John and his crew were fantastic to work with - professional, clean, timely, and the quality of their work was top-notch. They were extremely responsive, listened to what we wanted, and offered helpful suggestions without ever being pushy. They truly brought our vision to life even better than we imagined.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. They stayed on schedule and kept the site clean every day. Throughout the project, we even had neighbors commenting on how efficient the team was.

We cannot say enough about John and his team. We did a patio demo looking to add new pavers, an outdoor kitchen, water feature and a solution for shade as our backyard gets hit with direct sunlight all day. We have a gorgeous outdoor space to enjoy now no matter the weather. Anytime we were told someone would show up to the worksite, they were there on time and we came in exactly on budget. The project was also finished more quickly than we had expected. The entire process was effortless, headache-free and we could not be happier!!

John was very responsive and personable. Work was done on schedule and according to plans. I also appreciated that John took the time to come out after work done to advise me on watering the new plants and grass.

I wanted to share a great experience regarding a wood burning fireplace I had installed a month ago.. from owner John Richardson and his Company, Traditions Landscaping of New Albany.. i wanted a fireplace installed in my backyard along with professional landscaping to be added for additional privacy. Could not have been more pleased with John and his vision of how he could deliver on that along with his team and crew chief Chris, who managed the install and getting the pre-fabed fireplace to my backyard.. dude was good.. just a big shout out to John for providing our family with a great gathering place for this any many more fall football saturdays.. if you're looking for a quality landscaping and concrete fireplace guy that follows through, call John for all your landscaping and backyard projects.. you will not be disappointed..

John was very responsive, very reasonable with price, offered up value solutions to lower the cost where he felt I didn’t need to spend the extra dollars, spot on with timing estimates and his crew was fast and worked with me real time on slight modifications to the design once I saw it materialize. I would highly recommend John as he and his crew were transparent, fast and adaptable. Quality is excellent and they were tidy with their work. They cleaned up ever bit of mess they had to make in the process.

I had Traditions Landscape Group put in a paver patio and rebuild my brick front walkway and I could not be happier with the results and overall experience. They were super helpful and responsive and the quality of their work is excellent. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Traditions put in a beautiful paver patio with a built-in gas fire pit and 3-sided seating walls, at our new house in Powell, OH. The experience we had with them was by far the best experience we've ever had with a services company in general, let alone a landscaping company. Our positive experience started with John's professionalism on the front-end, thorough explanation of the various steps in the process, detailed design rendering, and transparent pricing proposal.

When the work itself started, the crew, led by Chris, were incredibly respectful and professional throughout the entire install. They communicated with us regarding the various steps, and cleaned up the property real-time as they worked. They worked quickly and efficiently, and you could tell how much pride they took in their quality of work with the amount of time ensuring the foundation, measurements, and finishes were perfect. Could not recommend this company more.

John and his landscaping crew came through for us in a pinch. Front and back yards needed a thorough clean-up/overhaul within a short period of time and John made it happen! Prompt, courteous, professional and done well.
