Scheduled a Move-Out clean for Wednesday September 24th. Our cleaner, Daysia, arrived at 12:32 PM.

We were supposed to get a 30 minute advance notice on when they would be arriving, we got a 1 minute notice via text. Thankfully, I had called the office the day prior to request a 2 hour time frame of arrival, so I was at the house cleaning out our garden, waiting. She stated another cleaner was on their way and would be arriving soon. I let her into the house, she asked if I wanted to give her a tour, which we did. She said she was going to bring her supplies in while she waited on the other cleaner. She set them in the living room. I told her I would be out back working on the garden if she needed anything. I saw her a few times outside the house standing in the driveway on her phone. I had to go into the house a few times to grab items I needed for the garden deconstruction.

After 20 minutes or so, I went into the house to cool down, Daysia was sitting in her car. I assumed she was waiting for the other cleaner to arrive before getting started. I went around the house taking video for our rental company. Then I receive a call from the Real World Cleaning office stating that Daysia had started cleaning the bathroom, opened the cabinet under the sink, and a mouse had run out. We lived in that house for 3.5 years, had been working on moving out for the past 6 weeks, and had not ONCE seen a mouse or any signs of droppings, damage, etc. Of course, I was not in the house while this supposed incident occurred, Daysia was the only one there. The woman on the phone said Daysia is terrified of mice, and was scared to come back in to get her supplies. When I got off of the phone, she had come in to get her supplies, which were exactly where she had left them when she brought them in. She came in, rambled the same story the woman on the phone had relayed, while adding that she was using the high duster in the bathroom, opened the cabinet, mouse ran out, etc. If she was so terrified of mice, how did her high duster end up exactly where it was when she brought in her supplies? Wouldn't she have ran out with it or dropped it? She wouldn't have neatly placed it exactly where it was earlier before running out in "fear". I sincerely believe that she lied about the experience, but they're going to take her word. The other cleaner never showed up. Service was canceled per their pest/infestation policy before anything had even been started. And, they're keeping my $100 deposit. The woman on the phone said that they could come back to clean after we get an exterminator out to take care of our invisible mouse problem. What a joke.

I'm disabled and ended up having to spend money on supplies and 3.5 hours of the afternoon cleaning the house myself. I'm bed ridden today from the pain. I believe that either the other cleaner wasn't going to show up and Daysia knew this but didn't relay it, or that we were discriminated against because of the location of the house in North Linden. We had trash outside on the curb for 311 to pick up, not the best look, but moving out is messy.

Attached is my walkthrough video I was taking right before the office called me at 1:07 PM. Video has a 1:06 timestamp. Note the high duster that she claimed she was using in the bathroom, sat on her supplies, just as she had brought them in originally.

We've been thrilled with Real World Cleaning Services. Our cleaner, Jessica Martinez is truly fantastic. She's kind, attentive to detail and truly listened to our goals for the cleaning service. I am completely comfortable leaving her alone in our home and trusting her to do a great job, which she always does. I would recommend Real World and Jessica to anybody looking for these services.

Very nice. They showed up on time, I showed them what needed to be done, and they worked hard the entire time. They really focused on getting up a lot of the dust. We’re definitely happy with the experience and glad to have a new cleaning company.

I recently had a mixed experience with this service, but I’m glad to say that they turned things around impressively. Our first visit was below average; several tasks were overlooked, and the young ladies seemed quite awkward, barely communicating with us while they chatted softly amongst themselves and giggled. However, when I reached out with photos of the missed issues, the office was very responsive and offered to send someone back to address our concerns.

Today, we had a deluxe clean, and I was honestly nervous given our previous experience. I’m thrilled to report that it went exceptionally well! The house smelled clean, which was a huge improvement since last time there was no scent at all. The beds were made nicely with the pillows arranged perfectly, and the kitchen sparkled! They even dusted the shelves and added a cute little design with the toilet paper.

A highlight was the walk-through they offered at the end to ensure we were satisfied. Melissa and Tiffany truly went above and beyond! They were not only professional but also incredibly kind to our special needs child, engaging with her and allowing her to give them hugs. They introduced themselves warmly and showcased great personalities.

Overall, I feel like they knocked it out of the park this time, and I'm grateful for their willingness to correct past issues. I would recommend giving them a try!

The staff today was phenomenal. They did a great job. They were very personable, punctual and gave the perception that they cared about their jobs. I cannot stress the point that customer service is still valuable and much appreciated in today's society. Thank you very much for the service that you've given us we look forward to seeing you again soon. I would recommend Julieth, Kris, and Kaeli to anyone! They were awesome!

She is very professional and personable. My house not only looks clean but it feels clean and that makes a huge difference to us. She also positively interacts with our dog. She's polite and she always asks are we satisfied with the cleaning that she did. She also pays attention to things. She's focused and detailed oriented, which I appreciate. Look forward to working with her again in the future.

I had them come in to do the sanitizing clean after a positive Covid result in our office. They were able to use my lockbox and come in and actually did it right away. Very professional and we felt safe to return.

OEP Clean is a well oiled machine. They have unbelievable customer service and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of. We had a major toilet malfunction that lead to a serious and urgent need for professional cleaning. We called Kevin Wellington and he was able to get our situation resolved within 12 hours. Kevin himself fielded our call, heard our concerns, put us on the schedule, gave us peach of mind, and then came onsite the next morning (a Saturday) at 7am to make sure the job was done professionally, efficiently, and the right way. Kevin's customer service and willingness to put the customer first did not go unnoticed, and we will definitely be using OEP again!

Curt and his team showed up very fast to our location when no one else would for an emergency situation at our office. His staff were respectful, time efficient, and did a really good job! It was spotless when they left. I was very impressed! I would recommend OEP clean

Called OEP clean to request consultation about having our entire office disinfected during the peak of the pandemic. They showed up within the hour and were very professional and kind. They offered many services and solutions that others did not. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for that hardworking and personable touch. They are a local company who you can tell are passionate about what they do.

Awesome company! Very professional and friendly and they do a very thorough job. Especially now a days, making sure my facility is safe and clean is a major priority for the health and safety of our clients and OEP lets me rest easy knowing that the facility is disinfected and safe!

I've decided to write this review after having a clear head and not out of anger. I am giving 1 star ONLY because the owner Hope tried to accommodate wrong doings for the cleaners. I scheduled a deep clean and was going to schedule routine maintenance every 2 weeks. I also did add a on services that only 1service was complete. The cleaners did not deep clean, it appeared to be very rushed. There were multiple things broken in my home that the cleaner didn't bother to tell myself or the owner ( blinds, a picture frame a CLEANER broke ) there was minimal dusting, the glass in both my bathrooms had streaks, trash that should have been thrown away was left sitting in random places in both my room and kids room. When the owner came to do a walk through there was glass sitting on the countertop that easily my 2 year old could have cut herself on. My apartment was prepared for a deep clean, not upkept, except for the kitchen needing a deep clean which was one of the add on services I added. The cleaners did a good job at vacuuming and putting aside/folding laundry ( about 4 items ) because I didn't put them away before they came. I read the reviews before scheduling. I was also given 2 referrals as well .. I'm not sure why I had a bad experience but I would not recommended and because of all the issues that occurred I decided to turn down this company returning to my home. I noticed some resident reviews were bigger homes. My apartment is about 1100 square feet, not sure why my home was treated this way :( there was a lot of other things I noticed but this paragraph is long enough.

The first round I was disappointed-some things had not been cleaned well. However, when i reached out they came back out and fixed all the issues. Great service and caring people.

I have used Emaids several times for my Airbnb. They are consistently on time, reliable, thorough, professional, and friendly. Hope is easy to work with and she hires quality employees that get the job done.

Amanda does outstanding work - very thorough and efficient! And I love the smell and look of my clean home when she is done. Always a plus when she comes by!
