The team showed up on time, and were friendly, and the windows look much better. This was a crew of two and the lead guy was very good and thorough. The other guy told me it was his first week (3rd day) and he was not very good. The other guy came back in and re-did 80% of his work. They missed a window entirely and left smudges on several windows. Since then - I received a couple of notes from K&T asking me to review them. After reading these reviews I decided to reach out to them directly with my feedback. They replied, apologizing and mentioned if we had let them know sooner they would have fixed it. No offer to fix now or to give them another chance at a discount. Its been just over two weeks. -- Disappointing. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

K&T came out to power wash our house that has white siding that was obviously never cleaned in the last 12 years. He did a great job, was professional and quick. The house looks brand new. Will definitely recommend to other friends and family.

At the recommendation of a neighbor, I hired K & T to hang Christmas lights and clean windows. Was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable rates for these jobs.. Both appointments received excellent communication , promptness and thorough completion. Happy to support an honest, trustworthy company.

K & T has cleaned our windows, screens and has power washed for us for several years and has never disappointed. They have always responded quickly to our needs in a professional manner. Sam serviced us for the first time yesterday and he is an excellent addition to the team.

Great service and great price. From the appointment setting to the actual cleaning they did a great job. They have an appointment system that keeps you in the loop with texts to let you know the appointment was scheduled, a reminder before the appointment day, when the guys are on the way. I love the communication with no guessing. They cleaned our windows this afternoon and they look great.

Did a great job on windows that may have had a 12 year accumulation of dirt on a newly purchased condo. The dryer vent cleaning probably saved my life from a home fire as the accumulation was certainly evidence of prior neglect of maintenance by the previous owners of my home. They made sure I was satisfied with their work. Very pleased. Will recommend to other residents and a fair price for the work. Came when they promised and good notification. Thank you.

Our ranch home has a 100% rear walk-out, so the main floor windows on the rear of the home are at a 2-story level. We have used K&T several times now and will continue to do so! I am blown away at the impact K&T made on our home! Our house is over 100 years old and we have a mix of new and storm windows. Khris did an amazing job on all of them. He cleaned about 15 windows and 3 doors. I couldn't believe how much brighter the interior of the house looked when he was done! I was so happy with his service that I asked for a bunch of his business cards so we could hand them out during a neighborhood historical tour our home was in that weekend. We had over 300 people in our house that weekend and a lot of them took his card because they were so impressed with the job he did.

I tried to clean our windows myself last year; I couldn't get to the screens, and I couldn't clean the outside of the storm windows, yet it still took me several hours AND I wasn't happy with the end result. K&T's price was so reasonable, especially considering all the hassle he saved us. We would highly recommend!

K&T Window Cleaning have been cleaning my windows, gutters and blinds for the past several years. They are always professional and do an excellent job at a reasonable price. I have also utilized their house power washing service which yielded excellent results. When you hire a service provider to come in to your home values are important, Khris and Tracy are trustworthy Christians. I have recommended them to several of my close friends and all have been very satisfied.

Marshall did a wonderful job and was polite, friendly, and professional. He cleaned our gutters and installed gutter guards so we won’t have to worry about that hassle ever again! K&T has a great system of text/email and an app that shows a pic of the technician who will be coming to perform the service. I was kept updated of the appointment, when Marshall was on the way, and that the job was completed (payment and receipt was handled electronically also!) Oh - and I felt the cost was a good deal also! We’ll be using K&T again for other services they provide. Great experience! Thanks!

We just bought this house a six months ago and we don’t believe that these windows have ever been cleaned, they were terrible! What I huge difference now that K&T Window Cleaning has done their magic!!! You can’t even tell there are screens in them. We are very impressed and happy to support local businesses in our community! Won’t hesitate to have this done every year, what took them an hour would have taken us a whole day.

we found one of our sunroom screens sitting against the outside of the house.
when my husband tried to install it didn't fit. They installed wrong screen in another window. When I called about this I told Matt would return to fix the situation. Never heard from him.
Also, papers for wiping windows were left and not picked up and some trash was left outside where truck had been parked.
Also, came one hour early which was not a problem for me but would be good customer service to call client to ask permission to start job early.

The entire process was seamless from booking the appointment to the day of service. They introduced themselves and explained one would work outside and the other inside. He started with my office so he would not disturb my conference call. Once the screens were removed he showed me 2 with damage. He recommended not cleaning these until repaired to prevent additional damage. He also showed me what I thought was dirt was actually condensation due to broken seals. He took time to explain the impact and possible avenues for remediation. In the end, my windows and screens looked great! I highly recommend K &T Window Washing
