My experience with Charter Oaks was great from start to finish. They set up an estimate quickly after receiving my inquiry, and their representative walked my entire property with me and took the time to talk about all the issues I had. He put together a thorough estimate with a map of the property and we discussed it before he left. I ultimately opted to skip a couple of items that were not urgent, and the adjustments we discussed on the phone were followed perfectly when they came to complete the job. They did an excellent job and left no mess whatsoever. Pricing was transparent and fair. I would highly recommend Charter Oaks for limb removal and tree trimming/thinning, and I won't hesitate to have them back when needed.

I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work done by Charter Oaks. They removed three large trees - two which were almost embedded in a fence - with minimal collateral damage (there was some mud - it was February). Clean up was excellent. I will be using them again.

Growing up with wood burner I have felled quite a few trees in the past. However, the tree was in a tight area, had distinct lean toward our house/air conditioner unit as well as tall enough to reach neighbors house. Clearly a situation for a professional.

Another outstanding job for us by Charter Oaks! Had a tree split during Helene aftermath winds. They came out quickly and quoted a fair price. We asked for some other trimming. It was scheduled promptly and a great job of tree removal, stump grinding, trimming, and clean up! And I've had fun texting with whoever manages their phone account! The estimator, the tree trimmers, and the stump grinder were all friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company!

Charter Oaks was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and timely from first phone call to job done. The gentleman who did the original estimate was very observant of the possible causes of the tree problem, and those who did actual trimming/pruning were quick, respectful of my property (nearby trees, grass, bushes, neighbor's property they had to run equipment over). On top of all these things, Charter Oaks was extremely reasonable in what they charged for the work.

Charter Oaks did a fantastic job of removing my 80 foot tall Oak tree that was only 10 feet from my house. All the workers were very efficient and easy to talk to. The job only took 6 hours and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Charter Oaks to anyone needing a tree removal.

Charter Oaks Tree & Landscaping is an excellent company. I needed a huge pine tree taken down, an oak tree trimmed and treated for oak wilt, and other pines trimmed. The crew came on time and did a great job. They worked quickly, checked to make sure I was satisfied, and cleaned up better than any other landscapers that I had ever used. I would definitely recommend this company!

We had a large maple taken down and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Charter Oaks! All the guys were very polite and I couldn’t believe they were completely finished before noon!

I highly recommend Charter Oaks. I had three very mature trees, a Linden and two maples, trimmed and thinned out to let more sun on the lawn below and see the front of the house better. The crew did a great job. They did exactly what we asked and they did it efficiently. The cost was a touch higher than a competitor, but they offered to do a bit more work on the tree so we felt like going with Charter Oaks was the better choice. We felt like the overall cost was appropriate.

I had Charter Oaks take down a large pine tree on my property. The removal was quick and efficient. Despite the snow, they cleaned up quite well. No issues. Their pricing was the best out of the 5 quotes I received. Good communication. Easy invoice payment.

Lightening hit one of our 50 ft pine trees splitting the trunk with the branches above falling across our yard landing on furniture and partially into the wooded area behind our home. I immediately called Charter Oaks to get in line as I have always had prompt and careful removal of dead trees and I know storms call for major clean-up. From the woman who took my call to the estimator who came the next morning to the men who removed the tree and cleaned up our yard and finally to the person who returned to grind the stump, I felt listened to as I made requests and genuinely cared for as a customer as everyone was personable and helpful. Although I know they are busy, I never feel like just another job to check off their list. I especially appreciate how they preserve as much greenery as possible and are not just here to clear property. Should we need assistance again, I will contact Charter Oaks and highly recommend them.

Very responsive staff and extremely helpful, and the pricing was so much less than I anticipated. When they came out to remove my trees they were quick and thorough. I’m so thrilled with the work they did and highly recommend them.

My beautiful crabapple tree suddenly had all the leaves turn dark and the bud all died without flowering. That was three years back. Charter oaks did an injection treatment for the tree. It had leaved the next year but did not flower. One more treatment and I watched it carefully this spring and held my fingers crossed at it set buds. Voila! Today it has burst into bloom. I am so happy and gald that I did the treatment instead of cutting down an mature tree and replacing it.

We had numerous trees trimmed and several removed. The Charter Oaks crew leader discussed everything with me prior to beginning the work to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted done. Afterwards, we looked at everything which was done to make sure it met my expectations. The crew doing the work was efficient, courteous, and cleaned all areas when they were finished. We were very pleased and will continue to use Charter Oaks in the future.

Charter Oaks came and cut down a tree that partially fell on to the neighbors property, I had them cut down the whole tree.
The crew was very professional and did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
