sticky on the inside, and there was still food residue on the edges of the drawers.

The Westerville location is the office serving our area, and our cleaner, Jacen, is absolutely great and always does a fantastic job.

I am very happy with their service. The first team performed average at best. I sent a review to the company and another crew was sent out the next business day. Their work was very professional, and the cleaners are very polite. I look forward to having them come back every 2 weeks.

I really really appreciate Jody, Trinity and Heather! They were very thorough when cleaning and they also have amazing personalities! I've known Jody the longest and I love the fact that she is a "clean freak" as I call her. She was actually able to teach me something today about cleaning my stove top that I will use in the future. Jasmin and Dimitra cleaned my apartment thoroughly for their first time to be here. They were very friendly and helpful and I am happy to report a desire to establish a 2 week schedule for their return. They work very well as a team and my home sparkled when they left. Samantha and Trinity did an amazing job! We were so surprised with little details we didn't even know were issues before with our previous company. You went above and beyond my expectations, its so much easier to come home and parent these boys when my house is functional again! So glad we made the switch!

The company is easy to work with, and are very responsive to messages. In particular I would like to give Shawn a shout out... This man has an amazing attention to detail. I was incredibly impressed by the level of cleanliness, and cannot express enough how lovely it is to find someone who cleans my home as if it were their own. I asked the company to assign Shawn to my home as often as possible!

Excellent service, everything was so clean I didn't want to touch anything and mess it up! Everything looked great and care was obviously taken with my decor and everything too. I double-checked all the little details from the cleanliness of my vent hood to the fingerprint-areas on the doors to the kickplates in the kitchen and every detail was covered. (She even dug up several missing cat toys!) Lauren was efficient and polite and did her work while leaving us to our own business so there was actually minimal interruption to our day as well. I'm very impressed!

I just have to take a moment to rave about the incredible job my cleaner did today. I’ve had my house professionally cleaned before, but this was next level. She absolutely crushed it. Every room looks spotless, smells amazing, and somehow feels lighter and fresher.

She didn’t just hit the obvious spots. She got into every nook and cranny, tackled things I didn’t even realize needed attention, and left my home looking better than it has in a long time. On top of that, she was super friendly, professional, and clearly takes a lot of pride in her work.

I’m beyond impressed and so grateful. I’ll definitely be booking again. If you’re looking for a cleaning service that actually cares and does an outstanding job, this is the one. Highly, highly recommend!
