One of their vans was sitting at a stop sign, not moving for 20 seconds. I tapped my horn since I was behind him. 100 feet later, he brake checked me hard and then flipped me off as I passed him. Would not recommend whichever tech that was.

Assurance Air is trustworthy and goes the extra mile to access your own personal situation! We hired them 5 years ago to do some maintenance on our electric heat pump. Fast forward to this week, and we had Mike come out again to access our failing unit. He took the time to see when the last time was he came out, and came in the door knowing the exact age of our unit based on his records from five years prior! We are looking into switching over to a gas furnace and he was very helpful explaining the different steps, and how to best do it in a cost-effective manner. His wife Terri does the scheduling and answers the phone in a cheery manner that tells you this is a family business that takes pride in their work. CALL THEM, you won't be disappointed.

My experience with Assurance Air was great all across the board! Terri was always friendly and helpful over the phone and Mike's expertise on my A/C was spot on. He did what needed to be done and advised me on not getting something done that I just didn't need. So nice when a company takes the time to do the job right and not just make a quick buck. Assurance Air is now my go to for all my heating and cooling needs.
