I am blown away at the impact K&T made on our home! Our house is over 100 years old and we have a mix of new and storm windows. Khris did an amazing job on all of them. He cleaned about 15 windows and 3 doors. I couldn't believe how much brighter the interior of the house looked when he was done! I was so happy with his service that I asked for a bunch of his business cards so we could hand them out during a neighborhood historical tour our home was in that weekend. We had over 300 people in our house that weekend and a lot of them took his card because they were so impressed with the job he did.

I tried to clean our windows myself last year; I couldn't get to the screens, and I couldn't clean the outside of the storm windows, yet it still took me several hours AND I wasn't happy with the end result. K&T's price was so reasonable, especially considering all the hassle he saved us. We would highly recommend!

K&T Window Cleaning have been cleaning my windows, gutters and blinds for the past several years. They are always professional and do an excellent job at a reasonable price. I have also utilized their house power washing service which yielded excellent results. When you hire a service provider to come in to your home values are important, Khris and Tracy are trustworthy Christians. I have recommended them to several of my close friends and all have been very satisfied.

Marshall did a wonderful job and was polite, friendly, and professional. He cleaned our gutters and installed gutter guards so we won’t have to worry about that hassle ever again! K&T has a great system of text/email and an app that shows a pic of the technician who will be coming to perform the service. I was kept updated of the appointment, when Marshall was on the way, and that the job was completed (payment and receipt was handled electronically also!) Oh - and I felt the cost was a good deal also! We’ll be using K&T again for other services they provide. Great experience! Thanks!

We just bought this house a six months ago and we don’t believe that these windows have ever been cleaned, they were terrible! What I huge difference now that K&T Window Cleaning has done their magic!!! You can’t even tell there are screens in them. We are very impressed and happy to support local businesses in our community! Won’t hesitate to have this done every year, what took them an hour would have taken us a whole day.

we found one of our sunroom screens sitting against the outside of the house.
when my husband tried to install it didn't fit. They installed wrong screen in another window. When I called about this I told Matt would return to fix the situation. Never heard from him.
Also, papers for wiping windows were left and not picked up and some trash was left outside where truck had been parked.
Also, came one hour early which was not a problem for me but would be good customer service to call client to ask permission to start job early.

The entire process was seamless from booking the appointment to the day of service. They introduced themselves and explained one would work outside and the other inside. He started with my office so he would not disturb my conference call. Once the screens were removed he showed me 2 with damage. He recommended not cleaning these until repaired to prevent additional damage. He also showed me what I thought was dirt was actually condensation due to broken seals. He took time to explain the impact and possible avenues for remediation. In the end, my windows and screens looked great! I highly recommend K &T Window Washing

K&T Windows did a great job cleaning my windows. They took their time. The team was incredibly professional, hardworking and friendly. Truly made difference and didn't complain about the hard work involved in an older home's windows. We've had other professional window cleaning companies and K & T were clearly better.

K&T Window pressure washed my home, patio, and cleaned my windows today and they did a fantastic job. Scheduling and quoting of the job was quick and easy. They were very honest when they knew doing my gutters was not going to get the results they would like to see. They suggested I not do it and they took it off the quote. They could have very easily just did it and took the additional payment, but I appreciate the integrity of doing what is best for the customer and future business. I would recommend them for all your pressure washing needs.

We were absolutely thrilled with K&T. It was amazingly easy to schedule our appointment, we were notified when they were on their way and they arrived on time. All employees were pleasant and extremely neat and efficient. And, most importantly, our windows look amazing! I highly recommend hiring them and quite honestly, this is only the second recommendation I have ever made, so I was truly impressed!

We've used K&T for window cleaning twice and we added a whole home power wash the second time. They do a fine job in terms of what they actually clean, but they missed an area of the house and hassled us about whether they had done so even after we provided pics. They eventually came back out to do the area and still somehow still missed a small patch but luckily we caught it.

The real problem came with the window cleaning. We paid for exterior and interior cleaning, and the crew had to remove the screens. The windows looked great but a few days later, a storm came through and the wind ripped out a screen that hadn't been properly re-secured, causing damage to the window frame. We contacted K&T and the (new) owner came out to look at it. He kept saying over and over that he couldn't see how it could have happened despite the obvious damage, even after we showed him that the screen could be put back in with the lock not fully engaged. He promised to speak with a window repair place and get back to us but he never did.

There were also scheduling issues that I won't get into. Bottom line, I would not use this business again. It is under new ownership and service levels have noticeably declined.

I purchased a Deluxe window wash, which was supposed to include cleaning sills, tracks, and "scrubbing" screens. Unfortunately, the screens were not scrubbed, and barely touched. Same with the sills and tracks. I pointed it out to one of the guys, and he said it was not possible to get that dirt. After they left, I cleaned all 27 sills, tracks, and screens. It was possible. See pic of one window and dirt I cleaned from it.
I sent an email asking for a call back - nothing. I called 3 times over 3 weeks and left messages - nothing. I submitted a call request online - nothing. I even went to the address on the website. They are no longer there. I simply wanted the courtesy of a call and refunded the difference between a Basic Wash (which I did get) and a Deluxe Wash (which I didn't get). Live and learn. :/

K & T Window Cleaning will definitely get my business again! Don't let their name fool you, they powerwash SIDING too (as in my case). I was LONG overdue to get this done. I just kept putting it of because I couldn't find a business I wanted to work with. Finally, I just started Googling and found K&T. Let's start with booking our appointment. It was SO easy! I booked online, selected the service I wanted (they had alot of selections on services and levels of service, WITH pricing!) and the dates and times. The time/date slot I selected was ultimately not available, but I got a super fast text back from K & T to get my appointment rescheduled. Day of service: I got texts telling me the status of our technician (Marshall's) arrival and when he arrived, he was great! He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our siding was cleaned to our satisfaction. He walked us through the process, told us how long it would take, completed the job and my siding looks amazing! What a difference! It looks like a new house!
